I wanted to share a quick update about my visit today. Me and my husband arrived around 2 in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find it already quite lively and bustling with people. It seems to be a popular choice even for an early Friday afternoon! What really stood out was their completely revamped menu. They've introduced a fantastic array of new dishes and exciting culinary creations. There are so many intriguing options that I'm genuinely looking forward to exploring on my next visit. The service was excellent, our bartender was so nice and attentive. Not the cleanest Twin Peaks that I've been too. Beer mug that my girlfriend got was dirty. I was at work when we decided to order some twin peaks. I usually love their cheese bites. As I was eating the cheese bites are usually served with Parmesan cheese on top. I take a bite and I feel something hard. I pulled it out and couldn't believe it was a metal rod. I called the manager, which he seemed "concerned" yet never offered a refund. He talked to me and said that after they investigated they realized that it was a Fryer basket metal piece. My fear is that I'm an adult and I chew my food, I can't imagine a child that isn't paying attention could of ended up with a perforated stomach or bowel if they would of swallowed that. I'm still waiting on them to offer anything for the metal rod attempting to end my life lmao. Needless to say, I never went back again. read more

Arrived there. Was seated on left side of restaurant. Waited for 10 mins. Ordered a tall ultra dressed and chips with queso. Another table got sat next to us and was given beverages and appetizers before mine. My beer arrived and it had tajin instead of salt. Chips and queso came out with food. We all got together for a meal before we headed out to a concert. I was the first one there, so I was seated, waiting for 5 more to show up. Waited for a bit before I was asked if I wanted anything to drink, I ordered a beer, and it took a while for it to come. I really don't like drinking here, cause if there beer is cold, why do you still serve it in a chilled glass. I don't like that so I always order beer in a room temperature glass. They sometimes get it right. The waitresses are nice, but not always attentive to the customer. Also, another place that gets too busy and the quality of service and food goes down. Definitely the service. The ambience is a sports bar, with plenty of TVs and plenty of waitresses to look at. Not, my favorite place to go, mainly, because of the beer. read more

Used to go to this location to watch ball games. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks, but now it's new. Management cuts you off early, not even checking in on you to make sure you're doing okay. This place has gone downhill. I do not recommend it for anybody to go here to watch games and enjoy drinks because they will tell you after four drinks you're cut off.So therefore, I won't be back. read more

Stacy is the absolute best! She juggles tasks like no other and is cute while knocking it out! Sitting at the tables is hard bc the bar is where it's at for service! Keep her in the bar she is hands down your biggest asset. We also had Erika in training and she seems to be killing it! read more

Came here to celebrate my wife's bday because we just wanted to get some drinks and an appetizer after shopping. It was about 4pm and kind of slow but we had to wait a bit to be seated because of a shift change and the fact that about 10 waitresses were in a corner outside having a meeting where we wanted to sit. It was taking too long so we opted to sit at another table. This place is extremely dirty and all the dishes are were crusted in food and had hair. The waitress was very nice and friendly at first and then she just disappeared and could never track her down when we needed her. We cancelled our last drink bc it took way too long it was ridiculous. After that she had an attitude and I don't know why because we were very nice and patient. The one star is for the food because I thought the fried pickles and ranch were delicious. This place needs to clean their dishes and maybe wipe the tables down with something that doesn't smell like mildew. Also need to work on providing better service. Imagine the tips they would get if they tried! I hope this place gets it together because I love the idea/decor and food. read more

The service has been consistently poor when we come to this location. Most recently, tonight, our waitress took a long time to serve us, we had to continue to ask for her, all the TVs where on one football game, and the volume was obnoxiously loud, we asked to have it turned down but it never was. With tapered expectations I was lured here by my group of fellows to watch the playoff games, have a drink or 3, have something to snack on and of course enjoy the scenic views. Those expectations may have been too much. The happy hour menu was extremely misleading. And the waitress did nothing to help me fill the gaps on making the correct selections. I pointed to the 3.99 happy hour 32oz and said I want that. She said what kind. I said Angry orchard. Fast forward the bill comes and the drinks w're all 6.99. I showed the waitress and she said my selected beer didn't qualify for the happy hour special. THEN WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT TO BEGIN WITH!?!?! I also pointed to the $6 triple play boneless. In the picture there are the boneless wings, fries and celery. The food comes- no fries. I ask the waitress, hey, did we forget the fries? She said no, to add fries would be $9. THEN WHY IS THERE FRIES IN THE PICTURE UNDER $6 HEADING?!?!? The waitress was nice. But my experience was crap because I'm not about to argue my bill. I paid. I tipped. And now I'm warning you. Taper your expectations. The scenic views are not worth getting hosed out of your money. Might as well go to the strip club for that. read more

Breanna our waitress was amazing. We came in for lunch and the place was about half full. Ordered a couple of rounds and some lunch. About 10 minutes later Breanna came back and told us they were having computer issues and the kitchen wasn't getting orders but she would keep an eye on of our order. The table next to us said they had been waiting an hour and still no food so we decided to cash out the drinks and come back a different day. The manager did not seem to know what to do to try to help. Hopefully they get it figured out so we can come back. read more

