She's personable, skilled, and I look forward to having this spa as my place to go for my skincare needs. They also offer mani/pedi's - I met the woman, Crystal (I think that's her name) who does them when I was in the waiting room and she was extremely friendly too. I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before.
