She captured my want for organic-looking, more open bouquets perfectly and they looked fantastic with the rest of my floral and all of our dresses!! I'm very disappointed with the arrangement I ordered from Twigery. I put the order in on the phone with Cheryl 8 days before delivery. I was very clear and specific that the colors i wanted were yellows, creams, and whites. I was also very clear that the flowers I wanted were peonies and roses. I said I'd pay $150. Cheryl said they'd put in another color which I was fine with. I knew that other flowers would be used besides the peonies and roses. I said I wanted it bright, sunny, and cheerful. What I asked for was not what was made. As you can see from the picture there are very few roses and peonies and they're pink, lavender, and orange, none are white or yellow. The overall color of the arrangement is purple/blue not yellow/white. To me the arrangement looks like they just threw in whatever they had on hand with no regard to my requests. I feel that if they were unwilling or unable to make an arrangement with my requests, I should've been told that. This is not the arrangement I ordered. Update: Cheryl called me. She thinks the cards were placed on the wrong arrangements. She confirmed what I wanted, made an arrangement, and delivered it all free of charge. She was very nice and extremely apologetic for the mix up. I'm very happy with the second arrangement. It's exactly what we had originally discussed and looks beautiful. Thanks, Cheryl! read more

This store is the most beautiful floral shop I have ever seen. I love walking past the Rosemary at the front entrance and then smelling my hand. I smell like Rosemary for the rest of the day. Everything is so picture perfect. They are sticklers about not taking pictures so don't take out you camera or phone. They will say something to you and there is a no camera sign on the door as well. I can understand that but it would be nice if there was a way to remember just how beautiful the store is. That's the reason for 1 less than 5 stars. I selected Twigery because of their location in proximity to my ceremony site (L'Auberge Carmel to a bluff above the beach on Ocean Avenue, Carmel, CA), but I really lucked out! Cheryl was such a pleasant person to work with and with a phone conversation and some pictures I found on the web for style-inspiration, she created exactly what I was hoping for! My bouquet of seasonal colors with hydrangea, roses, dahlias, berries (and a few others I'm not familiar with) was gorgeous - just like you'd find in a wedding magazine. Three years after getting an arrangement from Twigery, I still dream about it! It was so incredibly beautiful. I've never seen such a beautiful arrangement. And, I love live flowers. This the third time in the last six months that I have received flowers from Twigery. All I can say is I am extremely disappointed in the arrangements. The first two I got were dead within three days and the one I just recently received is heading in the same direction. I did call on the second arrangement but was sharply questioned on what I had done to make them die even though they were dead in 3 days. Michael and Cheryl are very easy and reliable to work with. All phone calls and emails are answered in a timely manner. Michael designed flowers for our son's rehearsal dinner a few years ago and, most recently, for our daughter's wedding. Flowers can make or break a wedding and the flowers from Twigery definitely made ours. We live out of state and put 100% faith in Twigery to choose and design our flower arrangements. That faith was completely rewarded with some of the most beautiful arrangements we have ever seen. We requested fall colors of flowers for our fall wedding and the colors they choose perfectly complimented our wedding. The arrangements at the reception really set an intimate mode and helped make the evening "magical". This is the word many of our guests have used to describe our wedding night and Twigery's flower arrangements were a huge part of that. We had very tall arrangements and short to add dimension to the room. The pricing was reasonable and we could not have been any happier. Twigery's customer service was top notch as well. They incorporated all of our special requests, like our Scottish tartan ribbon and grandparents jewelry in bouquets and this made the whole experience enjoyable. We also wanted to get the most out of our flowers so we requested that some of the flowers from the church be taken to our reception site, they did this without question which relieved the stress of asking one of our guests to do this for us. What terrible customer service! I called this morning and spoke with someone to order a floral arrangement to be delivered to my aunt. We spoke about I was looking for and what it would cost. She was very nice and said she could do something like that for $65 and that there would be no delivery fee since it was in Carmel. A few hours later, the owner called me back to say that in fact there is a $25 delivery fee and that their arrangements start at $105 so my new total would come to $135. Really? After you've already processed my payment? Now you want to double the price on me after the fact? Thanks but no thanks! read more

We used Twigery for our wedding flowers (Oct. 2014 at Mission Ranch) and were really happy with the results. Cheryl was a total pleasure to work with - we had multiple conversations leading up to the big day, and we were able to send her photos of our ideas for flowers to give her a sense of what we wanted. And she was able to be flexible with an eclectic mix for our wedding (and helped us think about ways we could save money to stay within our budget) - we had mason jars and wildflowers for our cocktail hour, and a more refined wildflower look for our wedding dinner with lots of great bright colors.
