As soon as you walk in you smell the cigar bar, very un appetizing! Was hoping to sit at the bar for gaming, bar is full probably because the cigar bar is so unbearable to sit at. Super cute girls (very young) how many problems have you dealt with there but seriously the thongs with asses hanging out was a little much. Cute outfit is one thing lingerie is another. Skimpy is fine but there's a line at trashy. And "scenic views" written on the building is about as classless as it gets. It's not supposed to be a strip club but might as well be. Smoke and ass cheeks have a place and it's not around food you guys and the family seated in there next to the bar...hmm dad bored with his marriage? Way to keep it classy Reno! read more

I arrived ahead of my party of six. I was told I could not be seated until three of the six had arrived. - star! Evidently 5:00 PM is shift change, so no service until new shift comes on. - star! When I placed my order for a house Cabernet it took a very long time for it to arrive. $11.00 for a very small amount of wine. - star There are lots of servers, but most are just standing around talking with each other. I agree with other customers about the lack of a happy hour menu. - star Bottom line the service is terrible and expensive (for happy hour). I would NOT go back there if it was free! read more

This is a difficult restaurant to review. I'm sure it will do well in Reno, particularly if the food improves, but it's not half bad as it is. At any rate, food will not be why people patronize this restaurant. It's the boobs -- big, juicy, showcased boobs and short shorts and who cares about the food? The waitresses, all of whom were professional and attentive (me too!) are like Hooters on steroids. The decor of the restaurant, with deer heads (racks?) on display and other resemblance to a hunting lodge, was comfortable and warm but, there again, who cares about the decor when all you can see are boobs. Delicious! As to the food, the menu was quite good and varied, prices were reasonable, drinks were actually cheap. I ordered a small Coors Light which was served in a small 10 oz. mug with ice in it. I've never had an iced beer like that before. It's unique but watered down beer is not my thing. Of course, who cares when there are .... you guessed it .... boobs all around. We had the fish and chips which was okay -- neither great nor bad, just average. The lobster rolls were tasty and very good and are recommended. I also should have mentioned that this is a sports bar with myriad tv's showing lots of different games and sports which I always enjoy watching .... except when there are boobs bouncing around. Oh well, one man's sport is another man's obsession. All things considered, I can't wait to return with all of my male buddies. I now know why this is called Twin Peaks. Service is horrible. There is plenty of staff but they keep walking past me at the bar when I go to cash out. We ordered food and the Wings took over 30 minutes to come out. Wings were ok. They didn't comp the drinks from gambling. My husband told me he wouldn't be coming back. read more

Terrible service got a beer then waited 30 min for another then decided to close my tab which took another 15 min to do. Was not even that busy mind you. Half the staff was sitting around chatting. First time to eat here. This is a Hooter's clone. The service was very good and the food was very good. They have this side dish called Adult Mac & Cheese and it is one of the best Mac & Cheese dishes I've ever had. I had the fish and chips, and they were really good. My wife had the ribs, and they were also good, actually better than some of the BBQ places around here. For us it was just way too loud and way too many TV's. read more

Review update: Cigar bar open, absolutely awesome! Great service, food, and the most comfortable place in Reno to smoke a cigar.

Average bar food, nothing stood out as being above average for food, Price was standard per other outlets in Reno of franchise businesses. Women be warned that servers are in shorts and small tops, Men enjoy. During our visit several tables and a few servers was making Maga statements and then servers started the Trump dance. One server immediately walk away when she disappeared it was the Trump dance. I am sure management of Twin Peaks support this behavior. Overall, please enjoy this place, Republicans do not understand that rudeness in public. Service was great, server polite, food standard, atmosphere good, lighting perfect, greeting at door great. read more

Twin Peaks is a national themed restaurant so it would be expected of them to have their act together and hit the ground running pretty soon after opening. But alas, this location is not doing well - and now we are three weeks post go live and there are more reviews ending that they just won't return. Twin Peaks corporate needs to see these reviews and make a visit and judge independently but even this reviewer has been extremely dissapointed so far. I think a lot of people were really enthusiastic about Twin Peaks coming to Reno but there is good competition in the area and if they can't get their act together to provide good food, good service and ambiance - they'll go the way of the restaurant they replaced in that location. read more

The staff was very pretty, that being said the food was not only overpriced but the ingredients were terrible. I had chicken quesadillas. They were made with canned chicken meat and Velveeta. A $20 burger also came with Velveeta. They also only have digital menus so if u don't bring your phone you have to guess what they have. 2 stars is generous read more

Been there twice. One time sat in a booth another time at the bar. While sitting at the bar, the wood rim been shaved with a circular saw. Raw edge still exposed and corner was sharp and caught my clothes. Service is nonchalant. Considering how many servers there are too many didn't have enough to do or didn't want to do anything. Per one server, most are from LV. I had to order my cocktail 3 times. She then asked me to show the her the menu from where I ordered! Both server and bartender didn't know the Jameson orange with a slice of orange was on the menu. I gave up and ordered a corona! Everyone at our table was finished by the time I received my beer. It wasn't crowded. Great place to watch sports/football but don't rely on the food. I was charged .89 cents for blue cheese to go with my "loaded" fries that came with ranch! Ease up on the employees and make a better food product. Perhaps have servers review the menu. Music is too loud to carry on a conversation. read more

