I went there with my daughter today for her to get a manicure and for me to get a pedicure. We had a 6:00 p.m. appointment but I don't really think there was actually a time slot that they reserved for that appointment. When we arrived, I explained that my daughter had long nails and she wanted to see how to shape them properly so she wanted to get a manicure. They kind of looked at us like we were crazy when I said that. Although it's a little odd, my daughter's nails on her index fingers had broken and were shorter....she wanted to keep the length on the rest of her nails. Anyway, they had me sit over in a pedicure chair with about an inch of cold water in the tub while they gave her a manicure. The manicure took about 10 minutes. Although my daughter said she wanted to keep the length of her nails, the nail technician decided that she wanted to cut half the length. During the manicure the nail tech was on a video call. She was extremely rough with my daughter twisting her fingers from side to side. At one point she put my daughter's hand in her hand and popped her knuckles at which time my daughter said please don't do that. Then the technician asked her, you don't like that? Her nails, in the picture I'm including, look like crap. When she was done putting on clear polish, the employee told her you're done, be careful. I was still sitting in a pedicure chair soaking my feet in cold water. After waiting another 10 minutes in the pedicure chair, somebody came over to finally start my pedicure. She turned on the water and it began spraying on me on the chair and making puddles on the floor. At that point I was kind of over the whole situation and said we were just going to leave. They did apologize but when I went up to the front counter the women that had did the crappy manicure, was ringing us up for the manicure. another woman, who I believe was the manager, came up and said no charge. I do appreciate that we were not charged. When there was previous owners and employees at this nail salon, I loved going there. The employees were friendly and did a great job. I always had Laurie or David do my pedicures, I see their pictures on the website but they were not in the salon. They were amazing, too bad the other employees are not. It's disappointing that there are new owners and although they have redecorated nicely, they are unprofessional and do not take any pride in their work. I wish I would have looked at the Yelp review before I went but I assumed it was the same management / owners. There is a reason this place has 2.5 stars. read more

I came in to have a set of nails soaked off after calling ahead to confirm this was offered as a standalone service. I was told yes and to come in. Instead of a proper soak-off, the technician immediately began prying my nails off with nail tips, which was painful and clearly not the correct or professional way to remove nails. The nails that caused too much pain to force off were eventually soaked, but only after repeated attempts. The service felt rushed and careless. On top of that, I was asked three separate times if I was "sure" I didn't want a manicure, despite clearly saying no. The repeated upselling felt pushy and inappropriate, especially while I was already having a painful service done incorrectly. I also tried making casual conversation and was completely ignored. I was not treated with basic courtesy or professionalism, let alone like a paying customer. I've had this service done many times elsewhere and have always been treated with care and respect. That was not the case here. This experience was unacceptable from both a service and customer care standpoint. I would not return or recommend this salon. read more

Everyone else is 17-20 ladies who aren't trained in customer service. They have services on their website that they don't offer in store. Round two I made an appointment with Kim. She was there but for whatever reason she wouldn't come and fufill the said appointment. They gave me to someone with blonde hair who looked 15. I said no I asked for Kim and had an appointment with her and they said she wasn't there. Only for me to sit down and hear her in the back eating and laughing. Maybe don't accept an appointment if it's your lunch? I don't know I really dislike the energy and environment here I recommend not to go here unless you want to get a biopsy on your toe a month later that indeed was caused by there dirty foot tubs if you'd like I can also put the note from doctor where it says she's 90% sure this fungus came from a foot bath. read more

Well for starters we had an appointment for an acrylic fill at 11:15. We got there at 11am and instead of them starting my grandmother's fill they Decided to start all 3 of our pedicures. Well... that's what we thought anyways. They started immediately on 2 of our pedicures but my grandmother didn't get hers started for 20+ Minutes after being seated (no water to start soaking or anything like that she was just sitting in the chair waiting) Then my sister asked for the basic deluxe pedicure with gel polish and she wanted a French tip.... The menu they gave us said the pedicure was $40... the girl who did the pedicure said it would be an additional $10 for the gel. We said no problem. Once the pedicures were done, my grandmother then had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come and do her acrylic fill.. by this time she was starting to get uncomfortable sitting for so long. Finally her fill was started. We paid for the pedicures and my sisters gel French manicure. Total came out to $215! They charged her $75 for the pedicure! I was absolutely appalled by that as she was quoted $50 for the French gel pedicure. Not $75! We paid and left once everything was completed. However, my pedicure didn't start until 20 minutes AFTER everyone else, I didn't get any massage, and my tech (KIM) was on her phone the whole time. She didn't acknowledge me or apologize at all. She was arguing with her Wi-Fi provider the whole time and very distracted. She didn't say more than 2 words to me, other than reprimanding me for moving cold towels off my legs. However, she took and started on another person 10 minutes before my appointment time. I sat there an extra 15 minutes, then she passed me off to someone else. Bless the girls heart, she did a great job but took a very long time.
