Delightful! I was absolutely astonished walking out. With 45 minutes to spare and a random though to surprise my dear friend. I wanted to find a flower shop. Twigs popped up! I was immediately greeted peacefully and assisted through the large array of options! My friend is traveling over 300 miles so I did not want anything troublesome in her trip home. Place had great flowers but wayyyyy to expensive... I bought a huge box of chocolate to be delivered with my floral arrangement. I told them to hold on a week or two before sending. To make sure it's the right time. When I called back they said they will refund my money for floral arrangements. But there's nothing they can do they ate the dam chocolates $80 worth I was so upset So Unprofessional they said there's nothing they can do to refund. And sorry they don't have any space to store chocolates. Not completely happy, second time I used this service. First time was about 6 months ago and it was good but this time I feel like I got ripped off. I asked for a medium arrangement and she told me 75 dollars. When I saw what my girlfriend brought home I was disappointed. The arrangement was small. And then when I looked at my bill it was $ 91.00. I understand tax and delivery, but I told the girl I want to spend 75 not 91 , I probably won't use them again. read more

I just got married, and going through twigs was a complete breeze! After hearing horror stories, and the stress that came with picking out each and every detail.. I was nervous! To be honest, I didn't know exactly what type of flowers I wanted, but had the "Pinterest dream" envisioned. And with the help of Jeannie and her daughter Erin, I was able to get the most gorgeous flowers ever. They both have such creativity, and vision, I knew I was in good hands. Never once did they try and "up charge" me. In fact, they were able to get me similar flowers that I wanted, for a much cheaper price that was within my budget. Once the big day happened, I got nothing but rave reviews and compliments on the beautiful end product. As a bride, I was very "wishy washy" :) and Jeannie and Erin called me the day before to make sure everything was in line that I wanted, and was able to make very last minute details and orders. You will not be disappointed! Even if you do not go there for a wedding order, please check out their florist! On top of the beautiful selection, they have a lot of cute trinkets and vintage type decor which u can purchase. If you love supporting a family business, this place is for you! Twigs did the flowers and decor for our December wedding in Chicago. They understood the vision we wanted for our wedding and made it come to life. The bouquets (especially my bridal bouquet) were stunning, and the aisle for the ceremony was breathtaking (they lined it with floating candles in vases and white rose petals). I have to disagree with that negative post, I have bought many flowers from many different locations and florists. I have to say that these florists are great, they care and very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help and their flower arrangements are stunning. BTW their pricing is reasonable to high but this is normal for the location they're in, if you want cheap flowers go to a different area. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I called to place an order for a bouquet of red roses and a few white lilies for valentines day. I told her I was on a budget and wanted to keep it around $20. Now this isn't such an obtuse request or desire, I live in Chicago and I've gotten beautiful bouquets, even with a bird of paradise, for only around $15. So I placed an order, the "spray roses" were $4 each, and lilies were $2 each. Not a big deal, if they were NORMAL sized. When I show up to pick up the "bouquet" it is mini-sized......there is barely even any room to grab the stems! They were all about 7 inches in length, including stem! She never mentioned this when I placed my order, and got offended that I wanted normal-sized flowers at such a "low" price, when in "the city" I've gotten much much more, for less. Anyhow, this place is barely even open, they have less hours then they post on their website. It is overpriced, and the people that work there are on their high horse and can't get over that they are selling over-priced low quality flowers. They obviously don't really need to make a project and perhaps have this shop as a hobby? read more

Jeannie was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating to our schedule for setting up meetings. She met our budgetary needs without making us feel like we couldn't get what we wanted. We came in with some very specific ideas for our wedding center pieces and no ideas for our bouquets. She listened out our ideas, and came up with ways to integrate everything we wanted.