Some friends and I usually frequent this twin peaks after work. From my experience at other locations, this is the best location in town. Other locations bartenders act like you're a burden to them but these beautiful ladies are great! All of the food and drinks that I've tried are delicious! I love a good michelada from here and they have the coldest, most refreshing beer. read more

This was my first visit to this restaurant chain, and I loved it! The servers were absolutely adorable and full of energy. I was promptly greeted and shown to my booth. Our waitress asked us if it was our first time and explained how the ordering process worked. Now let's get to the food. I can EASILY see myself dining here often. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We had garlic parm wings; those cooks put their back into it! Some of the best I've had. You have to try the bacon! The waitress said that on Fridays, they were lingerie and thought that was ingenious to bring back repeat customers. In all, this place is definitely a must try! read more

We came to watch a NBA game & our waitress Jenesei was horrible. She was not attentive, would wait on people at our table & didnt co.e back for 20 min segments. Then didnt take dirty glasses or dishes off table & we had to flag her down to get service. We had another couple join & they had to go to bar to get drinks. She was standing watch the game in front of the TV. We couldn't get our checks to leave, went to the hostess stand to ask for her & she never came, then asked hostess again for the manager who came out & we explained our situation to his rudeness & he said he was just getting on shift & would pull our ticket, he continued to argue with us & I told him I wanted to pay for what I ate & drank & wanted to leave, we waited another 26 min for her to come back with out checks for the alcohol because he told off food, but the checks were wrong. We have had multiple bad experiences here, & a table of 8 said WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. We go to another location & have NEVER EVER had this kind of service. The hostess was very sweet and waitress also very nice, so customer service was on point. The wait time for the food was ridiculous and we got the to go order prior to our dine in orders. By the time we did get our food it was cold, not even warm. However, after bringing this to the Manager's attention, he fixed the situation immediately and brought us fresh plates. I ordered the fish tacos, no avacado, no pineapple, limp cilantro, COLD! Tea with very little ice. Service- we were a table of 7. Didn't bring drink order until we asked where they were, had to ask a 2nd time for the appetizer. Ask for salt and pepper but had to stop and laugh it up with the young men! Oder came incomplete on one and by the time the brought the rest customer was done with food. Never brought the grilled pepper. Oder a second round of beer and had to ask 3 times. Hmmm. Well, where should I start? Let's start with just a "Ho Hum" as an overall experience. Service was just okay, beer was way too cold (I generally would be happy with cold beer) which caused lots of foam, and ultimately less beer to drink, the music was hip hop (which I don't mind...but don't want to hear exclusively), and the overall feel was just suspect at best. I've had better experiences with European gas stations (I'm serious) than I had here. I think I might try this place again on a different weekend to see if things change, but otherwise, I'd rather experience a Koala attack in Australia than be here again. read more

The waitress never came around to place our order on time, forgot our drinks. We needed to go speak with the General Manager and tell him we have received the worse customer service EVER! I literally dragged two of my friends into this establishment for your "grilled and smoked" wings, which are a sensational hit (when done right). I've seen a lot of inconsistencies with some of the kitchen staff. The last couple of instances your establishment knocked it out of the park!!! Some of the most perfect sets of wings, not charred and not soggy, absolutely breath-taking. After luring two of my close friends there tonight, evening timeframe, my waitress informed me there were no more grilled and smoked wings. On top of that debacle, that was the second time your establishment was out of Rumpleminz. The service was decent but I feel like a buffoon for setting my guys up for failure. Just visited establishment after seeing the advertisements via email and Facebook that they were "Texas Strong" and contributing some percentage of profits and collecting donations to go towards the victims, etc., from the recent flooding. Sadly, false advertising. I work in the Hill country so was excited to come here and support a restaurant I like and be able to donate to a good cause. What a big fat lie! Not only were they not taking donations for contributing as advertised, but the waitresses had no clue what I was talking about and the manager obviously refused to come talk to us after requesting. If you enjoy paying for 22 oz of beer and getting 1/4 of it in foam and ice, this is the location for you!!! This is NOT typical for Twin Peaks as the other location we frequent never seems to have this issue with pouring beer.... I get it's about the atmosphere, but can I get all the beer I paid for? After asking for a NON- FROZEN glass to pour my 29 ° beer into seems to be to much.... just as aking for a decent pour that seems to be to much... The food is great but I come here 3-4 times a week to see Bri she's amazing and always makes it a good time.

The food and the ambiance is nice. However, the service is god awful. The waiters don't seem to have adequate training in customer service in a good industry. Don't bother trying to order a drink at the bar, the bartenders are too busy twirling their hair and having side conversations. Lastly, I tried to order a lunch special on a Friday, and the girl told me that I can only order it during the week. So apparently Friday isn't a week day anymore. Again, management has to do a better job in training these young ladies. The potential is there. read more
