I have ALWAYS enjoyed my dining experience actually at both locations. On this past Wednesday I was treated to lunch at the LR location by a friend. Actually, we were just there a month ago. This location holds many memories bc my sister used to take me there for my birthday. Anyway, on last Wednesday and a few weeks prior we ordered the "Protein Bowl/ salad" and it was absolutely FABULOUS! We added "Salmon" to ours. I asked for no eggs or tomatoes. My friend had the tomatoes on hers. The young man (African American) who took our order both times and provided service to us was absolutely superb. Service was terrible, steak was very undercooked, and pasta was extremely cold as soon as we got it, wouldn't recommend.

Used to eat at a BJs in TX quite a bit... this is not there. Maybe it was because I used to drink beer then, that I liked the place, but now... the food here was ho hum. This was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet we still waited 40 minutes just to get our drinks. When we finally asked about them, we were told that all of their cups were dirty, which was frustrating to hear. Our server also never checked on us during the wait or gave us any updates. If there had been communication or an apology, it would have made the situation more understandable, but we were left waiting with no explanation. Overall, the lack of service and communication made for a poor experience, and I hope they can improve. read more

Arrived at 6:15 on Monday. Waitress came to table about 10 minutes after seated. Both ordered meal special. Pizza arrived about 7:20 pm. Nobody asked how our food was, or if we wanted pepper flakes / cheese with the pizza. Waitress never asked about drink refills. May have been a little understaffed, but seemed to be more an issue of inattentive service, disorganization, and poorly trained staff. Other tables around were also experiencing similar service. Food was OK. We've dined at this chain all over the U.S, this was not one of their better locations. It was about 8:15 when we left after an error on the check. We did leave a tip. Don't dine here (on Monday) unless you are willing to risk having a long dinner. If you have kids...hopefully they're patient. read more

This has to be the worst dining experience I have ever had!! Anything and everything that could've gone wrong, did.... we had a party of 15 people with a reservation. Every restaurant I've ever been to has always had the silverware on the table when a reservation was made. This was not the case with this situation. The silverware did not even show up until 20 minutes after the appetizers did and many of the appetizers included salads. Many in our party were forced to eat their salads with their fingers or just continue to wait for the silverware to arrive. Drink orders, including standard waters, were not taken until we had been there about 20 minutes. No refills were offered throughout the entire 2 1/2 hours we were there. The food finally came out and after asking 3 different wait staff, the silverware finally arrived. My order was not received until 30 minutes before our departure. There were plenty of staff to handle the volume, but organization and planning was not part of the equation with this group. Furthermore, no comps were offered for all the delay and less than acceptable service. The customer was completely disregarded in the whole experience Not even a free dessert offer. Any other restaurant would have offered something for the trouble of the customers to make it right. I have been to this location several times in the past and have had a good experience. This will be my final visit. There are far too many other options in the Little Rock area to settle for such ridiculous and unnecessary delays and horrible service!!! read more

BJ's is my go to sport's bar, I have never experienced bad service there before and everyone is so helpful. The food is delicious and don't forget their signature beers are always so fresh!!! The ambiance is so relaxing with the dime lighting, wide open space and the big tv's on the walls to watch all your sports games. read more

