I've been staying at Twin Rivers Vacation Park for a few months now. I have had a great experience! I enjoy the beautiful and quiet setting. Christine, the manager, has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal with lots of wineries, master garden, and state park close by. Positives: Park is beautiful, shaded, bathrooms and showers are clean. Staff is helpful. Negatives: Showers are coin operated. 50-cents for ten minutes. It takes 5 minutes fir water to warm up so be sure to budget your quarters accordingly-when your time is up the water shuts off. The public restrooms are closed from 10pm to 6am...be sure to advise your bowel and bladder to exercise their evacuations in this time frame. (Tent campers, be aware.) read more

July 25-July 29, 2025 - Roseburg, OR This park has a lovely, park-like feel that I really enjoy. I did notice more long-term rentals this time, which takes away a little from the atmosphere. I also walked the short river trail--it used to be more accessible, and unfortunately, there was some junk piled up that was unsightly. Twin Rivers is an interesting RV Park. It is out near the Twin Rivers Park where there is a large playground, fishing and boat launch. It would be great to have that nearby. We saw it in winter so there were puddles and mud but it is a nice park. It's definitely a place you should check out if you're interested in fishing at the local park. read more

October 1, 2024 Good news! Since my review a year ago, they have rebuilt the bathroom and laundry facility. Everything is new, bright, and shiny. They are now redoing the main office, so as of this writing the office and small store there are closed. We arrived at the main entrance, picked up our site reservation packet, got the gate code, and entered the park. Theses are full hookup sites with lots of beautiful shady trees overhead. The WiFi works well. They have a couple horse shoe pits. Always a good stay here. read more

Even though there appears to be some live boards, this park is very neat and clean. Lots of fun trails to walk and benches to sit and watch the river flow by. The restrooms and showers are impeccable. The staff is great. read more

Twin Rivers Vacation Park is a dump with shabby furnishings and shabby customer service. The roads in the park were potholed and the picnic table bench collapsed under me giving me an unexpected ride to the ground. My wife called the office and their only response was to send someone to replace the table. No apology or asking if I was OK. The only thing the guy they sent to replace the table had to say was how those tables are "old and rusty." (I mentioned that I had recently discovered that...) Then he hauled it the table away, leaving the sharp screws all over the ground. And of course the office was not open at 10:45 AM leaving me no opportunity to discuss the situation with the management, so they can read my review instead. read more

My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were passing through Roseburg. We were given a spot amongst the full time people living in rigs of various states of disrepair. The picnic table was rotting and falling apart. The fire pit looked as if it had been obliterated. I took a trash bag to the over flowing dumpster and had to wedge it in. I walked my service dog through the park and was accosted by two separate large dogs and scaring me half to death. My husband wanted to watch Sunday night football and could not get the cable to work. We were never told that we needed a descrambling box. What RVer travels with a descrambling box?? Take your money elsewhere! read more

Decent pull through sites. They have showers at a cost of .75 cent for three minutes. It seems weird that they charge 60.00 with taxes and fees per site then turn around and gouge you for a shower. Stay at county park. read more

The level of rudeness from the woman on site is beyond unprofessional, I think she believes your able to treat strangers like your berating your own child , she's on a power trip and the grounds themselves are okay but nothing worth setting on a high horse to degrade people on how to breathe if there staying there. We met her in the office and she must've been drinking alcohol all day she was slurring her words, very rude and confrontational. It was average. There was a river which was nice but trash is not dumpable here because they just don't seem to take it out. For 6 people it was 90 dollars and 1 day for a regular spot and I'm no expert so I can't judge how good that is. You can get electricity but no water and no black water dump read more

Absolutely the one of the nicest RV parks we've stayed in. They have large gravel pull thru shady sites with 50 amp, water, sewer and cable. There is a room with bathrooms and laundry facilities and a clothesline if you want to air dry your clothes. The office has a small store, room adjacent with wifi and you need a code to get in the gate of the park, but if they are in the office they will open it for you. So this is a secure park. This park sits right on the Umqua river but there is really no access for fishing due to berry vines. But a beautiful view. There is a nice county park across the street but NO DOGS ALLOWED from May 15-November 15. Idk weird but I put it in my review about that park. This RV park is so grassy and tons of trees, we had a cherry tree in our campsite. There are pots of lilies all over the grounds. Everything is well manicured. We camped here in a 37' fifth wheel and definitely will stay here again! read more

