We had a water heater emergency and I just started calling random plumbers off of google... all the big name companies said they couldn't come out for a day or so, meanwhile my kitchen was flooding. I called this place on a total fluke and Adrian was out within an hour and fixed the problem. Adrian came before holidays to fix a leaky pipe in the front yard. I already had found the leak by digging the area completely. Charged $ 360 for changing a 3 foot section galvanized pipe that didn't stop the leak completely (it slowed the leak). He said he would dig out the line and change the whole line for $ 4500 after the holidays. Had a licensed contractor by the name of (Sahak Selian) do the whole project for $ 740 materials included (copper pipe). Shop around before hiring him. read more

Beware... I called today to ask for a quote of changing the shower head. ( I only need help to twist it and replace with a new one I bought.) Adrian- the guy who talked to me on the phone- told me it is $29. I repeated the price. He said he will see if it is difficult, it will be more expensive. I called these guys because they had a sticker underneath the sink in our rental apartment. We needed a single hole kitchen faucet swapped out and the kitchen sink snaked. I figured one plumber is as good as another to do this basic kind of work. I called on a Sunday and arranged for them to come out Monday morning which they promised would be 'no problem'. The guy called Monday morning and said that in fact he had an 'emergency' and couldnt come till Tuesday. I told him that was not acceptable, that I would just call another plumber as most had same day availability. The guy told me in broken english that he would make sure to be there by 11am. He called me from the property at 12:30 because apparently he had just gotten there. That is when he told me he wanted $690 to snake a sink and replace a faucet. I was absolutely dumb-founded. $690?? For a sink snake and a faucet repair?? Why?? He kept telling me 'it was complicated' then offered to do it for $600. I told him forget it and called another rooter company. This other company was willing to come out before the end of the day and do the job FOR LESS THAN $300. I paid Twin Town $39 for a 'service call' at that point just to leave after wasting half our day. If I were you I would stay far away from this guy. The price he quoted was outrageous and he didn't show up on time. read more

yesterday I have a party at the house for the Conor McGregor fight everybody showing up all of a sudden my bathtub is filled with water and overflowing along with toilets. We recently moved to a new house in sunland and called Dpectrum to install cable. Well the cable guy drill a hole that hit a pipe that started flooding our house. Slow water drainage from the toilet, called several companies but he would be out in an hour. Snakes the toilet and had to repeat to him a few times about where the pipe went to the main drain. Kept wanting to replace the clay pipe from house to main sewer line. Wanted a large sum of money. Settle for snaking toilet, house on a cement foundation, had him dig up main drain connection pipe, with a price quote of $1800,00.Line was the last of clay pipe and it was full of roots. I said ok, I was stuck. He had to go and get the parts from the Do it Center and finally completed the job. A bit pricy from what I saw going on. Would not use him again. We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. Adrian was there within a couple of hours. The job turned out to be quite complicated and VERY dirty under the house. After another plumber wanted to charge $5400 to stop a leak, Adrian from Twin Town came and fixed it in about 10-15 minutes. It was a temporary fix, but it stopped the outpour of water that the other guys couldn't handle. Adrian came back another day (the first visit was late the day before a holiday), and completed the repair. New pipes and all - $720. He did a few extras for me at no extra charge. He cleaned up after he did the work. I have been through several plumbers, and he will now be my go-to plumber for all of my future plumbing jobs. read more

Something was stuck in my garbage disposal, I couldn't budge it so I called Twin Town. The plumber came out, removed the garbage disposal and with a pliers removed the obstruction and then put back the disposal. He was at my place for 15 minutes and charged $147. I don't begrudge anyone for making a fair and reasonable profit, but I was gouged. Never again. read more

Adrian had never helped us to solve the main source of the water heater problem, he didn't help us to find the GIF socket to reset and left the electricity power empty. Thus, the water heater have never been fixed with proper water pressure and the runner of the heater to 2/F takes over 10 minutes to run the water every morning. We have paid him 2.4K to drill up a hole in each shower and put in a new valve, plus replaced the handle and the shower head. Totally, 3 bedroom shower need to be fixed, but we couldn't stand his "emergency call" or "no spare part" and not willing to come back to work on the designated day. So, we have decided to close up the deal and let him go. Please watch out for this plumbing company. read more

This plumber is now definitely my go to plumber. The guy came in the same day, 30 minutes after my call and fixed my clogged up kitchen sink drain and a somewhat clogged bathroom tub and faucet. I really needed some work done! He actually also changed my garbage disposal due to leakage and rust buildup. Fortunately he had a new disposal in his van and replaced my old beat-up unit with the new one. He was fast, clean and very productive with the task at hand. I made an appointment with this outfit, he pulled up in front of my house, distracted with his GPS. I asked him to park out of the street, and he said he was looking for my address. I said "I'm here, just don't park in the street." He left, I assumed to park, but never came back. I called him and he said "I'll be there in an hour or so", then 15 minutes later, he called and said he couldn't do it, I should get someone else. He didn't even get out of his truck to look at my problem, which was basically a washer in a faucet and the drain plug connection.
