As a returning customer, I expected a much better experience from Twin Falls Chevrolet when purchasing my second vehicle--a 2025 Tahoe. Unfortunately, this purchase was filled with frustration from start to finish. My wife and I repeatedly told our salesperson, Jarrell, that we only wanted our financing submitted through Idaho Central Credit Union. We even have text messages confirming that request. During the process, the dealership repeatedly claimed my wife's credit was locked. We called Experian in front of the salesperson, and they confirmed her credit profile was not locked and again with the financing person Christian. It was eventually discovered that the dealership had been submitting her application under the wrong last name. Despite being assured everything would go through ICCU, we later learned our credit had been run through a different financial institution without our approval. We also experienced poor communication, long wait times, and had to remind the finance department that we were not putting any money down after already discussing it beforehand. To make matters worse, just one week after purchasing a "lightly used" Tahoe, the check engine light came on and the vehicle went into reduced-power mode while driving. The dealership cleared the codes, and the vehicle has been operating normally since, but it's disappointing to experience a major issue on a barely used vehicle. I spoke with management before leaving and shared my concerns in hopes they would improve their processes. Unfortunately, this experience has cost Twin Falls Chevrolet a loyal customer. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and cannot recommend them based on my experience. read more

Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic and repair for code c1232. My service advisor was Audrey. After an hour of labor ($175 - plus $17.50 for shop supplies?) it was determined there was an open wire to the sensor causing the error. This particular code disables the traction control and anti-lock brake system, making driving in slick conditions quite hazardous. Once I had checked out with Audrey, she informed me that she would call me before the end of the day to schedule the repair appointment. Additionally, when I asked about how much it would be to repair, I was told between 1-3 hours of labor, and she would keep me updated during the repair on that day how much the total would be. I was supposed to schedule with her on that return call as well. Audrey did not return my phone call, so I called in the last 30 minutes the service department was open (this was a SAT), so that I could schedule the appointment for the following week. When Audrey called me back a short time later, somehow the cost estimate had gone from 1-3 hours to be updated with me during the repair, to a flat 3 hours. That would place this repair in excess of $700 for performing an overlay on the sensor wire. Outrageous. I called back on Monday to schedule the appointment, and asked for the service manager to inform him of my concerns about the changes to the estimate and having difficulty reaching my service advisor. I was told I would receive a call back from her regarding the scheduling of the appointment. That did not happen. I called to speak to my advisor around noon on Monday regarding the specific issues with the sensor wire, and still not having an appointment scheduled for the repair. I was told by the receptionist Audrey would return my call after she was finished speaking to a customer at her desk. Again, no return phone call. Waited 3 hours. I called back again Monday afternoon to speak to her due to the failure to return calls so many times. I was connected to the service manager, Travis instead. Travis was extremely rude during this phone call, despite me calmly explaining the frustrating experience on not being able to reach my service advisor or schedule an appointment multiple times. I informed him of all the reasons the service level was poor, and that I was very dissatisfied, as any customer would be. Travis was belligerent, and chose a confrontation rather than customer service. I informed him I would be writing a review for the reasons I had stated. He then asked, "Why would you do that??". I listed all of the reasons I had just stated again, a bit more firmly. His response was "Don't raise your voice to me." Absolutely absurd. Rather than argue with a belligerent service manager, I ended the call immediately. Do not take your vehicle to Twin Falls Chevrolet for servicing for any reason. They are charging triple what the repairs cost, failing to return phone calls, and having a nasty attitude with their customers. My family has been a Chevrolet customer for over 20 years, and this is the worst service I have experienced at any dealer. Ever. I contacted Con Paulos, which is less than a 10 min drive down the freeway to Jerome. 1 hour of labor to fix the car, not 3 hours. Save yourself the hassle and head over there in the first place. They charge a fair rate for their time, and have much better customer service. Shame on you Twin Falls Chevrolet. Take a customer service course. You are an example of what not to do. Addendum: "Being that the other dealership you mentioned had the benefit of our diagnosis, their estimate could be trimmed down by the time we invested for you." I was going to be charged 3 hours of labor IN ADDITION to the 1 hour $175 diagnostic I had already paid, making this statement patently false. read more

All I can say to keep this short is this dealership is nothing more than swindlers and a racket. $385 for just a vehicle inspection. There's plenty more but I'll leave it there. Go here at your own risk and financial cost. read more

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have since sold the vehicle. We went to the dealership and cancelled the service plan and Gap for the refund. Months and months go by and hear nothing. I call multiple times and am told every time let us take a number and we will have finance call back. Days go by and no callback. I finally go into the store and miraculously the check is there for the cancellation or the service plan. But guess what ... "we forgot to cancel the GAP". you will have to wait many more months for that refund... Fast forward to a month later . I call to check the status and again get told I will receive a call back and no call backs ever happen . two weeks of promised call backs go by. I finally get to talk to someone in finance and am advised due to it being their fault they will cut me a check and then get reimbursed when the gap check comes to them. But I am told I have to wait until Monday due to the check signer being out of town and I would receive a call on Monday. Monday comes and goes and no call back. I again call tuesday and am told I will get a callback. Finally I call wednesday and get to talk to the Sales manager. Magically no one remembers me being told I can get a check cut, and furthermore its the end of the year so a check cant be cut now until the 5th due to year end. So here I am still waiting after almost 6 months for this nightmare to end. If I owed them money it would have already been in collections. But when they owe you money it takes an act of god to even get a callback and it's no big deal just keep waiting... I will never purchase another vehicle from there and will never recommend a friend purchase a vehicle from there. On another note have taken the previous vehicle in for warranty work there several times and was the worst service nightmare with issues not fixerd properly, no callbacks. Being treated like my vehicle issue is an inconvenience to them. I won't get into that just know it is probably one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and very well versed on how the system works and cancellations. read more
