The casino itself is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, which definitely makes the experience more enjoyable. There are plenty of machines to choose from across two floors, so there's a good variety depending on what you like to play. One nice perk is that when you sign up for their players club, they give you $20 in free play, which is a great way to get started. That said, the casino is on the smaller side, so it can get very crowded, especially during busy times. Another downside is the area outside. Being downtown, there were some sketchy people lingering outside, which can make it feel a little less safe late at night. As far as the gambling goes, I personally didn't have much luck. After putting about $200 into the slot machines, I didn't even hit a small bonus, which felt like I was robbed. Of course, it's a casino, so wins are never guaranteed, but it would have been nice to see at least something. Typically I lose all but it keeps me playing for a while. It's all in the fun! Overall, not the best casino experience but definitely not the worst either. If you're a gambler and want a casino option right in downtown Chicago, it's worth checking out.

Check-in was completely frictionless thanks to Christian, who greeted us with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. He made us feel valued from the start, and that first impression set the tone for our entire stay. Our room on the 38th floor offered an incredible view overlooking Michigan Avenue. Waking up to the city skyline and watching the energy below was one of the highlights of our trip. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk to so many iconic spots, including the five-story Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Garrett Popcorn, and countless shops and restaurants along the Magnificent Mile. After a day of exploring, we stopped by the hotel bar where I ordered my favorite drink an Old Fashioned. It was perfectly made and a great way to end the evening. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service, an unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to everything downtown Chicago has to offer, I highly recommend the Marriott Magnificent Mile. We'll definitely be back!

I came in on a Friday, and I'll tell you it was packed weddings, business people, tourest and etc it was a lot of people. Even using valet was a pain but I managed it. Honestly, just have to be patient at the end of the day. Rooms were clean and service was great. I actually had a decent view facing the outside towards the shake shack area it was fine it was cool seeing the buildings. Gym is located on the 9th floor, that was amazing. Gym was clean and huge. So many people rushed to work out on a Saturday but it had so much room. I can't say much negative experience sure did it feel outdated in some areas. But it's a Marriot and I had a wonderful experience. Is stay here again.

Truly a 5 star experience at The Langham!…read more I was lucky enough to be gifted a stay and had an incredible time. The hotel is so beautiful, I can see why it's ranked #3 in the nation. If you're able to splurge for club access at $200/person, you'll get to experience stunning city views, breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks, unlimited cocktails, and evening bites. We were also sent a bottle of wine and snacks to our room. I loved that they have a free spa area where you can use the sauna, heated stone loungers, and cold showers. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed swimming, just wish the hot tub was hotter as it was lukewarm. The room was great as well with a Nespresso machine and relaxing tub. Every time we stepped out of the room we would come back to a nice surprise, the room would be cleaned or they would leave the water and ice. Very attentive customer service here. Overall it was nice to live in luxury for the night, highly recommend if you're looking to splurge and relax! Hope I'll be able to stay again someday.

It is fully equipped with a kitchen and ample living space, making it ideal for longer stays or those seeking a residential feel. The cleanliness is exceptional, supported by daily housekeeping that maintains a high standard throughout the visit. The Highlights * The View: One of the standout features is the spectacular, unobstructed view of Lake Michigan. * The Spa: The Trump Spa offers a solid wellness experience. The "Goddess Massage" is a recommended treatment, providing a comprehensive 2-in-1 experience that combines a full-body scrub with a professional massage. The Drawbacks * Dining at Terrace 16: Despite the convenience of a $60 daily breakfast credit, the morning meal at Terrace 16 is best avoided. The food quality does not meet expectations, and the pricing is high enough that guests will almost certainly exceed the allotted credit. * Value Proposition: Between the lackluster breakfast and the potential for high out-of-pocket costs at the restaurant, the dining experience significantly detracts from the overall value. I would totally stay here again for The excellent service, cleanliness and the spectacular view. Love having the kitchen area as well.

This hotel was located within the loop near the river, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms are basic and small. We were fortunate to get an upgraded room with two queen beds and an amazing view out the window of the city. The window was large and clean. The beds were comfy with ample pillows. Four pillows were provided. The hotel set up is a bit awkward. Room is best for one person as lacks storage for large luggage. Plus there is not a defined bathroom. The shower is within the bedroom. Fortunately the shower was frosted but you walk right into the bedroom so you must be comfortable with those you stay with. Plus the room does really have a deck and chair to work. The desk is a fold down from the wall. The chair for the deck is located on the wall and not really suitable for long term working on sitting as does not have a back to it. The best thing above this hotel are the staff. The front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating and aim to please. The bartender was super friendly and attentive as well. Lastly parking is not available right at the hotel. You have to walk two blocks. Plus parking cost 59 dollars and that's the discounted rate. Also not really a suitable place to drop luggage off. If you pull up to the front door, you are blocking traffic. Base on price of 400 dollars the night we stayed, I would say it's not worth the stay. Maybe it's worth 200 or less for Chicago.

From the…read moremoment we checked into the Millennium Suite, we knew this trip was going to be something special. The Room & Design The suite is absolutely massive and beautifully appointed, but what really stands out is how thoughtfully and intentionally everything is decorated. Someone clearly took the time to curate the space so that every single piece wasn't just pretty to look at, but functionally aesthetic. From the clever, flattering lighting in the bathroom to the sophisticated design touches scattered all over the property, the attention to detail is unmatched. And waking up in that suite? The views are everything. Dining, Sports & Atmosphere The hotel footprint is huge in the best way possible, offering three or four different bar areas that make it a fantastic, lively spot to grab a drink, socialize, and catch a sports game on the screens. For dining, the options are seamless--there is a great marketplace right inside the hotel for quick bites and essentials, which is conveniently connected to Stetsons, their modern steak and sushi restaurant. We also ordered the breakfast skillet during our stay, and it was delicious--way better than we even expected! Location & A Major Pro Tip You literally cannot beat this prime location. You are within easy walking distance of the best restaurants, the Chicago River and Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and major public transportation. Pro Tip: The hotel is connected directly to the Pedway, Chicago's underground walking tunnel system! We were able to take an easy, climate-controlled stroll through the Pedway to completely bypass the street traffic and avoid the hot, humid weather outside. It is an absolute game-changer for getting around the city comfortably. We came from the Blue line. You could literally, fly into O'Hare, walk onto the Blue line (a CTA train) get off onto the pedway and walk to the hotel. No car needed! Final Verdict The staff was great from check-in to checkout, elevating an already top-tier experience. This stay exceeded our expectations across the board, and we are definitely coming back here for a Bears game! Highly recommend!
