In the middle of a kitchen remodel and we needed a plumber asap to lower 2 angle stops in kitchen. Our usual go-to plumber wasn't avail as he was fully booked and we needed this down the next morning before the cabinet guy came back to install. I would like to give Vahan the greatest review I can give. Vahan was contacted thru Yelp. He exchanged with me patiently, even when it took me 12 hours to respond while at work. He came on a Saturday morning to give an estimate. He identified the problem, provided a solution and a fair quote. I gave him the green light and later that day he was back and fixed the issue, a faulty pressure regulator and release valve. We also had a leaking line on a pedestal sink, he fixed it. That wasn't done on Saturday, he came back Sunday morning and fixed it at no charge. Text me before coming, was on time, couldn't ask for more. Oh man, my plumbing problems went from bad to worse in a heartbeat. A simple slow drain turned into a trenches sewer line replacement. Vahan came out snaked the drain to no avail. Got a scope, and we found out there were roots in the sewer line. Come to find out that I had damn near 100 year old clay sewer lines that were well past their expiration date. During this entire process, as costs escalated he was clear and communicative as to the problem, showed me the issues, and got authorization before he proceeded. They replaced my garbage disposal. Later that day when I ran my dishwasher I noticed water squirting EVERYWHERE. One of the guys came back within an hour and said he fixed it. Since then every time we run the dishwasher it leaks all over the counter and sprays under the sink. We didn't notice at first, but it gets worse every time. This is my Thanksgiving miracle. Last night, my kitchen sink got badly clogged up. Woke up early to try and fix it but to no avail. I searched for plumbers on Yelp and sent out messages to 5 plumbers. Understand that I did this at 530am! At 6am, Vahan responded to me and was in my house within 30 mins. The problem turned out to be worse than I had first imagined but Vahan did everything he could to fix the problem. These guys deserve a 10 first they responded in record time we set up an appointment and they came on time. The work I had done was a flange replaced on one toilet as it was loose and toilet kept moving. The second toilet needed new washers a ring and to be properly bolted down.
