The car was taken on for an oil change and then they promptly proceeded to try and upsell, which is fine to an extent. However, they stated an air filter was needed which I agreed upon. The filter cost $37 the labor install was $39. Are they not already under the hood working? $39 for a job that probably took all of five minutes. I must be in the wrong profession. But this will definitely be the last time I ever use or refer anyone to any Middlekauff dealership.

We drove to the dealership, signed the papers and I was on the road headed home in a reasonable time. Only fail on the part of the dealership in my opinion was that they wouldn't fill the tank. It was on empty and they would only put in 15 gallons in (about half tank). Not even about the money, but just the principle. I had traveled a long ways to do business with them and had an 8.5 hour drive home and Jordyn's supervisor wouldn't let him fill the tank... although Jordyn tried. He got his supervisor to agree to a half tank. Like I said... this isn't about $60 in fuel. Its principle. Sell your vehicles with a full tank of fuel. Simply putting this here because It's the little things that make customers feel appreciated. The extra things are what it takes to get five stars. Overall, they were great to work with and Jordyn was awesome! Not sure I will be a return customer simply due to distance but if I were closer I would be a return customer.

The communication in a couple different departments has definitely been less than satisfactory. I have a somewhat crazy story...I do not live in Idaho but I actually live in California...but was visiting my son in Utah and just happened to find an add for a truck at Mountain West Autos. I decided to make a 3-hour drive to this Twin Falls dealership...it was absolutely worth my time! I met with the manager Greg and the owner Todd...they treated me like family. They are both very helpful, courteous, and kind...and absolutely no-pressure to buy. They really did care about what was best for me and my wife. I walked away feeling completely satisfied and excited about the truck that I purchased from them...they gave me wonderful deal. They are saying that they have tried to communicate and offer solutions, but this is the farthest from the truth. I have documentation, text messages, and phone calls where I am all being told different things. The one thing I am consistently told is that the GM will call me back - yet never does. I have been attempting all avenues of resolution as it has been almost two months (my truck was towed to the dealer on 12/15) and there has been none from the dealership. The truck was supposed to be repaired under the dealer warranty per the conversation the finance manager said he had with the GM on 12/26 @10:03AM and here we are in February with no communication and no repairs. I am wanting to reach a resolution and keep trying different avenues to do this. I would like for the dealership to honor what they have stated, but I also want and need my vehicle back in good working order and condition. Received this from them on the BBB complaint, after I have been working with the GM and am awaiting the return of my truck "MESSAGE FROM THE BUSINESS: There is nothing else to day; said it all in our response. This customer is unreasonable and nothing we day or do will satisfy them! " so what is really going on here?

When we picked up the car, there were scratches and marks that our salesperson, Josh Bouchard, photographed and promised would be fixed. We brought the car back and were told the issues would be taken care of, yet each step required us to follow up. We later met with Steve Long, the General Manager, who said he would call us with an update. Weeks went by with silence until we finally reached out ourselves. Every meaningful update came only after we initiated it. The professionalism and follow-through we expected simply weren't there. Once the sale was done, it felt like we stopped mattering.
