My order was taken & I clearly provided the information for delivery (my cc was promptly charged even tho the person taking my order didn't know the exact fee... for a dozen roses...). The destination is a 5 min. drive from the recipient. This costs $140; that's fine. It's important to me that the flowers get where they're supposed to go, WHEN they're supposed to go. That's the whole reason I'm calling a professional florist. They deliver the flowers a day early, seemingly for no good reason. When I realize this, I immediately call to explain what's happened. I could have bought beautiful roses from anywhere else for much less & taken them myself... the TIMING is important in the florist business (I assume?). I calmly ask to speak w the mgr. & I receive pushback. The lady who answers the phn doesn't want to track down the mgr.; I can just tell her about my issue. So I clearly explain what is wrong & (when asked what should be done) that I expect a partial refund or some form of compensation for my $140 dozen roses delivered a day early before Valentine's Day. Ppl make mistakes... but... The sole reason I'm even leaving this review is bc of the lackadaisical, almost resentful tone & attitude of the lady who fielded my call. She is the opposite of what a business owner or founder would want for customer service. If timing is important to you when you order flowers, you might want to avoid this business.
