I share this because I called 3 other places no one answered and no one ever called me back. Second he was so friendly, kind and compassionate even over the phone! Third I'm writing a unique review because I didn't have any extensive work done on my car. When my car wouldn't start I had it towed to Ambato. I was nervous all day thinking something major and expensive was wrong. In the end it was a dead battery. He didn't even charge me for the inspection. He didn't try to make up issues.
