After a long road trio with little kids.. all the restaurants in this area were on a 30 min wait. We arrive to this very non descript building. The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely waitress named Amanda. She was so gracious and hospitable. The food was so good! Great wings, loved the homemade sauce. Great pizza crust and amazing pasta. The beer selection was expansive and each ice cold beer was served with a chilled mug. We will definitely go back to this restaurant next time we are in the area. I had their "Large cheese pizza with 20 wings" special ($28). The pizza was very good, but needed a little more cheese. The wings were cooked perfectly but could have used more sauce because some of the wings were not coated (their house made mild wing sauce was great). We go there often! They have the best pizza in Central New York, and I judge others by the pizza at Cicero Country. The onions, peppers, etc. are fresh. Like everything else today, prices are going up on everything, which leaves merchants with two choices, raise prices or cut back on the amounts of things such as sausage, pepperoni, etc. Cicero Country has pretty much kept prices where they have been. We've only done takeout, the most recent time on our way home from an out of state trip Sunday. Pizza and wings (boneless and bone-in) were delicious. Their house buffalo medium is now my favorite sauce. We're fans of the bbq boneless. In our pizza though, I almost broke a tooth as I crunched into something hard and sharp. After some digging in the piece I had to spit out...there was a white piece of something that broke off from something. NO idea what it is, but so glad my kids (3 and 5 years old) didn't bite into it or swallow it. I was worried other pieces might be in the rest of the pizza as clearly it was a broken piece from something, but none of us found anything else. read more

We have been ordering from here since I was a kid. I'm 30 now. So it's been a on going tradition. Since we don't live in their delivery area we pick it up. Ordered a large pan pizza half plain cheese, half sausage. It's been probably three months since we have ordered from there and boy has it changed. The pizza had no flavor the sausage was bland. I ALWAYS dip my pizza in ranch. It's what I look forward too the ranch tastes soon gross compared to what they had a few months ago. I'm very disappointed. We visited this restaurant while traveling in the Syracuse area last month and I had to stop to give it a review. It is a small restaurant, and has a real down-home feel. Everything was clean and service was very good. We ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was good to very good. I like a traditional NY pizza, and this was a little different, but the taste was still right on. Where the restaurant shines is with its wings, which they carry in many different flavors. We were especially fond of the garlic wings. The red garlic are made with a tomato sauce base and are different from what you would find in other places- really great. CCP has ok pizza and great wings. The atmosphere is notable for its dive factor. Wings served in wooden bowls is pretty cool. Our friends drive 35 minutes one way weekly to grab a plain cheese pie, they swear it's the best they've had but I would recommend the wings. read more

We recently tried country pizza for the first time in years. Since it's hard to find a Sicilian pizza around here, and my wife had a craving, we got a small "personal" Sicilian, along with a large cheese/pepperoni for the fam. My wife's Sicilian wasn't Sicilian at all. It was exactly the same as the other pizza, just smaller. Wondering if they know what a Sicilian pizza is? Anyway, the other pizza was fairly yummy, and somewhat lip smacking, but I don't think we'll be back for a while. A fine variety of pizza, 3 different crusts available, with all of the toppings you can imagine! EXCELLENT calzones - usually can't finish the whole thing, and have to take half of it home for another meal! Fantastic antipasto with their own homemade Italian dressing, made fresh. Have also had bracchiole, garlic cheese bread, wings, dessert pizza - everything is fantastic! If you haven't been there, go soon! This is a little known gem in Cicero, while on the main drag in can blend in as it has been there for so long. We love going there for the Red Garlic Wing sauce - it is awesome on your pizza as well. They are the only place in town for an extra thick crust that I can think off! read more
