You pre-pay online and fill out a form in case of emergency or etc. and you can add any notes regarding preference/health or anything else you need your masseuse to know. Pricing: I got the 60-min Enhanced Spa Treatment Massage for $80. The regular 60-min Treatment massage is $70. The extra $10 for the enhanced spa treatment massage is WELL WORTH IT! With that you get so many add ons to your massage (check their website there's a handful), my favorite were the back and foot scrub, and the aroma therapy/touch. I was here for my first prenatal massage. This is my first pregnancy and I've been noticing that I've been having lower back pain and tensions on my shoulder. This place is the closest decent, cheap and clean massage spa I can find, without driving to San Francisco or Calistoga which would be even further then Twinflame Massage for me. FYI IVE BEEN HERE TWICE! I went online to call to reduce my appointment from an 1 hour and 30 mins to 1 hour because my job called me to come in short notice. FYI I GOT CALLED IN EARLY TO WORK AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE APPOINTMENT!! The establishment online says closed, I still called but I hadn't arrived yet. I called no answer, I go look through the window when I arrive nobody at the help desk no one in sight my appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 no one in sight for 15 minutes. Didn't try the door because I didn't see anyone. 1:08 I call again leave a voicemail and I get on the freeway because I don't live in Fairfield I live far and I have fucking work at 3:30 . Elane (the owner) calls I answer she explains they're not closed. I explain to her what I just expressed above. She sounds annoyed and asked me will I like my 1:15 appointment I told her sure repeated I can now only do an 1 hour because of work and I'd need to turn around so I won't get there right at 1:15 or I can reschedule, whatever works best for her. We've recently had to move and I was looking for a new therapist when upon reading reviews and the location of this spa I decided to give it a try. I made my appointment with Tanya, walked in 5 min before my massage (the sign outside asks you to wait to come in until then), and she was pleasantly sitting there waiting for me! The front lobby area was extremely clean and quiet, and it smelled amazing inside. Even walking down the hall you can tell by looking how much pride they take in keeping everything clean and following covid protocols. THE MASSAGE: the absolute BEST massage I have ever had, hands down!!! I get massages from resorts and in different countries and different states and I am telling you, nothing has compared to this one!! Tanya was so extremely attentive; she would start on an area with light pressure to warm up the muscles, then she would get firmer until she thought it was the right amount. She would ask me if it was ok, and it was literally perfect every time. (She didn't ask every time she moved around, she got the gist after the first couple that I liked a lot of pressure!) She would find tightness or a knot and would give that area some extra love, really getting those muscles to loosen up. If you have pain or soreness I HIGHLY recommend adding on the Fire and Ice enhancement to your massage--so dreamy!! I could go on and on; it was seriously amazing.
