Let me start out by saying that Bobby is the best Kitten that we could ever ask for. The day we brought him home, he was a bit shaken up from the car ride. When we let him down, he ran into the closet and hid for a few hours. It was also his first day away from his brothers and sisters. I assume that he was taken from his mommy that day too. That night, I went into his room to go check on him. I was wearing a fuzzy pink bath robe. He walked right up to me, snuggled up in the bath robe until he fell asleep on me. Ever sense Bobby has been a wonderful addition to our home. He likes lots of play time. His favorite toy is the mouse on a stick. He also likes to play hide and seek. Bobby has never had a litter box accident. He enjoys walking on the window sill and playing with his ball.Bobby seems like a very happy kitten and seems very healthy too. He is growing more and more every day. Bobby is extremely affectionate and enjoys sleeping in our bed with us at night. We would like to thank you for all of the helpful advice that the lady at petco gave us when we wanted to adopt Bobby. He goes to the vet this week for his next check up. The petco coupons were very useful. The information that you provided us with was very helpful too. We wish we could have taken in his mother and two brothers which we hear are still up for adoption. Dr. Mike had to do four…read morehours of surgery to remove all abscess teeth, but had to leave a few broken below the gum line because the anesthetics was nearing a death time period. Half of his removed teeth were below the guml line caused by sloppy Dental work. Mike make house call to check on my little guy after he was released a day after surgery. The fact I live 25 mikes away impressed me. With his visit. He went out to store a purchased some deli turkey to get the little guy to start eating. He had been just lying resting as he was very tired. I now have a perky 13 1/2 yr doggie who runs and barks. He tries to eat big food, but I have to feed him little bits and blends of soft diet food. No teeth to eat with. Thanks for my little buddy being much better feeling.

I recently rescued a dog who has been severely abused and neglected. He is afraid of everything, and I was incredibly nervous about his first grooming experience. But Rascal's blew me away with their compassion and professionalism. The staff took their time with him, showing incredible patience and care. They even tag-teamed the process: one team member held him, comforted him, and spoke kindly while the other carefully trimmed his nails. What could have been a traumatic, one-time-only ordeal turned into a surprisingly positive experience--he actually enjoyed it! I never thought I'd see my dog this calm and happy during grooming. Unlike other groomers in the area, Rascal's truly has heart in what they do. They even have a window where pet parents can watch to see firsthand how ethical and kind they are. Called this morning at 1032 and she was already held. What a shitty place that wont release an animal that is repeatedly asked for but I was placed on hold so someone else cound adopt her. Again. Go somewhere else to adopt. These people are horrible!! Can not say enough bad things about this facility and how they handle their adoption process.