Shady park 5 miles off I-5 - Roseburg So Oregon Wine Country Most recent stay was 05-01-2016 (I'm late on my reviews) We camp in a "Tear Drop" style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table & set up our dining canopy for sun/ weather protection so we rely on condition of campgrounds facilities being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area. Locking gate for security, paved roadways, lots of shade trees, large level grassy sites with gravel for the rv and cement patio with picnic table - not crowded at all. The seclusion is nice away from noise of city and the interstate - older park 50's era with some monthly full timers scattered about but still everything is neat and well kept. Got a site close to restroom/showers which is in a cement block building; they were very clean although old and outdated from the fixtures/sinks, vanity, toilet, & shower stalls and reason for 3 star rating. A trip to local Home Depot would do wonders for the place. The shower area is large and includes private dressing area in each stall, including a rubber mat when you step out of the fiberglass shower, with hooks for towels and clothes, a shelf, and a corner bench - perfect set up. Wish they had hooks and shelves at community sink area a convenience necessity that many campgrounds seem to ignore. Older washers / dryers that work. read more

I decided to post after having accidentally clicked on an old link I had for them. I glanced at their site and noticed that they now do not accept emails for communication. This squarely matches management's general attitude towards things. I know of no reputable business that doesn't accept emails as a form of communication. I stayed here for some months. The operators tend to be obnoxious, rude, controlling, belligerent, and power hungry. They were this way for me from minute one despite my amiable and loving demeanor. They had an air of vindictiveness, though fortunately I provided little for them to be vindictive about. They can be nice if you really put effort into being super sweet to them, but their preference always appeared to be to exercise power over customer service. The owner must be the same way because these are the types of people she has hired more than once, though I never met her. I wouldn't have stayed had I not been able to avoid them most days and had I more options at the time. I feel lucky to have escaped that place without it having any lasting impact on me, besides the beauty of nature I was able to receive in the local area. I know I would not go back under the current ownership and management. I bumped this up to two stars because the grounds are reasonably nice and the showers were a blessing, and the convenience of the place was great, as I found ways around their efforts to make things less convenient. Their grounds staff is hard-working and friendly and without them this place would be 1-star. As far as the other reviews about dishonesty and the like, management never struck me as dishonest or not generally straight-up people, though they may be. They did however seem to be the type of people that, whether consciously or unconsciously, create controversy in their lives so they have something to battle; a side effect of which is the appearance of dishonesty or lack of customer service. It is unfortunate they do not aim to have a healthy outlet for their desire to tackle life head-on. read more

My wife and I enjoyed the look of this part of Roseburg over the rest of the town. Sites: The exterior sites are primarily full timers. But IMO, the interior spots are what you'll want. There's plenty of grass and almost all the sites have shade. Plenty of large/mature trees which made a huge difference weather-wise. We remarked how it felt like mid-70s outside even though the weather was in the low 90s. The park borders open fields and we felt safe with our daughters running through the sprinklers around the large open area of grass near the swings (which they call the playground). Would've been a bonus if they had more playground pieces. Also, the site pads are really long. Enough to comfortably fit 2 cars and my 31' motorhome on it. This makes for an interesting dilemma though as our water spicket was at the far end of our driveway, and to park next to the middle / picnic table area meant having to connect 2 of my water hoses to hookup to water. With that said, many sites have water in the ideal spot. We just happened to handpick one where that wasn't the case. Sewer connection and electric was in the ideal spot. Staff: nice and patient. Park is gated and accepts late check-ins and was accommodating with our last minute plans. Would stay again if passing through. read more