Came here to try on a Saturday, with a large party. We waited a little bit to get our seats. The eye candy is awesome. Now, I personally don't care for scan a qr code to get a menu. Not everybody had a cell phone. Anyway, we started off with a couple 220z Voodoo Rangers wings, and got there Hot as Fuck wings, if you like spice, get those, they truly are. Waitress, we had Jazmine, she was awesome, she was on top of everything. Kitchen screwed our orders up, but, our waitress was on top of it. Kept, checking in and making sure everything was OK. I'm giving them a five out of five. They as a collective did an awesome Job, I can complain, but, I'm not. Staff is awesome, I'll be back, thank you to everybody, keep on improving. Our server was Maddie. Let me set the scene because this was ridiculous. We went here and wanted to drink for our friend's 21st birthday. We all sat down and got one drink at the bar, after that happened, we waited an hour until a server came to us and the server (after an hour) asked if we wanted anything. When she asked if we wanted anything, she said "I'll take your orders but we are debating kicking you out. As you can assume, we were all very shocked because there was no reason to back up what they said. None of us were drunk, we started our night there, so we were all very sober and very upset to be blindsided by something they couldn't explain. When asked for reasoning, the lady referred us to her manager, who referred us back to the servers who couldn't give us a reason why they had said they wanted to kick us out. We all ordered food, which never came. Not only was service terrible every conversation was full of attitude when we were trying to enjoy our night. read more

I'll never spend a dime here after the way we were treated today (2/27/2025) by the Hostess at approximately 3:00PM. The place had at best 8-10 customers some of which were at the bar. We wanted to give the new establishment a try, but when the Hostess wanted to seat us, in an empty restaurant, between two families with small children we asked to be seated two booths away but were told that the waitress had to be asked if that was possible, as they had laid off numerous employees. Instead of seating us as requested and telling the waitress that we were two booths away from her 'station', you know, good customer service; we then opted to not spend our,,, money in the place and proceeded to leave, being told that was our choice. Yes our choice based upon her poor service, and it's no wonder they are already laying people off and may be out of business with that, attitude. Rest assured that we will never recommended this place to our many friends and family who enjoy dining out and contributing to the local economy. read more

Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 5pm: my husband and I decided to try the new establishment in town (Twin Peaks) in Reno, NV. When we entered the music was so loud I could barely hear the hostess who couldn't be bothered to say hello or welcome. Most of the servers were congregated around the hostess desk talking amongst themselves, with some patrons seated right behind the hostess desk. We were seated in the very back northwest corner of the room by the kitchen with no menus. There was one young couple there as well and was in a deep conversation with a server. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or bring us menus or even water. We flagged down a passing server and asked if we could at least get a menu. She stated "well, OK but I'm not your server!!! Needless to say, we walked out. This place is NOT customer- centric, nor does there seem to be any TEAM work or common courtesy. We will be sharing our experience with all of our family and friends and explain why we are never going back. This place won't be around for long. This place doesn't even rate a one star. The other patrons who have given this place low ratings as well are not exaggerating. read more

Really wanted to like this place as the food looked amazing on the website. the appetizers platter was lackluster at best with the fried cheese things being the best (but hard to mess up fried cheese). the Adult mac and cheese was awful and so liquid it was almost soup. The kids grilled chicken was so dry it was almost jerky. The meatballs tasted straight from a can of chef boy r Dee. And the bbq flatbread was soggy with no flavor. The best part of the meal was the sodas and strawberry lemonade. The food took forever to come although the server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. We knew what type of place it was before we came so I have no complaints about the "atmosphere " or uniforms, although I agree with several other reviews with the thongs some of the girls were wearing, not sure how health code allows that. Overall.. We came, we saw, we will never come back. This was a one and done for us. read more

So first off we'll say my friend and I are older and not the obvious demographic for this place. But that aside, it was very underwhelming. We sat at the bar, the first waitress was very helpful and pleasant. We ordered an appetizer as well as a couple of beers. Then she left and we literally had to stand and flag somebody down to get any service. I had one of the house beers and it was very mediocre, I think it was a dirty brunette. The appetizer was chips and avocado, queso dip and some salsa was very light on chips, and the dips except the avocado could have been out of a can. We were there to watch a football game but the music was so loud and we had to ask three times to get in front of us tuned to the right channel. The bar was sticky, so much so that coasters had to be peeled off. Definitely in need of a good cleaning. We left after half an hour and again had to really work to get somebody to deliver our bill. First off if you don't bring your phone with you they won't see you . Luckily my friend had his phone with him . We decided to sit at the bar and wait for a table it was a little busy but they said it would take between 30 and 45 minutes for a booth . While sitting at the bar we had two different girls come over and tell us this is not their area but they would help us we never saw either one of them again . Finally the bartender came over after about 25 minutes and asked for my bank card so she could start the order , I told her we just wanted a couple glasses of wine we were waiting for a table and I pay in cash . The wine glasses were right above her head so she pulled a couple down , my friend's glass was covered in lipstick prints so she got another one that also was covered in lipstick print she got another one it was okay but not that clean . About 5 minutes later we were seated at a booth mind you there were several booths open the whole time we were sitting waiting. When the waitress came over to introduce herself we knew we should order then or would be midnight by the time we got anything . We ordered chicken wings and two more wines , about 30 minutes went by and we received our chicken wings in the meantime the waitress came by and said that she was sorry for taking so long she was making sure that they were cooked all the way . Well some of them we're not cooked all the way they were not very good at all . In the meantime I went to the restroom there was no hot water, and my friend said there was no toilet paper in the woman's room kind of a big deal . So that tells me there's no hot water in the kitchen because of the dirty glasses and no hot water in the bathrooms nothing has been washed in the kitchen with hot water . Then they brought over two more wines and I told them we did not order those so they took them back , I told this to the waitress and she said that she double tapped and she was sorry but she double tapped and she didn't think that she could untap it I guess . All in all not a very good experience over an hour and a half for chicken wings and two wines and dirty glasses . Will not be going back !! read more