But I ordered Raspberry Ice Tea that didn't taste like Tea or Raspberry and Honey Buffalo Wings (not sure of name) didn't taste like Buffalo, Honey or both combined. We arrived about 230 for a late lunch and a couple of beers. We sat at the bar and got fast service. The food wasn't over the top but it was good. I thought the tuna was lacking in the seared ahi salad, but the taste was great. The fish and chips were good also. The atmosphere was a bit depressing, but that may have to do with the part of town it is located in. I wonder if I just came at a bad time of the day. We haven't lived in the area for very long. After enjoying a visit here in June with a large group, we decided to return today for lunch. I suppose I shouldn't have ignored the first red flag: when our server (Stephen B) took our beverage order, and I asked for coffee. Stephen's response was, "I'm sorry, our coffee maker is *still* broken so we can't make any coffee." Although we were both freezing in the restaurant and wre looking forward to warming up with some coffee, we went ahead and ordered iced tea instead. We both ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers for lunch, I asked for mine to be well done. I also added avocado. It took an inordinately long time for our food to come to the table. When it did and our server set mine in front of me, the bacon looked almost raw. I asked if I could please have crisp bacon and he removed my platter. When he returned, he set the platter in front of me as he informed me that "they just put two new pieces on there for you". When I opened my burger to season it, I discovered that the avocado for which I paid $1 extra was so small that it looked like one of the pickles! Our server never returned to refresh our beverages. We ended up choking down our extremely greasy burgers, paying our tab and leaving. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with our meal and the lack of service provided. We looked around, at one point, to chat with the manager but weren't able to find anyone. Stephen never stopped by our table long enough for us to even ask him to have the manager come by our table. I have waited tables in the past, I know that it's hard work. But, I also know that successful servers are successful because they put forth an effort. Worst experience I've had at BJ Brewhouse. My wife and I ordered our meals and saw the waiter only twice. Once for ordering and receiving the bill. Waiter never asked how our meal was nor received drink refills. I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta and the shrimp had the tails on them. The worst service I have ever encountered. I have stopped through here 4 other times and sat at the bar. Prior to this, my experience has been awesome. First of all, we waited several minutes to be seated; no one was at the front and there were not that many tables in the restaurant. When we were seated, we were not greeted. We waited at least 14 minutes before anyone helped us. Our server greeted us by almost walking past us and stating "has anyone approached you yet?" She said she would be with us in a minute (not a smile, a hello, welcome, how are you today, nothing)! So we waited about 8 more minutes and finally got to give her our drink order. We waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks (beer). When the drinks were dropped, she said she would be back to take our order. We waited another 12ish minutes for that with empty glasses. So now we had been here for 40 minutes and only been offered 1 drink and no refills. When the server finally refilled our drinks, she dropped my bf's beer off a little over half-way full and said they ran out. She did not communicate if they were changing the keg or ask him if he wanted something else...just dropped and ran. Again, no refills for quite a while and the server said she forgot about us and did not want to hover? I ordered a wedge salad and the salmon which came with 2 sides. I assumed my salad would come out first but it came out with the meal. Our food took over 30 min (not a problem) but not being checked on and sitting w/o drinks was a problem. I could not find our server to ask where my salad was. When we received our food, there was no check back and the server had to be flagged down for steak sauce. At that time I asked to speak to a manager (something I have never had to do). After 10 min., we explained what was happening to the manager. We pointed out people waiting to be seated for over 5 min. at the front. We also pointed out a table to the right of us who had not been greeted or received drinks for 13+ minutes and other tables who looked like they needed service. I explained I was not interested in "making it right" but just wanted them to know what was occurring. Getting the check was another long wait and I am assuming it is due to the fact things were being discounted. Meanwhile, the people waiting to be seated left. The table to our right left. The other tables were walking around looking for their server. The food was good but there was absolutely no service. No 2 minute greeting; no 5 minute drink service, and no check backs. The most communication we received was from the bartender who came to apologize and tell us the server was not supposed to take the drink that wasn't full to our table. We explained that isn't what bothered us and it was the poor communication and being treated like pariahs. Where was the management holding staff accountable? We were there for an hour and 20 minutes and did not see the manager back up anyone (except when we requested a manager). Furthermore, other servers could see us looking around and that our drinks were empty. Why didn't they convey this to our server or the manager? I don't know what was going on. Were there no cooks? Was our server and manager cooking or washing dishes? If so, we would have understood but nothing was conveyed. Was it shift change? If so, why didn't we get one of the other 5 servers in the sparsely busy restaurant? We were treated poorly and rudely and will never come back. read more

The hostess took me to a seat, but just stood there staring at me until I asked off this was where she wanted me to sit, then she basically made fun of me for not reading her mind. The food was great and the service otherwise was great, but the hostess was very rude. I brushed it off and wasn't rude back! I just laughed it off. Would post zero stars if I was able to. The restaurant was pretty empty on a Wednesday evening. We were seated straight away and waited about ten minutes for a waitress. Ordered the food. My pizza arrived about 35 minutes later. I ate my pizza as my husband and two kids waited another 30 minutes for their food. The hamburger was ordered as medium well was charred and the chicken sandwich was burnt. They forgot my husbands fries. We asked for the fries and were told they were coming out shortly. My husband ate his sandwich slowly over the next 30 minutes waiting for his fries ( 3 reminders). Finished the sandwich... kid didn't eat the burnt hamburger... I had already finished my pizza long before they all got their food. All in all we sat there for 2 hours... and still no fries! Will NEVER be back to this location. The other three locations I have visited have it together so not sure why these guys can't neither. read more
