We have never been disappointed coming here, but we usually come here wanting a sports bar with lots of tvs. The food is always hot, fresh and the portions, especially for the appetizers, are large. They need to work on cleaning up the menus. They were very sticky and just need to be wiped down (all the pages) as they are plastic coated for this purpose. Hence, my 4 stars. The girls wear very short shorts and low tops, and midriffs totally exposed, so I wouldn't be bringing my 12-18 year old boys in here unless you want them seeing all this skin. read more

First visit, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Everything arrived quickly, tasted fresh and was well seasoned. Would recommend getting takeout if you don't care for the aesthetic of this restaurant or don't want to feel uncomfortable. Just a heads up if you do go on a Friday the waitresses may be in lingerie instead of their usual crop tops and booty shorts. Well it appears that tonight they are seriously under staffed. We arrived and we were greeted and shown to our seats rather quickly. We ordered drinks and appetizers and the chips and queso was pretty tasty. After over an hour wait our food finally made an appearance. The food looked appetizing but was seriously disappointing. They fries and fish were ice cold. For the price it was fairly disappointing. The girls were friendly but what we realized is that the girls hung out around the tables with the guys. They were friendly when they came to the table but were much more interested in improving their tips at the tables that did not include females. We came for a truck show and unfortunately we will not be returning for a meal anytime soon. We have been for drinks and appetizers before on the patio might have to limit future visits to that. read more

Yooo if I could leave zero stars I would.... Other then having literally the whole staff on my Snapchat don't ask me how or why . But service was down bad tremendously. I felt like I was more at a strip club then somewhere I wanted to eat. Not talking about the outfits although I miss hooters . But seems like if you aren't an old white guy you aren't getting good service. "I guess they look like they have money" or something or they must have their only fans already. I was called sweet nicknames I hadn't even heard from my ex wife..hahaha The beer is as cold as they advertise. It was a very good pour. The wings were SLATHERED in the different flavors we asked for. Meh at best. I apologize to our waitress if we didn't pay enough attention to her, but that ended quickly as soon as a table full of Corvette owners came in and sat down. I so so so want this place to get there stuff together!! I am a patio person. I seek out patios and it's a bonus when there's food, added bonus with GOOD food! We've been six times. Food has been good half the time, service has been good half the time. Salads and dinners are good--BUT...I ordered the Street corn chicken salad today: no corn. My husband ordered the steak salad with vinegar and oil instead of the suggested dressing-they drenched it in the jalepeno dressing. All was not great. I asked for PBR-because it's cheap-they ran out. Understandable-so I ordered a Miller Lite...they brought it, but charged twice as much for it. It wasn't MY fault they didn't have PBR. Every time we've been there, either the food is not right or the waitstaff sucks. First time: greasy nasty food, second and third time, waitresses didn't listen and were unattentive...like I said, I just really want a patio! We really enjoy the food and order here often for take out or door dash. They get the order right maybe 20% of the time and then they don't want to own up to their mistakes. Try to blame the customer. Even the manager is RUDE and acts annoyed that you even bring it to their attention. It's very frustrating and we will not be going back again for a long time. I realize that staffing is tough right now and finding quality hires is difficult too but there is no reason to be rude and not be helpful. read more

