I love Twin Nail Spa. This is most likely the best nail spa in this area. I have been coming here since they opened. When you enter, you're greeted immediately. The environment is cool, clean and relaxing. All the people are very nice, smiling at you and giving you a warm welcome. I especially love MiMi. She's very personable and a "people pleaser." She'll never let you leave dissatisfied. They offer cool beverages beverages before they start your service. They do not push certain things on you like other nail spas I've been to. INCONSISTENT PRICING & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If you can go anywhere else (and I mean ANYWHERE), please do so: 1. The first time I went in, I asked how much was it for dip powder and I was told $30. When I get up to pay, they were charging $40. I told her I was told $30 and she said that's wrong and after going back and forth, she still sternly refused to honor what her employees communicated to me. Horrible. 2. The second time I went back (my mistake smh), I asked again for the price of dip powder and she told me $45. I asked her if the prices went up and she straight up said no. Whatever... I really needed to get my nails done, which is why I went again. I had an appointment next door and since my pedicure ran a little longer than expected, I asked if I could came back at 6 and she said no bc they had an appointment at that time. No problem. I always get my nails done here at Twin Nails Spa. It's close to home and I've felt like they always do a good job with my nails & I always get compliments on my nails from friends, coworkers, and customers at my job. The only reason why I don't give it fully 5 stars is because sometimes when they feel rushed, they do not do a good job. I don't like doing my nails with Mimi because she's always in a hurry and can be a bit aggressive with my nails, I always go to Julie or Michelle. Julie is the sweetest and listens to you if there is something you do not like on your nails and fixes it without a fuss. Michelle works nicely and quick & she really knows how to give you a nice, sharp set which I love! It's a good place but sometimes when they feel rushed, the quality is not as good as it should be. I recommend going early when they open which I do so that there's not many people and they do a better job. Still think this place is good and I always recommend. Came by to get my nails done on a week night before an important event later in the week instead of driving in town to my usual place. It's in a new strip center, so the place is nice and clean. There are massage chairs so you can relieve some stress while getting your nails done. The salon carries OPI and a mix of some other stuff like Essie, Zoya, and cover girl. I was hoping they would carry Vynalux, but no luck. The rack is pretty messy and not in color order so it takes some searching to find exactly what you're looking for. While it took a while to get to me, I was pretty happy sitting on my phone (wish there was wifi!), but if you're in a rush, it would be good to mention it. While you're waiting they offer water, coke, and wine. If I remember correctly, the mani/pedi with the paraffin is $30 and shellac nails is $20. This place sucks! I came in because I was coming in from out of town and truly didn't want to get stuck in any more traffic trying to get to my usual spot. Swung in because its right around the corner from my house and was seeing if it could take the place of my usual stop. The word is No! The lady who did my pedi was very pushy and would not take No for an answer. After giving in and using the "shiner " polish that was an extra $5, I was very displeased with the outcome. She applied 3 coats and it still looked like my 2 year old painted my nails. She poked and poked my toes until it felt like they where going to fall off my toe bed. It was the worst. Will never come back and I don't suggest u come at all. So I tried this nail salon for the first time today. I expected to get a new set and a nice experience. I went with my cousin who is a loyal client. She was excited to tell me that Mimi was gonna do my nails and she was one of the best. Unfortunately my experience was not the best. I informed her that my pinky nail was SEMI cracked (the one bandaged in the photo) thus I asked her to be delicate with it, Mimi agreed. Mimi starts working on my nails becomes very aggressive to the point where I'm in pain, I inform her that her peeling my nails is causing me pain. Mimi acknowledges that I am in pain but continued to be aggressive and tells me she still has some nails she needs to remove. Ignoring my discomfort. We continue to remove my nails getting to the semi cracked one and eventually breaks my entire nail leaving the old acrylic still on it. Mimi refused the take responsibility for it, saying I was to blame because I came in with the cracked nail but my bleeding nail said otherwise. I felt like I was in too much discomfort to continue. Mimi also informed me I had to wait because the rest of my nails are cracked. They are not I inspected them when she said that. I left because I felt like my best interest was not a priority for Mimi. There were no clients in the salon. Thus I don't understand why she was so aggressive and in need to move to another client. My cousin who suggested the salon was extremely embarrassed