Elane is absolutely amazing! I've always enjoyed getting a massage every once in a while to relax but never realized how great they really could be till I went here. More recently I had hurt my back and tried medication, seeing a chiropractor and another massage therapist. Nothing worked, but I needed some relief before a busy weekend and loosen my lower back up. Whatever Elane did worked wonders! Seeing her 3 times, every two weeks, and my pain was gone!!! She was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and her attention to details is amazing. She listened to all my concerns. During the massage she addressed ALL of my pain concerns thoroughly. My first time getting a professional massage it was awesome. This past January I had injured my back due to a rather pathetic coffee table while I was vacuuming (mind you I'm only 27 and a coffee table did me in). I was on drugs for about a week all the while applying ice and heat. I eventually somewhat recovered, but I was still suffering from mild pain, moderate tightness, and a lack of flexibility. Fast forward to this past Wednesday to when I had my appoint with Erin. She did an amazing job fixing my back. Even with just the light pressure applied to avoid aggravating my lower back she still managed to recover a lot of my flexibility I had lost, even after I got off the drugs. I still have some minor tightness in my lower back, but that's nothing some stretching or another trip to Erin won't fix. read more

As far as her massage it just wasnt up to my liking. She was very gentle even after i told her to go harder where my tight spots are. Elane is a veteren massage therapist and has finally decided to open her own place. What a great experience. She really listens to your concerns and focuses on your areas needing work. I came with lower back issues and I left feeling great. She has a very convenient internet appointment system set up and she is about the same price as massage envy without the contracts! I emailed and got a quick response and scheduled the very next day for a 10am massage. The place is professional, clean, inviting and the perfect interior setting and ambiance for healing. She was so professional, and friendly. She was good at communicating and made sure the pressure was right, and if I was comfortable. The place is nice and clean. I read the reviews but whenever I would always check early morning same day there would be not appt (as expected) but today there were plenty of spots open so I booked immediately with Kayla to do the Sports massage. I weight lift 5 days a week and I was sore everywhere. OMG I think for the first time in my life I got that massage I imaged all the those past deep tissue massages of my life should have been. I did full body. I specially asked her to not take is easy on me and at one almost couldn't take it. I almost shed a tear. I feel amazing. I will be going back and highly recommend. I don't normally or usually leave bad reviews, but in this case I just had to. I had purchased a Groupon and had some questions about the service description/tipping prior to my appointment. When I called I could tell right off the bat she was in a bad mood by the way she answered her phone and rudely explained that the description on Groupon was incorrect and that I should request for a refund from them. I didn't even ask her for a refund. She didn't acknowledge or apologize for her lack of professionalism in updating her Groupon business page or try to accommodate me for the inconvenience and just hung up. I wouldn't recommend her or this establishment to anyone. Maybe don't offer your services on Groupon if you can't handle the different business pages or appreciate the customers that they're bringing you? Because it's compromising the quality of service you're providing. Or it might be time to outsource and hire more help. Anywhoozles, I hope you have better days. read more