My wife and I have been coming to Twin Peaks for quite a while. This last visit was very disappointing. The service was good. But the wings which we like with cold beer while watching TV was liking eating chicken jerky and the hogs were not even on because no ESPN Plus. To begin with they were extra small compared to the past. I do not have a problem paying more for the wings you had in the past. When we come back at some point and we have the same experience with the wings, I will have to go somewhere else. The atmosphere is great which is a shame. Great people around. I went here for the Superbowl and had a great time. The wait staff was kind and followed up with me if I wanted to order anything. I sat at the bar. I had the shrimp basket and a burger. Both were good. It is not the best I've ever had, but were tasty and met my expectations. The place has dozens of TVs so it is a great place for watching sports. I will be back! I am I originally from California and this place I would compare kind of similar to Hooters. In Rogers/Springdale on business this past week and had several meals at this Twin Peaks location. Although I am a fan of the khaki shorts and red plaid tops, I was pleasantly surprised (as were my business partners who had never been to TP) to find out it was "Bikini Week" First dinner was the trout. Was decent, but not much to write home about. Second night I opted for the Blackened Fish Tacos served with tortilla chips and salsa. Ordered the fish grilled. The tacos were outstanding. Just enough spice to make me drink my beer a little faster than normal. Definately recommending the tacos! The service for the first two meals was good, but considering the number of customers, the servers were busy and did not stop by the table as often as I thought would be adequate. Usually we are asked if we would like another beer before they are empty, but on both occasions the mugs all sat empty for a spell before she returned. Today I decided to stop for lunch on my way out of town heading for my next stop in Missouri. Decided on a standard lunch selection of a cheeseburger. Since I had ordered it with only one patty it was considered to be a "girl" version. Much in tge same way if you order a tall beer it is considered a "man's" size and if you order a short mug it is considered to be "girl's" size. Although there was a fair amount lunch traffic, was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food was prepared and served! The burger was cooked perfectly and tasted outstanding! Fire fries were seasoned just right and complimented the burger to a T. As far as burgers go this may be the best burger I have had in years! (Maybe it was the caramelized onions that pushed this over the top!) Today's service was exceptional and would be one of the prime reasons that I would go out of my way to return to this location. Harlie is the real gem of this locations service staff. She has a wonderful personality, genuine smile and is attentive to customers needs. Went for a beer on a Saturday night. It was dead for a Saturday so we assumed quicker service as there were plenty of servers standing around. We get sat after standing at the host stand for 3 min with the host 2 feet away on her phone. She had looked at us once already and didn't bother to greet us. We get sat and a server never came to our table. Plenty of them walked around, made eye contact with me, and not one bothered to ask if we had been helped or anything. We sat for about 10 min before getting up and leaving, and as we were walking out not a single server said a thing (there were 6 standing up front). Ridiculous service. read more

Had never tried the place before so the wife and I stopped in just before the lunch rush started. Very friendly staff. Almost every waitress stopped by our table to make sure that we were doing OK and if we needed anything. Gave me an excellent recommendation for a turkey avocado smash sandwich with sweet potato fries. I asked for honey for my fries and another waitress recommended us to get their signature bourbon dipping sauce. IT WAS AMAZING! Management was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. And as an added plus, the staff and clothing were definitely geared towards men. read more

A couple of friends and I came here for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon. This was my first time at any Twin Peaks restaurant. Our waitress, Cathy, made the experience something worthy of a repeat visit. Cathy never failed to bring drink refills before our glasses were empty. We didn't ask, she just showed up with fresh drinks. She always asked if we needed anything else. She's a top notch waitress. The food was as good as the service. I had the Smokehouse burger. It was very tasty. I had asked for no onions. It wasn't until I got a bite of a piece that I realized they were there. To say I don't like onions would be an understatement. But, these purple onions added a hot and spicy flavor that could make me become a fan. I would have actually liked a few more pieces. Living 80 miles away, this is not a restaurant I can visit routinely. But, it is on my list of places to eat when I have occasion to be in the area. I have two other favorite restaurants within a half mile of Twin Peaks. The choice now becomes more difficult. That's a good problem to have. Thank you Cathy, and other staff members. read more

Everytime I go to Twin Peaks, I have enjoyed the food, the drinks and the service. I mind my business and I enjoy the ambiance. However on 1/26/22, I had Abbey as a server. She's a decent server but she lacks accountability. I ordered the cheese bites appetizers with drinks. We got our drinks and we waited for the cheese bites. The cheese bites never came. I asked her the status of the cheese bites and she said she'd go check....she went to the server kiosk which told me she never entered it. As soon as she left to check, the food came in and shortly after she delivered the cheese bites. Common sense says the appetizer comes before the entree. So my partner and I enjoy our meals, we don't even bother with the cheese bites as we have already started with the entree. We finish our meal and ask for the check. She still had the audacity of keeping the appetizer on the check. I get her attention and tell her to remove the appetizer since it arrived late. Instead of her taking accountability and being like: yes, that's my fault, I will remove. I get her fucking eye roll. I do not need her bitchy ass attitude when she knows damn well she fucked up. There was many things wrong with the order, actually EVERY SINGLE ITEM was screwed up. The salad was requested NO blue cheese or eggs, and it had those. Also requested ranch, no ranch. The pickles were suppose to come with ranch.. didn't. The shrimp/chicken plate was entirely missing its side. Not to mention the food was not that good. This is 110% the fault of the crappy restaurant. When I called to inform the restaurant of the problem, she got her manager, then called me back and said "the manager said it wasn't our fault, it should had been checked." ... No it was ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT that EVERY meal was messed up. You had an order, and DIDNT FILL IT. This place is a joke. read more

We attended the Cody Johnson concert last night and were recommended to go to Twin Peaks afterwards where we fell in love with this gem Jordan. She took amazing care of us! It was super busy but some how Jordan made us feel like we were the only customers in the building. We didn't even realize we waited over an hour for our food!
