The receptionist staff is rude and ineffective. I called to confirm an appointment time and location and they failed to tell me I was confirming the wrong day- just told me the location of the appointment marking me drive 45 miles out of my way for no reason. My daughter constantly complains that the assistant who works on her stabs her with her fake nails and is totally unaware when she's causing her pain. I cannot wait for this to be done. My son needs braces in a year or so but there's no way we are going back. Because you pay upfront- you have little or no recourse to choose another orthodontist once you start. You are their hostage and they don't care if you are served or not once they have your money. Go somewhere else.
