He has a bright burst of positive energy who absolutely loves her job her business her customers. I have seen or I guess witnessed Customer's complaining before they even look at the flowers about price about availability and about the timelines of getting an arrangement made. Most of the time Lo Lo handles the aggressive customers, but sometimes they go too far. When you go to a quality flower shop and tell them that what you want but she explains that it's not in season and you get angry at her you need to chill. Lo Lo is a fabulous florist who only wants to satisfy the customer with a quality product. Unfortunately, some customers demand magic, and when they don't receive it, run to the Internet to complain. I have been in Pebble Beach for almost 25 years. I don't recall when Burst And Bloom opened, but I have been a customer I believe for over 10 years and never ever disappointed with the flowers I take home.

Coming from someone who found this shop via google maps and went for it- recommended shop! If you're charging $125, the product should reflect that price point. Mine did not. I would have appreciated a heads-up that the flowers in the inspiration photo weren't available, so I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I got the ole bait and switch. She went over the different flowers she had available, the colors they normally come in, went over other options in case the ones we initially discussed weren't available, and the color scheme I was going for. I also insisted not having a certain color in the bouquet and I made that perfectly clear and mentioned it several times. I went over the message I wanted on the card and had her sign it off as "love Den". Everything was great and I had the date of the delivery set. Also, I should mention that this is for mother's day. The delivery day comes and my friend asked me if I delivered her some flowers to which I obviously responded yes. She said she figured it was me because the card said it was from "Dn". Ok, so I was a little bit annoyed at that but whatever, not a big deal. Then she mentions that 2 police officers were the ones who delivered the bouquet, and at this point I'm freaking out wondering what the heck is going on. I still continue to be positive about this and just happy about the fact that the bouquet made it to my friend but I was still WTFing about the whole police officers delivering the bouquet!?!?!!?! I told my friend to send me a photo to which she does the following day to get better lighting and that is when I lost it. Literally none of the flowers we discussed were there (ok maybe like ONE) and it seemed like all the backups that I chose didn't really make it in there either. What made me the most upset was that I asked and mentioned multiple times that I did not want PURPLE in the bouquet AT ALL. I mentioned I wanted white, mainly BLUE, and I okayed a SPRINKLE of some yellow/pink but wanted them on the lighter side or just WHITE. But the bouquet had a lot of purple and even the pinks had a purple tone and the bow was purple! That was the one color I had asked to not be present in the color scheme. The flowers weren't ugly or anything like that let me just make that clear. But it just wasn't at all what we had discussed and the whole police officers delivering the bouquet was just weird. She was really sweet but I'm sorry I wasn't happy with the overall ending.

This was upsetting to me, however she transformed the new venue to a breathtaking palace of flowers, starfish accents and tulle. Her arrangements were breathtaking and vibrant in color!!!! Although I had a winter wedding, my colors were reminiscent of the sea - coral, teal, ivory. These bouquets were AMAZING and I recommend you use this color combo for your wedding :) The night before, I had two last minute issues ............ which will happen ladies, so be prepared for things to go wrong!!!! I explained to her my needs with the expectation of payment for the last minute add-ons. HOWEVER, Cindy stated she could use the minimal amount of excess flowers to make what I needed. Which, came out as if they were part of my plan all along and no one knew the difference!! Cindy is very reasonably priced, compared to the other florists in the area. She is very open and flexible to your ideas, assuring she makes everything exactly how you want it. Her workmanship is beautiful, elegant and the arrangements were constructed durably. She is very passionate about her work and in my opinion the best in her industry within the Monterey Bay Area.
