I'm not really expecting 5 star service at a sports bar but they should be able to nail the basics. Our server was Alexis and while she was polite, she got almost everything wrong. We ordered 3 tacos but got 3 ORDERS of tacos (total of 9) instead. We said we would just keep them but she offered to take one order away and that she would take them to the back so they could eat them. The girls that brought them out acted like they kind of knew that we only ordered 3 but said, don't worry, you will like them. It seems like they did it on purpose to up sell or maybe for themselves. Since we knew we couldn't eat all the food she brought us, we asked for a box to take the extra food home in and she never brought it. I also asked for the wings and fries special and double checked with her that I would be getting the happy hour special but was charged for wings and then charged to add on the fries. When I finished my beer, she asked if I wanted another one but the beer she offered wasn't what I originally ordered. Instead, I asked for an ice water and she never brought it. I had to walk up to the bar and get it myself. Then, she kept stopping at the tables around us but kept walking past ours. First of all - this is not 'The French Laundry' or 'Spago' or anything of the sort. It's a sports bar of the same recipe as Hooters, Tilted Kilt, Wing House and other 'breastaurants'. If you are looking for gastropub or high dining this is not your place. So manage your expectations. It's basically about beer, TVs with sports, and possibly wings/bar food. It delivers pretty well on those dimensions. I visited the venue a few times during the 2018 World Series (Sox vs Dodgers - who do you hate more? Cheer for the other team) TVs - 5.0 stars. Lots of them, high def, covering mainstream sports you still tell High School stories about to your pals. Football, Futbol, Baseball, etc. The screens cover virtually any free space above your head, so you will never be wanting for 2-3 different games. Beer - 4.0 stars. You will find some crafty beers here, but you will also find more mainstream stuff like the Lights from the Budopoly. They had some nice local brews like DeadBeach. They default to 22 oz frosty mugs and the management touts 28 deg F beer. At that temp anything tastes great and I can confirm those Blue Moons went down easy and fast (the orange slice was pretty sad, but that's ok). If you want a lot of crafty, independent brewers seek out Hoppy Monk or similar places. Food - 4.0 stars. Again, it's bar food not Momofuku. I had a bacon cheese burger and it was pretty good. Not the best burger I've had, but far from the worst. Go fight burger wars elsewhere. The bacon was tasty and well cooked (oven cooked?) with some brown sugar or maple glaze. The burger was not dry or over cooked. The tater tots paired very well with the non-artisanal ketchup. Service - 4.0 stars. Considering it was the world series, service was fast and attentive at the bar. The place was mobbed with people ranging from businessmen, to construction crews, to families (more of these than I expected). I didn't have any deep, heartfelt conversations with the staff, but the people at the bar were friendly enough. Overall - 4.25 stars. Not for everyone, but delivered well on it's brand promise. read more

This Twin Peaks location improves on a lot of the problems with the original location, especially parking, accessibility, and TV placement. The food, and restaurant size are about the same, which is to say good. And the girls are just as attractive, which means that the service quality could be inconsistent. I'm a big fan of watching sports events at TP because they have good food, cold beer, and tons of TVs. Though it is not a wings restaurant, their wing game is pretty strong, the green chile parmesan is my favorite, but hot and ghost pepper are also very good. The wings are good sized too, so points. The cheese bites are pretty awesome too. Speaking of pretty, the waitresses, even though they they're flirty and bring you food, they're not your girlfriend, and if we all realized that, the service would be better. But to be perfectly fair, my waitress was very attentive the first time I visited this location, my little rant is just a PSA for all places like this. And the parking, oh my god, the parking is gloriously large and plentiful, or maybe I'm just traumatized by the nightmares that is the fountains and ojos locos parking lots... Wow!!! Wife actually gave a 4 star on this one. The food was good and Valerie our server was awesome. We had chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken. Both were very tasty. Veggies were good as well-crisp and seasoned just right. Wife really liked the roasted potatoes. I had regular Mashed potatoes; they were too lumpy and hard. Other than that, the meal was very satisfying. Special Note: Appetizers (chip and queso and fried cheese) were really good. You need to try dipping fried cheese in the queso. So I have mixed feelings about my experience at Twin Peaks...I had never been there before and my best friend wanted to meet up with some of her friends and invited me a long because like I said, I had never been there. The environment was cool...nothing out of the ordinary for the kind of restaurant it is. Our waitress was great (I wish I remembered her name so I could mention her) but my biggest gripe about this place is that all of our food came out cold. It came straight from the kitchen and it was COLD. The fries were cold and tasteless. My chicken sandwich was cold.Like how long do they let it sit there before taking it to the table? We had already waited so long that we didn't say anything and just paid the bill and left. Definitely left hungry and stopped by McDonalds for some nuggets. Not the best first experience and idk if it's worth going back when there are places like The Union that give constant great service and food. read more

