I was a regular at this location and was recently banned. I was disappointed that David, the manager, did not take the time to speak to me directly or hear my side of the story before making the decision. I feel that this lack of communication has led to a misunderstanding, and I was unfairly humiliated in front of customers and friends. Minus his bad breath I thought he was ok, but I went to the restroom and my lady told me Hector waited until I walked away and he came over hitting on her and put his hand on her leg. This is unacceptable behavior. She and I are both Army veterans, this is military city. Let's demand more respect from local establishments and respectfully ask that Hector find another employer. I am incredibly disappointed with this Twin Peaks location. My sister was blatantly discriminated against while trying to use the women's restroom. The tall female African American manager with no hips approached her and shouted that she needed to leave, claiming there was a 'male' in the restroom. My sister is a woman, and to be treated like this is completely unacceptable and humiliating. She didn't even apologize! This manager needs serious training in respect and basic human decency. If you value your customers, I expect action will be taken to prevent anyone else from facing this level of disrespect. Unacceptable! read more

This was our first time eating at this chain, so we were at a real disadvantage, as other friends have eaten at one in Austin or elsewhere. Dezmarie, our server, was so helpful. She explained how to do the QR code menu, made recommendations for our lunches after our explaining not big eaters and even offered a sample of two beers to pair it with. Hello there, I've been to many restaurants and also different twin peak locations and let me just say. Our waitress Rachel was by far one of thee best waitresses I've had in a long time!! Great customer service like this is hard to find!!She was very attentive to our needs!! And May I add food/ everything came out within a timely manner. Most def will be back again!! Desiree - took good care of me the other night, I was tired, thirsty, and hungry, and she delightfully provided service, she ensured that my meal was as ordered, a new set of seasoned fries, for example. Went about two weeks ago, didn't know it was there, as I don't live in Schertz anymore. Got seated quickly, and Emma was our waitress. She was great.
