The girl who answered took my order and was very pleasant. I did have to call store again to get a invoice and it turns out that I was billed twice for the same order and had to call back several times to get it sorted out. The gentleman in accounts was rude, cut me off when trying to explain about online and was not very nice. Made me feel like it was my fault for using online and thats why I was billed twice. He did not even want to try and correct the online issue but instead answered abruptly and said they will look into. It did get it sorted out eventually but what a task to get a meat tray delivered. I will think twice ordering anything like that again from there.

I had a chicken noodle bowl but the broth came in a 500ml container with the chicken and the noodles and bean sprouts where in a clamshell container. I don't know how they expected me to mix them considering I only got a plate, fork and spoon. The shrimp salad rolls were good but the cilantro hanging out the end was wilted and brown. They would've been much better had I left the cilantro in but I don't eat wilted, slimy herbs. I may try this place again but more than likely not delivery. I just don't know who justifies a $7 delivery charge.

It's not only your standard grocery items but a wide range of premade meals and snacks from around the world. I could spend hours in the RCS snack aisles. It has so many things that we can't get in America! Loved the store. It was organized, clean, plenty of parking and too notch customer service.

The hash was quite dry and flavourless. The portion size was good though! The breakfast skillet with chorizo was pretty decent - nothing to write home about and on the smaller side portion wise. Others in my party ordered the breakfast poutine and it was MASSIVE (no one was able to finish it). Service was friendly and courteous. Prices are also very reasonable.