Had very bad service. Our waitress did not keep our drinks filled. We had to ask for silverware and refills. Our food did not come out at the same time. When my brisket tacos came out, there was a round metal ring on one my tacos. When I called the manager over to show him what was on the taco, he did not apologize, he explained what the metal ring was, proceeded to touch my food and asked if I still wanted the food. Ordered a hangover burger with easy mayo. The over hard egg was definitely not overhard. It was over egg and they broke the yolk before it cook and it was all over the plate. The mozzarella bites were not cooked, the cheese was cold when we bit into it, the pulled pork fries were a portion no bigger then my wallet and for $12 kinda feel like they either use smaller plates or more fires or something. Great time at Twin Peaks tonight! We came on a Friday. I truly wish we had one of these back in Ohio. Yes, the scenery is nice, but there is much more to it than that. I'm a stickler for decent service, and this place seems to always provide. Ashley was our server, and she was not only incredibly polite (not to mention beautiful), but she also was on top of our orders and brought things in a timely manner, from our drinks to our appetizer and our dinner as well. The service at Twin Peaks can be very hit or miss. Usually we've been disappointed and felt ignored so TP was never one of our go tos for food. Since Covid though we've gone more often because we enjoy the food if we take it home and just skip the mediocre service. We usually hit the TP at the Fountains but this weekend we were on Sunland Park Dr so we tried this one. We should have driven out to the fountains... the food was cold and the portions were much smaller than the portions we get at the Fountains. It was also depressing to see how badly they follow social distancing guidelines. Tables were seated right next to each other (less than 2' apart) and we were glad that we didn't seriously consider dining in. Despite signs claiming to follow social distancing guidelines the patrons didn't seem to care and the staff couldn't seem to do anything about it. We most likely won't be going back to this TP again. read more

This place is actually pretty good! The whole place is filled with top of the line stuff, including the HD TV's the tables etc. The food is also great, very flavorful and colorful. Just keep in mind when you come during the super bowl , expect the place to be packed to the brim. Just a great place to spend some time with your friends or family. Not your average sports bar. The food is a step above its competitors. The beer is 29 degrees with an icy lip on top. The most tv's I've seen in a sports bar. Very cool building design-looks like a mountain lodge. Good atmosphere. Most waitresses are great. Note: May be irrelevant but Twin Peaks has done an amazing job marketing their place as more family friendly than hooters, tilted kilt, etc, but the waitresses are dressed in less than most any place I've been. Let's face it, Twin Peaks is all about really cold beer and waitresses walking around in their underwear. Do not expect great service unless you're pounding back the Beer. We were in town for a week doing some work and twin peaks was across from the hotel. We stopped in about 8 o'clock every evening for supper. We always got something but usually not what we ordered. And you have to work pretty hard to get your waitress to come back to the table. After three nights of this, we gave up and went to Stateline barbecue just about a mile down the road. If you have your heart set on eating at Twin Peaks, my suggestion is to sit at the bar, drink beer, and maybe try and order fries or chips. read more

Went out for dinner with friends. I did not know that a UFC fight was going on and charging to watch the fight. The manager told me that they had police officer to kick me out if I didn't pay and was telling how much they paid for the fight which I wasn't interested. The manager was very unprofessional and calling me "bro". "Sir" could have been more appropriate.
