I ate at this twin trees recently with my parents. Usually we love twin trees but I must say that twin trees too is better. When we walked in there was no staff around. We waited up near the podium for a few minutes until a woman walked by and noticed us. It was a bit unusual. I liked the specials that they had. You could get the salad bar and certain dishes for a cheaper price. I got the meatball casserole dish with ziti on the side and with the salad bar. I loved the salad bar and bread. My meatball casserole was just okay. They do have really good meatballs there but the ziti, sauce and cheese were super bland. They tasted like something I would make at home. I didn't eat much of it, I did decide to bring it home but I ended up throwing my leftovers away. The service was just okay. Like I said in the beginning no one greeted us and we were unsure if we should seat ourselves or not when we got there. Our waitress was nice but all of our food was brought out at different times. My mother's was first, about 5 mins later mine came out and about 5 mins after that we noticed the waitress walking around to other tables with my dads food in her hand. She then finally brought it over to us. We also waited a pretty long time for our check. So my final opinion: I love twin trees, just not this one. I would get only pizza if I came back. It's funny how living in another city for the past three years has put the food in Syracuse, NY in perspective for me. Twin Trees I, II, and III are as good as it gets. I have never been disappointed by their pizza, their wings, or their salad bar. When I used to live in Central Square, this was the Twin Trees we would frequent, and in my opinion, this is by far the best location. The pizza and wings are always fresh and taste amazing. Food: As I began above, the pizza and wings are ridiculously good, and there is no where else I will go to get pizza and wings when I return to home to visit. This is always one of our must-go restaurants when we are in town. As all of us true pizza-lovers know, a pizza is not just about one singular ingredient, it is about all of the components melding together that make it great. Twin Trees has making pizza down to an exact science. From the slightly salty and savory cheese, to the rich yet sweet tomato sauce, to the crispy yet tender dough--you cant buy a better pizza for your dollar. Add to that an outstanding chicken wing with flavorful buffalo sauce, and you have the best pizza and wing join in the Syracuse area. I wouldn't call myself confrontational, but I am a harsh judge of character and very perceptive. I have always been treated with respect and never had any issue with the food, service, or otherwise. I have had instances where we have blatantly had a new server who either did not know the menu, or forgot the extra side of bleu cheese; but in every instance, any mistake or deficiency in knowledge was quickly rectified by that server. I appreciate the fact that they always have owned their mistakes, and made them right--that is incredibly rare in today's world. Service: 5 / 5 Price: Trust me, if you lived in San Antonio (where I live now) you would never complain about pizza or wing prices in CNY again. Here in San Antonio, a large pizza is AT LEAST $18, add another $8 for a dozen wings and that equals $26 bucks for mediocre pizza (at best) and bad wings (at best). This place is truly a pizza-lovers hell. Back to Twin Trees though. I find that their prices are competitive and fair. Add to that how amazing their product is and you have an incredibly good value. For this quality of food and service, the price is easily top-notch. Price: 5 / 5 Concluding Thoughts: For my money, there is no pizza/wing place I would rather go than Twin Trees, especially this location in North Syracuse. Between their phenomenal food, and good service, I cannot express enough how badly you need to go here. I am now STARVING for their pizza and wings, but we are not coming home for another 2 months. I have been going to Twin Trees in North Syracuse since I was in high school. These days I go to dinner there when I am in town to visit my family. On this visit I purchased a take out pizza on 10/10/10. I thought it was overpriced and it was taste less. Definitely not what it used to be. On 10/15/19, my friend and I dined in. Our party was 20 people and all of the staff were attentive and responsive to our party's requests. Our server, Hannah, was great-checking in with my friend about how & when to bring out the food, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I have been to Twin Trees a couple of times now. The first time I remember going on the Steak Day (Thursday I believe) and this steak was probably one of the best I have had in Syracuse so far! Perfectly cooked and seasoned it was the highlight of the dinner, along with the waitress (I do not remember her name unfortunately) she made our night! Last two times we went I had seafood and both times it was on point. The broiled seafood platter is wonderful! It only get 4 stars because of this last dinner we had over there. Service was really friendly (thanks Dave!) but plates took quite a long time to get to the table. Therefore the pasta was just warm, and my husband's veal Francais was bathing is some lemon buttery "sauce" which made it kinda soggy. However everything else was great. We will be back! read more

They took more than an hour to deliver the Pizza to the nearby HolidayInn and the Pizza was barely warm! Spoke to the manager. She was apologetic and offered to rush another pizza (hence the 2-stars instead of 1-star). But that would be another 30 minutes she said and it was already past my dinner time. I had also asked for minimal cheese. Bu their cheese layer was quite thick. Maybe that is minimal as per their standards but I think they just forgot. Glad I did not ask for regular cheese as I wouldn't be able to eat it had they put any more cheese on it. As it is, I could eat less than half of it as it was not hot. Update: I got a call back from Sean and he apologized. He also said he would give me credit for the pizza. So I will give it another shot next time I am visiting, as I have a feeling it would have tasted good had it been warm. Changed the rating to 3-stars. The food at this location on Rt 11 is always fresh and delicious. It's the same portion and quality if you stay and dine or pick up a to go order. I have never had a bad meal. This location has a pizza, wing, and salad buffet, as do some of the other locations. If you dine at the restaurant the service is fast and the food come quick. The waitresses are always super polite, good with the kids and patient when the kids spill a drink. The end up bringing a basket of gifts (small toys) for the kids to choose from, and a mint. We've just ordered for delivery for the second time. Both times, we've ordered the same entrees. Chicken Parm and Chicken Francais. What an awful experience. We live not far away and get take out pizza but rarely go there to eat until yesterday. With no one at the bar except one guy waiting for take out, the bartender was put off and nasty when we interrupted him for a quick draw entry. then he screwed up the quick draw entry! We watched in glee as we won 3 times but when we brought up our tickets to win the bartender botched the input and the tickets came up 'invalid'. the waitress was busy flirting with her boyfriend the whole time in the next booth. Never brought refills as the food was taking a long time and ignored us. The food: Lasagna was made from frozen stock even thought it was the special of the night! Burned on the outside and cold in the middle with the burned sauce and immense amounts of grease on top. Was not even eatable after the first 2 bites. We left it behind. I went to this restaurant on 8-15-2016 and ordered a fish haddock sandwich. The sandwich was terrible. I woke up the next day and could not get out of bed. I got food poisoning from the haddock sandwich the worse food poisoning of my life. Today is 8-22-2016 and I just went to the doctors for the second time I've missed a week of work and I have not got any better I can't keep food or liquid down since I ate at twin trees three.
