I was nervous because my previous dentists have been rough and rude and it made for an anxiety filled event. Not here, the office is clean, the staff is super nice and they work hard to make it a great, calming experience. Today I woke up with excruciating mouth pain and they fit me in (I'm assuming everyone missed lunch bc of it) without question. They never made me feel bad for coming in and fixed me up in about an hour. We have referred many people to this practice and everyone is just as satisfied as we are. Dr. Carter and his staff made me feel comfortable and walked me through each step of my care. I was in a good deal of pain when I first saw him. He was able to identify the issue and was able to fix the problem. In all my years of going to a dentist, I would dread the pain from the numbing injection. Dr. Carter has a wonderful method when he gives a shot. I barely feel anything! This past week, amidst the COVID 19 yuck, Dr. Carter and his staff took great care in doing extra cleaning and screening to protect their staff as well as their patients. Her office is warm and welcoming and the team there is so friendly and nice. Making an appointment is easy and convenient and they are great at reminders. I went in for my 6 month cleaning over my lunch break. They are quick, efficient, thorough and precise. When I was younger I had some dental work done, after consulting with Dr Wilson we came up with a plan and I scheduled my appointment for 1 week later (they could have gotten me in sooner but with my work schedule 1 week was my timeline). Unfortunately they were…read morenot careful in the removal process and I now have palladium/mercury poisoning and need to have chelation IV therapy to remove the heavy metals in my blood due to a chronic high platelet count. My platelet count was fine prior to my visit with Dr Hascall. My hematologist now wants to do a bone marrow biopsy to check for cancer. Stay far alway from this place for any removal of old fillings. Also, Dr Hascall seemed to be more concerned if I was fully vaxxed, which was none of his business.

The front desk staff is amazing and make you feel really welcome (almost like you've known them your entire life)...Also I'm so happy with my hygienist Lisa... She is so awesome... I have been to numerous Dental providers over the years and have had some Bad hygienists and Dental visits in general. We love coming here, they know you by name and are so friendly!
