I have been a regular customer for 30 years... love their pizza! When in and asked for a veggie pizza... she said no one has ever asked for a veggie pizza before? Huh? then she said... would you like it with MEAT and CHEESE??? I have been going to Twin Trees in North Syracuse since I was in high school. These days I go to dinner there when I am in town to visit my family. On this visit I purchased a take out pizza on 10/10/10. I thought it was overpriced and it was taste less. Definitely not what it used to be. On 10/15/19, my friend and I dined in. Just attended a birthday party for my best friend's father at this location & had a great experience. Our party was 20 people and all of the staff were attentive and responsive to our party's requests. Our server, Hannah, was great-checking in with my friend about how & when to bring out the food, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I have been to Twin Trees a couple of times now. The first time I remember going on the Steak Day (Thursday I believe) and this steak was probably one of the best I have had in Syracuse so far! Perfectly cooked and seasoned it was the highlight of the dinner, along with the waitress (I do not remember her name unfortunately) she made our night! Last two times we went I had seafood and both times it was on point. The broiled seafood platter is wonderful! It only get 4 stars because of this last dinner we had over there. Service was really friendly (thanks Dave!) but plates took quite a long time to get to the table. Therefore the pasta was just warm, and my husband's veal Francais was bathing is some lemon buttery "sauce" which made it kinda soggy. However everything else was great. We will be back! read more

I and my wife used to go almost every week. Then the salad bar disappeared and I have been told that they do not know if it is coming back. Also they now charge for using a debit card which they never did before. For these reasons I very seldom go any more. I think the pandemic has affected them in the worse way. read more

They took more than an hour to deliver the Pizza to the nearby HolidayInn and the Pizza was barely warm! Spoke to the manager. She was apologetic and offered to rush another pizza (hence the 2-stars instead of 1-star). But that would be another 30 minutes she said and it was already past my dinner time. I had also asked for minimal cheese. Bu their cheese layer was quite thick. Maybe that is minimal as per their standards but I think they just forgot. Glad I did not ask for regular cheese as I wouldn't be able to eat it had they put any more cheese on it. As it is, I could eat less than half of it as it was not hot. Update: I got a call back from Sean and he apologized. He also said he would give me credit for the pizza. So I will give it another shot next time I am visiting, as I have a feeling it would have tasted good had it been warm. Changed the rating to 3-stars. Best pizza and wings in CNY. All the food here is great. I love the chicken parm and lasagna. The staff is always pleasant. Food is always excellent. The pizza is a thicker crust. So if you like thin pizza you may not like it. Give it a try and you'll be hooked. Toppings are always fresh. The wings are on the larger size. Bigger than most pizza shops. The food at this location on Rt 11 is always fresh and delicious. It's the same portion and quality if you stay and dine or pick up a to go order. I have never had a bad meal. This location has a pizza, wing, and salad buffet, as do some of the other locations. If you dine at the restaurant the service is fast and the food come quick. The waitresses are always super polite, good with the kids and patient when the kids spill a drink. The end up bringing a basket of gifts (small toys) for the kids to choose from, and a mint. I've been eating pizza from here since I was a kid. Outstanding Pizza. We usually ordered and EBA (everything but anchovies) and it was always delicious. One time my sister messed up and ordered an everything pizza and forgot to tell them no anchovies. That was the ONLY bad pizza I had from there and it wasn't the restaurant's fault. read more

Same everything as the original. Only the cache of west end is missing. Best pizza in this category, but none, and still delivers great fish and other dishes. Was visiting Syracuse before we left on our cruise. I have to say the food was amazing and our bartenders Pamela and I think Lauren were so inviting, friendly and could hold a great conversation. We've just ordered for delivery for the second time. Both times, we've ordered the same entrees. Chicken Parm and Chicken Francais. Both times, the delivery was to be in 45 mins to an hour and they were at our door in a half an hour. The food was hot and delicious! What an awful experience. We live not far away and get take out pizza but rarely go there to eat until yesterday. With no one at the bar except one guy waiting for take out, the bartender was put off and nasty when we interrupted him for a quick draw entry. then he screwed up the quick draw entry! We watched in glee as we won 3 times but when we brought up our tickets to win the bartender botched the input and the tickets came up 'invalid'. the waitress was busy flirting with her boyfriend the whole time in the next booth. Never brought refills as the food was taking a long time and ignored us. The food: Lasagna was made from frozen stock even thought it was the special of the night! Burned on the outside and cold in the middle with the burned sauce and immense amounts of grease on top. Was not even eatable after the first 2 bites. We left it behind. I went to this restaurant on 8-15-2016 and ordered a fish haddock sandwich. The sandwich was terrible. I woke up the next day and could not get out of bed. I got food poisoning from the haddock sandwich the worse food poisoning of my life. Today is 8-22-2016 and I just went to the doctors for the second time I've missed a week of work and I have not got any better I can't keep food or liquid down since I ate at twin trees three. I do not recommend this place to anyone that wants seafood. read more
