Over the years my Dad spent thousands of dollars sending my step mom and I flowers from this florist. We used them for my Dad's funeral flowers. I always liked them- so I wanted to send flowers to my husband who works in Carmel. They WON'T deliver to Carmel. Why? Because their driver gets lost..... Ok well there are 2 solutions to this problem: Hire a competent delivery driver OR Teach your driver how to use GPS. I navigated downtown Carmel and all surrounding areas with a MAP in the dark ages AKA the late 90's. So it can be done..... I am disappointed I will no longer be able to use them. read more

I provided her with a brief description of what I wanted and using her expertise, she helped me to decide on one that was fitting to my need, and at a reasonable price. I walked in just wanting a small wrapped bouquet. Told them what I wanted. They asked about greenery & I said ruscus. I did not get ruscus. I got baby blue eucalyptus & seeded eucalyptus. A man mixed then for me & set them on the counter & did not say anything. I asked if he could gift wrap them & he said he doesn't do the wrapping & he didn't know where the lady that does the wrapping was. Then he comes back & wraps it. I did also pick dead flowers off the bouquet before he wrapped it. Some flowers were falling apart. There were also a lot of short pieces of seeded eucalyptus that would've never touched water. Price for the size & content of bouquet was okay but the service is not good & the flowers not great. I'd also just like to add that I am a florist myself. read more

I do think they need to fix their website, because they accidentally overbooked hard yesterday, delivering clear til 10PM, so I was told. And that is an admirable recovery effort! I received a bouquet from Seaside florist and their service was superior. They tried to deliver the flowers when I wasn't home and tried to reach me. To be cautious, she didn't want to leave them at my gate, so returned later in the day to deliver them.