on their behalf because Mimi refused to make sure I was taken care of. I hope that whatever was bothering her that day is resolved. I have all the praises for Twin Nail Spa. This review is long overdue. I've been coming to Twin Nails Spa for the past 2 years. My experiences have always been consistent. Another thing that I can highlight is they are welcoming and I have never seen them turn anyone away. Back to my points about consistency - always clean, always friendly, always quality work -- those 3 things are what I seek when I'm coming for any service and they work hard to meet that for all the customers. I visit the shop at least 2-3x a month --I have had services done by just about every person in the salon, lately it's been Helen, Tina, Amy and Mimi. They are always pleasant and remember their customers and the services their customers prefer. My nails are healthy, manicure and pedicures always neat! This place chose quantity of clients over quality of service. They don't turn away anyone even if that means you'll be waiting 45 minutes to an hour for someone to start on you. They are greed driven. And Mimi always talks on the phone doing your nails at the same time which is so freaking annoying and makes your spa pedicure or mani so much less enjoyable because she's so loud and gives no regards to your experience as a client. Was not impressed. Mostly with my manicure. I wanted one color overlapping a second color because it was clear. Too make a long story short, my nail tech insisted i should only do one with two, and the rest one solid color. She kept saying it was "too much". She presented me three of my nails with two colors and the rest solid. I told her that i wanted them all but she again said it was too much. So i said one was fine. I could tell she did not want to work too hard because she filed one down and said i should leave them as is. In the end she failed to do the colors i wanted, and my nails came out "ehhh". There's so much more that irritated me but I'll just stop here because it's not worth it anymore. Just stay away if you can read more

So I barely get my nails done and when I do I except a good job. Kim worked on my feet while Cindy did my feet. Kim did a good job on my feet. Cindy gave me the ombré look on my nails like I asked for. She did a good job. My only issue with this place is when Cindy was doing my nails she used her nails to push back my skin- that hurt. Not sure why she did that. Another thing that made super uncomfortable is when they speak in their language and looking at you and laughing. Honestly that's rude. I have gone to this place about a year and have had a good pedicure by the same two ladies. The last time I went another lady did it and I asked for a basic pedicure because I was short on time. She did the pedicure and before she started polishing my nails, she told me it was $55 because I getting shellac! I normally pay $46 when I get the deluxe pedicure with Shellac so I asked her why was it more for the basic. She told me Shellac was $20 more when I don't get a deluxe pedicure. I told her that didn't make sense to charge more because I don't have the time for the other things and needed a quick pedicure. Of course she got up with an attitude and another lady came who was nicer. I told her to just go ahead and give me the deluxe because I wasn't going to pay more for basic service. That lady polished my toes then the first lady came back to finish the remaining things for a deluxe. I tipped the second lady $10 in front of her and didn't tip the original one. I've been coming to this nail spa for about 2 years now and have always been satisfied with their services, but today was awful! I brought my cousin here to get a full set and Mimi is the one that worked on her nails. I told my cousin that I was happy that Mimi was going to be the one to do her nails. She started taking off her old set of powder nails and used a nail clipper, my cousin told her that if she can file them instead because it was too painful Mimi continued to use the nail clipper and another nail tool and was just ripping off her nails! She did not listen to her until my cousin took her hands away and said no it's hurting please file them down. Mimi said it will take too long to file this way is quicker, mind you that we were there at 10 am on a Thursday, they were not too busy and had plenty of time to take there time to do her nails right!!! I've been to twin nail spa a couple of times, my experience was always ok never great. But today was the absolute worst experience ever........I went in for what I thought was a quick in and out eye brow wax and color change on my toes. Linda waxed my eye brows ok, but when she attempted to change the color on my toes she half removed the old polish. I nicely pointed out that she did not remove the old polish 100% and her response was priceless-- stating that my toes were dirty and that I would need to pay for a full pedicure to remove the extra polish......needless to say Linda did not polish my toes, another lady offered to help but I was totally appalled and declined. I went in today and one of the nail techs, Amy, butchered my cuticles, ripping them off and sanding them down, instead of cutting them correctly. After "fixing" my nails after I complained, they charged me. I left with bleeding and mutilated fingers.