One of the better RV parks I have been too. Owner met us at the gate, after telling my son about the secret spots of the park to check out she let my son ride in the golf cart as she escorted him to our site, which was conveniently located besides the children's playground. We like the RV Park so much that we wanted to add on a few more days, Even though I spot was reserved she worked it all out and we got to stay put and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The park is clean, lots of trees for shade, bathrooms are spotless, grass is green and well taken care off. All of our fellow RVers seemed very happy there too. Within just a short 5 minute walk you have River Fork Parks, which is great for swimming, people watching and overall picnicking. Across the street is the botanical gardens which are a delight to walk through. On top of that, when we had several visitors come see us they were escorted right to our site, no confusing maps or directions, just a nice warm hello and you can follow me in the golf cart. Bottom Line: When in the area I will be back - no question about that. read more

This place sucks ..we arrived at 6:30pm after the office was closed. I had made a reservation in November, called ahead to confirm as I knew We would arrive after office hours. I was given a gate code to get in. I was told the space # and all other info would be left for me on office window. When arriving key pad for gate hard to find in schrubs and un lite.... no info left on office window. So I call number on office window someone answered and I was given a space number & told to stay to right after entering gate. Well we stayed to the right ....BAD NEWS...I had to back my husband off a dead end muddy over flow area I assume. All while in pouring down Rain. Still we looked for our site... By look for our site I mean I walked trying to find the space number in a dark un lite park in the pouring down rain. I found the site which is not what I would call a pull through. There were limbs that had fallen in site ...no lighting... and a mud pit that even in the dark look a step above a homeless camp. We left immediately...I called back said what I thought and checked into the Best Western for the night at $140... never received a call the next day or the day after that...so I call my bank to dispute the $240 dollar I pain in November deposit for an 11 day stay and make sure they would not be able to charge me the other $200. I told my bank the cancelation policy said I would only forfeit 1 night worth of charges. The Park did charge me the 1 night. Never received a call... not my idea oof great customer service. I understand mud in the rain, no lighting I do not get and the worst customer service I have gotten in forever!!!! Guess they don't care how to improve the park...I would recommend to NO-ONE EVER..... consider yourself warned read more

My wife and I became full timers May, 2016 living and traveling in our 37ft 5th wheel. Since hitting the road we've experienced quite a number of RV parks and have found none better than Twin Rivers Vacation Park ... so much so that we've stayed there twice to date! First impressions mean everything to us and the moment we saw Twin Rivers for ourselves we knew we'd discovered a real RV gem. The heavily treed setting is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The sites are very spacious and well maintained and Bob and Abby (the owner/operators) and their staff extremely attentive to all visitors. We regard them as the best hosts we have ever encountered. When most RV campgrounds may seem great until you visit the restrooms & shower block, Twin Rivers surprised us with the cleanliness of these facilities. Of special interest was the fantastic design and layout of the showers. For once we were able to have it possible to shower and have our clothes remain dry where they hung in a separate area away from the "wet" area. Each shower has abundant room for changing comfortably. And water pressure is perfect as are the actual installed shower heads. And of particular importance is the wifi service. Twin Rivers has surpassed by far every other campground we have visited. The signal is strong and very reliable ... extremely important for myself being an author who needs internet access for research purposes on a regular basis. An added benefit for those who enjoy walks is the most beautiful and restful county park literally within walking distance of the campground (step outside the entrance and there it is!!). Those who love nature and the outdoors couldn't ask for a better setting and we recommend as long a stay as you can manage to take it all in. Oh, I almost forgot, also within a leisurely stroll is the botanical garden open to the public and maintained by the local master gardeners. If you find yourself able to enjoy the Christmas period here you'll revel in the largest light show in the Pacific Northwest when local community groups band together to light up the county park. read more

Beware of your property their entry gate failed and damaged my rv employees management and owners it was not my fault and agreed to cover repairs to my rig until it came time to pay, don't trust them I will never stay there again and I don't recommend anyone else stay there owners are completely dishonest!!!!!! read more

