He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job, which I'm not used to seeing. They did chatter in Vietnamese and it seemed like a good work dynamic. The prices were reasonable. I'm used to paying a lot more. When he asked what I thought I told him what to fix and he said "I'll get it right next time" and motioned for me to get up. There ain't gonna be a next time bro not with your goofy haircuts and poor customer service. Didn't even line up my edges, left was diagonal and right was straight. Forgot to thin out the other half of my head. Cut my hair straight back above my ear and left a mullet. Not only that, but left side was straight up chopped you could see the line and the right side was faded. Took way more off the top and less than what I wanted on the back. Keep in mind I showed this dude a picture before I even sat down and he still messed it up bad. Save your time and money and don't go here. This guys just tryna make a quick buck and he doesn't care about doing it right. I get it you're busy, but don't say you can cut my hair and do it half assed. Had to get another cut after this one just to "fix" what little hair he left me when I said I wanted to keep it longer.

I went ahead and purchased the mid-package for unlimited cuts, which included a great shampoo and conditioning. The nice surprise was the face and scalp massage that came along with it. I am not in the practice of pampering myself but this place feels like the right kind of pampering. I actually purchased the package because I was tired of always feeling like I needed another haircut about 2-weeks after my cut. Unwilling to pay for another full cut I'd go the full 4-weeks.
