I took a chance and she did a fabulous job for a memorial at the Rossmoor Dollar Clubhouse. 6 beautiful arrangements in exactly the flowers I specified, hydrangeas, small pink and white roses, and trailing ivy. Kuldip did both glass vases and 2 charming baskets with the ivy wrapped around the handles. The flowers were really fresh. They were delivered in plenty of time for the ceremony. The owner of this shop is amazing. I had ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom and didn't realize she closed at 1pm. I somehow missed her multiple texts and calls letting me know she was closing soon. I called her at 1:45pm and she picked up. Sending flowers to a friend I found this florist very reliable with an excellent online order process. Going to the web site was easy to navigate, swift. and very user friendly. In these difficult times they are up front about the possibility of not getting exactly what you want, or necessarily what you see in a picture. I appreciate that honesty. I just ordered the 'designer's choice' with a very brief description of the arrangement I'd like, color and theme. The recipient said they were beautiful. The only criticism I have is that there was no order confirmation, i.e. by email, or any notification of delivery, as I have had from other smaller owned florists. I love this floral store. I have used them twice now to send my girlfriend flowers. Each time, they have gone over the top in customer service. From the moment I called, to delivery at my girlfriends office within an hour, they excelled at pleasing me. Disappointed with what we received. Photo online is very deceptive, I understand the items maybe rearranged based on availability of flowers, but why not clarify if they will be using different mugs/vase or balloons that look nothing like whats shown in photo. The one I chose had a colorful mug with happy birthday on it, what arrived was a white mug with few lemons ? I went in today Friday) looking for a Mother's Day arrangement. They were very busy and they really couldn't make any more arrangements. But a nice woman talked to me about their orchids. I ended up order two orchids and said I would be back in an hour or so. I had no idea about orchids but what was waiting for me was stunning. Neshe at Floral arts is such a sweet lady. My fiancé and I met Neshe at a bridal fair at the Lafayette park hotel and spa and shared our need for a florist for our wedding. She offered to leave the fair (someone would attend to her booth of course) to consult with us to give us an estimate for pricing. Of course we said we would wait until the fair was over before consulting but we were very pleased to see that she would accommodate us at our leisure. When we met with Neshe at her shop, we found out that she is usually closed on Sundays but she was still kind enough to come in and give us a proposal for our flowers. Service and the flowers were great! I called the flower shop with two days notice, explained what I wanted and the budget I had, and the lady who helped me (I think, the owner) was very helpful and gave me exactly what I wanted. I chose tulips and let her know it was a really special birthday. She was understanding and did not scoff at all when I mentioned a budget. A time for delivery of course could not be guaranteed, but I mentioned the time that would work well to receive the flowers and to leave them on her doorstep/porch if she wasn't home yet. All went off without a hitch, they called my friend to let her know they were waiting for her when she arrived home, she received the flowers with 20 minutes of her arrival. She was so delighted and surprised, she said the flowers were so beautiful and it was an amazing arrangement. I try to shop local and this shop holds a few memories, as my wife worked there in High School. I walk by here everybody, but today I decide to walk in and order flowers for my wife. There is 3 employees running around and 1 other customer in the shop. I stand there for 5 minutes before someone decides they may want to help a customer and god forbid I want to buy something!!!!