Very clean and quiet RV park with lots of shade trees. Many full timers but nicer looking setups, not junky. We stayed one night. We arrived after 5 pm without a reservation and the office gal still was nice and friendly. Showed us the way to our site and where the hookups were. Very reasonable $30 price. Showers were clean, plenty of hot water and free. They have a locked gate and you are given a gate code at checkin. Don't be fooled by the Twin Rivers name though, the only river spot is behind the office. Wifi was only available in the room next to the office, not out at any of the spaces. A little traffic noise from the road out front but nothing disturbing. read more

Beautiful RV park!! This is by far one of the best one's to stay at so far, and I have no idea why people are complaining on here like whiners about the way they were treated. We were treated very well and so were are friends that stayed as well as guests that showed up. They have pretty planters full of Lillie's, and the grass is really green. You can tell they take pride in the park. The showers are nice. Most of the park has spacious spots, but this weekend was pretty full so we got stuck in a tight squeeze on an end so any time any one drove by we thought we were going to get taken out and this particular site I think is the only site that did not have sewer hook ups. I could be wrong but we were a little bummed about that so I just used the shower they had so I wouldn't fill our tanks. I will still be back. They are very nice here, and it is a beautiful place located next to the Umqua River! What more can you ask for? The park across the street is pretty nice too! read more

We enjoyed our one-night stay at this park very much. Despite reviews I read in advance about the owner/manager, we had a very positive and friendly welcome. We did not use the restrooms or showers so I am unable to evaluate them. The RV spaces were roomy and had grass and a picnic table. We were only staying one night, so we had no particular plans for things to do or see, so we were surprised to stumble upon the OSU Master Gardener Discovery Garden just outside the park while walking our dog. We spent a couple of hours just wandering through and looking at the different garden areas. read more

Outstanding RV park Joyce was the person who checked us in. She was very helpful in getting us to our spot and making sure every thing was set up for us. She was polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Diane. She is a wonderful lady that is making sure her guest are comfortable. The park is very well maintained. The bathrooms are clean. A hidden gem! Twin Rivers Vacation Park has many features that are uncommon for RV parks. It's location along the North Umpqua River is green, shady and quiet, and the park is just that -- parklike. The new and friendly owners accommodate all, from tent campers to big RV rigs with a variety of site options. Pets are welcome. Bathrooms are really clean. A garden and a county park are within walking distance. Wineries are nearby. Town is close, but an onsite store offers essentials. Discounts are available, too. We love this place. read more

We spent the weekend here. This was our 2nd time, first time seemed ok. The property is clean and very quiet which was nice but it seems we were surrounded by full timers. Some of the trailers were filthy, some occupants had so much crap and cars at their trailer, it wasn't much of a view for us. If we decide to ever go back.... big IF... we will ask to stay on the cleaner side of the park, didn't seem as junky. We basically felt that we were camping in someone's neighborhood. I could have done that for free, rather than spend $80. read more

The park is nice, though the spots are close together for some people. Very quiet. But the owner is awful. On a low fire danger day (according to the county) she cut off all campfires. No one could understand it. No more the rest of our visit - what's the point of camping without campfires? We would understand if there was real fire danger, but there isn't, and this is a campground with grates! If you stay in you RV all day and night you might like this place, otherwise I'd steer clear. read more

The sites are wet and muddy, and do not drain, so you have to walk through mud and inches of water to get to your vehicle or facilities. Trash is constantly overflowing because it is only picked up once a week. Propane is very expensive. Store is being remodeled and the office never seems to be occupied. Sadly, it is a pretty park and on the river, but I wouldn't; stay more than a night or two. New owner took over park in November and he is not nice. read more

Very Nice RV Park, I have Been here for an extended Stay and it is a wonderful park by the Umpqua River and County Park. The Park has new owners Bob, Abby and Manager Garrett they are very nice and Helpful. I have seen them go over and beyond to help campers with any problems they may have with their campers or their camp site. It has been a very wet winter in Roseburg and the park has held up well and the new owners are bringing gravel in to take care of any soft spots. I would definitely recommend this Park to travelers, I have read the post by Jim N and do not agree with his review, he was here for a short time and wrote bad reviews about several venders in the Roseburg area.
