We live in North Syracuse so have been to this restaurant quite often as well as received the delivery service. In another review that I read, someone mentioned that the restaurant "owns" their mistakes which I happily agree with. My husband was hospitalized last year and when I got home from 7 hours in the hospital I was craving a veggie pizza (which I never get to get!) so I ordered over the phone and was eagerly anticipating it. After I paid etc. I opened the box to discover a pepperoni pizza - how disappointing. I called them immediately and they quickly apologized and said that the next time I ordered I would be given a complimentary pizza. That's great customer service!! After writing about their customer service I now have to mention the prices. My husband and I ate in the restaurant. What an absolute "sticker shock" we received when we looked at the check. My glass of house wine was $6.50 and one dozen wings was $10.00!!! I think that is a little excessive - they need to remember where they are and what people can afford in the neighborhood! read more

Our family from out of town came for lunch and we were all glad we found this place. The staff was pleasant and kind. The food didn't take too long and was very good. The salad bar was a joy for someone who's not a fan of veggies. We all had a pleasant meal well worth the $$. I would recommend Twin Trees III to anyone looking for good food at a good price. I'm not going to get into a deep review like I like to do. This isn't a deep place. Basically when we are driving back from the NYC metropolitan area and we just want to get our grub on, this place has become our go-to joint. We usually have the special which is a great deal, with salad bar, soup, and plenty of entree (always leftovers). The service is diner quality, but in a good way. For relaxing, having a caffeinated beverage for the last leg of our journey, and just getting our eat on, this place exceeds expectations and we love it. I recommend you order what makes you happy and you'll get exactly what you expected, hot and in Brobdingnagian quantity. Also, if you're a baseball fan, especially a Yankee fan, check out the little collection of signed memorabilia in one of the display cases. The Yankee Clipper, the Mick, and a few other treasured signed baseballs are tucked away. Nice touch. Enjoy! read more

If your looking for old style great Pizza you can't do better than here. Tired of bread crusts and looking for the old style "pizza bones" crust this place is the greatest. Syracuse has been said to have the pizza places per capita than anywhere else and Twin Trees III ranks in the top 5. read more

This place was such a let down! I've heard over and over how it's the best around, so I finally gave it a shot. Bare in mind, the pizza and wings we ordered were delivered, but even with delivery time included, that's no excuse for the food we received. The pizza crust was flat and tasted like cardboard. There was no sauce to be seen except maybe a little chunk of tomato under what looked like reheated cheese. Over all it had no flavor and was not fresh at all. The dozen wings we got weren't all that bad, but definitely not medium wings. They weren't hot at all. Even if this might not be the "best" Twin Trees, I wouldn't even bother trying the others if that's a glimpse of what I'd get. read more

This restaurant was very disappointing. It was way over priced. For a family of 5, it cost us over $110. The food was tasteless and disgusting. We had the salad bar. It was pathetic. The decor is outdated and dirty. The good thing...the waitress was nice. read more

Twin trees is an awesome local restaurant. The best they have in my opinion are the pizza & wings. Maybe it's the way they cut there pizza. The only pizza I know in the Syracuse area to cut there pizza in strips. I prefer the mild wings. I'm more of a flat kind of guy. Also there chicken tenders are really good. Salad bar is pretty good, like the format. Customer service is a 10/10 most to all the time. If you're ever from another state and in the need for pizza or anything stop in to twin trees you won't regret it! read more

I had lunch with my mother last Friday at TT, and it was less than adequate. The pizza is always excellent so I expected the same quality when ordering the "special" which was a fried haddock sandwich. The fish was heavily breaded and deep fried in what I believe was over used (old) oil. The fish was very dark in color and small to medium in size. The salad bar was also uninspired. Wilted iceberg lettuce and other salad bar usuals, but nothing that is pleasantly memorable. The staff was friendly, but they cannot make up for lack of skill in the kitchen. I will stick to ordering take out pizza and forget ever dining in at TWin Trees of N. Syracuse. The best fish in the area is at the American Legion in Cicero. read more

I've lived in the Syracuse area since 2007. I've constantly heard from dozens of people over the years how awesome Twin Trees III pizza is. So last Friday (11.4.2016) I finally tried one. I ordered a large pizza with sausage. I couldn't wait to get it home and try it. Oh...my...GOD! What a MAJOR disappointment! This was barely above gas station pizza! No flavor, hardly any sauce the crust had no flavor. I have had better pizza out of convenience stores (Nice-N-Easy, to name one). I reheated a couple of slices in the oven the next day and ate one and a half of it and threw the other half AND the two remaining pieces in the refrigerator in the garbage. NEVER in my entire life have I ever thrown out pizza...and I'm 55 years old!!! Save your money. If you want a WAY better pizza in the Syracuse area go to Original Italian Pizza or Gino & Joe's. I was going to try more of Twin Trees III food in the future but if the pizza I got was any indication of what I'd get...well...I'm not taking the chance. read more

Twin Trees' pizza is legendary in Syracuse and this location is my favorite. All around great food, bar, service, regular deals and specials. When I lived closer to the north side of town I would be in every Friday night and I can tell you first hand that this place has a pretty dedicated group of regulars, so you know it's good. read more

Normally would give this 5 stars, but just called to place a large order for 6 pizzas, with wings, could only get four of the pizzas under the special price (two of them were plain cheese), we wanted the EBA pizza, and needed two (can't use the special price for that), asked if I could get a discount since I did not want the sodas that come with the special. Walter was very helpful and asked the manager who refused to give any discount for this order or consider the fact that we did not need the soda... Guess I will take the soda and donate it, thanks Mr. Manager, won't be back for a while, since I am not happy that you don't care to accomodate true blue customers.... read more

this rating is only for eat in and something else other than the pizza/wings which are outstanding. we decided to eat in and chose other things instead. previous eat in twin trees was years ago at avery which was great. but this time not good. reasons: it is not for a couple to eat alone, there were 5 thousand people inside and so loud you could not hear the person talk to you across the table. the service, well, let's just say I dont care about service as long as I get what I wanted and its good. we seated ourselves because it is just chaos there and we seemed invisible to staff and no real flow and confusing on how it works...customers going to and from salad bar were banging into each other as well as staff., very bad setup for the salad bar there. salad was a 5 outta 10. but plentiful. i got the haddock which was cooked ok but barely warm and on the bland side but good size, coleslaw sugary something out of a can, baked potato dark over cooked. hers was lasagna/chickparm....barley any noodle, paperthin over breaded chicken very small does not seem home made maybe an ounce or 2, smothered in a pasty sauce with sausage that we did not know came with it, not good flavor, over cooked, very meek entrees. so the moral of the the story is for this twin trees location, only go inside when you are with a bunch of people, and dont mind it being jammed and loud, and that you only order their signature pizza and wings are good too just no chargilling because lou the owner says no space for it and no demand YET TT bville says the opposite which is why they have it read more
