Very spacious and open area with a fire pit and tv's set for sports . Bai was our waitress and she was great. She was very present, helpful and speedy. We walked in the front door and there was no one there to direct us to a table. That was one issue. The real issue was that the cigarette smoke was so heavy in the air that we decided to leave. My wife has a lung issue and the smoke would start her to coughing. I used to enjoy coming here but the smoke issue is too much. Well, our server Ashley was not very warm or friendly or attentive for starters. She seemed bothered. Upon observation, it was apparent the gentlemen received better service. It took over 15 minutes for a sangria, but the one gentleman in our group had received two orders of drinks before me. This place reminds me of an old saying, "a camel is a horse designed by committee." It's all a little confusing. It's kind of like Hooters and Texas Roadhouse had an ugly baby that watches too much NASCAR. The beer selection is about like what you'd find at a gas station, and the menu reminds me a bit of BJs. That's not a compliment. On the good side, the service was great, friendly and on the spot. There's a nice outdoor seating area. The prices are fair. And the food was a solid "average" for its market. There's nothing done wrong here. If you're in the neighborhood, it's fine for a light beer and a burger, or to have a drink with some friends. Met up with some friends here for a couple of drinks on a Sunday afternoon. Even though there was no NFL games (weekend before Super Bowl weekend), the place was pretty busy. They were still offering drink specials too. Since I just got off doing some hiking, I thought it best to start with something to eat so I ordered up the classic loaded fries. Since the ranch dressing came in such a tiny cup...that was only about half full, I immediately asked for a second one. Unbeknownst to me, I was going to be charged for it. Other TPs that I've been to didn't charge for extra ranch. Regardless, the fries were good but nothing over the top. Of course the staff (girls), are all pretty friendly. I just love how every one of them...and I mean every one, has the exact same story (they're going to college and just working there to pay for school). What are the odds...cute! Lots of TV monitors throughout the place and plenty of parking. For me, a pretty average grub and brew stop. Nothing special to rave about. read more

In general the food is decent. There's a real inconsistency in the quality, though. Usually we order the boneless wings, and the saucing can vary between very, very light and acceptable. Beer is always super cold. Other menu items are OK and depending on who's working in the kitchen; they can be stellar... or blah. The service is the same, too: inconsistent. Typically, if you sit on the outer perimeter, you're getting the newbies and the trainees. Unfortunately, you don't get much of a choice. I suspect we're seated on the fringes because I'm with my wife and they don't think I'll tip well because I'm not by myself or in a group of guys. Regardless, the service can be spotty. Our group of friends came here after the razorback vs bears game and was highly disappointed. We've been here plenty of times and have enjoyed ourselves but this has been the worse experience we've had. We ordered drinks and the drinks were basically Kool-aid! After waiting more than 45 minutes we got our food and all of it was cold. We complained and the waitress called for the manager "Husky" to come over. The manager "Husky" didn't come over here. "Husky" passed our table multiple times. We had to literally flag him down for him to come over after. When "Husky" came over he was very nonchalant, didn't care about the situation, and showed no concern for the customer experience of the business. I've been coming here for several years now. The smiling faces, the great food, and the cold beer keep me coming back. I'm not gamesome but it's a great place for me to get some work done. Over the years, I've seen several management teams come and go, and with that, there's been some ups and downs. Two years ago, I worried that my favorite place wasn't going to survive. Then, Antonio took over and the place has thrived and has a fresh new energy. His commitment to excellence is obvious. I'm disappointed to read the reviews that were posted in the months after their reopening from the phase one shut down in Arkansas for covid. Recovering from that loss of employees was tough on every business in town. I was still coming here through that and saw how hard they worked to get it right and take good care of their customers. I know that the people that posted these reviews did so without attempting to ask management to make it right, because they would have. I hope they'll come back and try it again now that they're back at full staff. If you haven't been here, or haven't been in for awhile, you should go. You can tell them I sent you. So, I'm not quite sure what the problem was with some of the negative comments or if management started making changes. Service was prompt and courteous. My only suggestion is to bring out the salad first and then when the salad is done, bring out the main dish. But this suggestion might not seem common for a casual sports bar. I had a 10oz sirloin for $15ish dollars and a cob salad for about the same. I was pleasantly surprised they got medium rare right since most places seem to over cook it. If your a man and had to make a choice between Hooters in Little Rock or Twin Peaks, hands down this place is better. It's better maintained, there are more drink options, and the waitresses are far better... if you know what I mean! Plus, who can top $15 10oz sirloins. I was deciding between this place and Hooters. Overall not a horrible visit, but this restaurant has its issues. First of all the food was better than expected. The drinks were below average but the customer service was legit. The major reason I gave them a 2-Star rating was because of being on a patio that felt like a sauna. Having to ask four different people before finally getting someone to turn on the fans and then the management taking another thirty minutes to open up the remote controlled system of plastic blinds to let air circulation take place. I mean it's not as if we are in the midst of a pandemic or anything. I would return in the future if these issues were addressed by management to fully understand that if you have a patio for patrons to feel more comfortable sitting on, please allow the patio to be a patio.
