Felt like we were sold a lemon. Warranty service is not recognized. Two weeks of having the car and looking at an additional $2400 in parts.

They post cars at seemly good prices, they will spring on you after that it has a rebuilt title once you start asking questions. These people are delusional and or scammers, look at other reviews of them on here id say this is a common practice with them. read more

Terrible. My salesman initially was very helpful. Test drive was great and I loved the car. The buying process ended up taking hours because they had 1 finance guy working on all loan applications at one time. After the purchase within 1 day the car had issues. I called and my salesman Frank and he gave me all attitude. The breaks and rotors were bad, so clearly they did not check the car good or change anything before selling the car. There is also a rattle when starting the car, and they told me "cars just rattle sometimes", and did not fix it. They fixed the first problem then after a week it was out of warranty. Having a few other issues with the car now and have only had it for a month. I shouldn't have these problems after spending $17,000 on a car! read more

Brought an Audi Q3 from the S. alpine location on March 12th. By March 18th my check engine light came on. They told me to take it to Auto zone and have a diagnostic ran on it. It came back with several problems wrong with the engine. I informed them and they gave me the run around about bringing it in. When really they just wanted to push me off until my 15 day warranty was over and they wouldn't be responsible. I took it in before hand and left it with them for a few days. They told me it was ready and I picked it up. A week later the engine light came back on with the same exact problems as the first time. They told me I need to go through my warranty to get it fixed before it was after the 15 day/500 mile dealership warranty. Why would I have to do that when it's the exact problems they claimed to have fixed. If it was different then I would understand. It's clear they never fixed the problem. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because they sold me a car with engine problems and then lied about fixing it . Terrible business. Not to mention when I came in I was talked to so badly by one manager who was racist and aggressive with me. read more

So satisfied with my purchase here! This was the 3ed dealership I visited & they exceeded expectations! First time buying a used car, so you know I had all the questions & really did my research. First: they had the best prices, with the lowest miles compared to the other dealerships I visited. Already a win. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. I never felt pressured to make a decision. All the sales people I spoke to were friendly, patient, & not sales-y at all. U can tell there was a team culture. Test drive went smoothly & financing- where I had even more questions, was a breeze. Lastly, they had a huge inventory to choose from! I felt really comfortable making my decision here. I am revising this review. I originally gave this company a 1 star review as I referred a family to them and was horribly embarrassed by how they were treated immediately after sale. They bought a car that quickly developed a serious problem based on a manufacturer's engine defect. While it took some negotiating and more work on the customer's part than really should have been necessary, the dealership absolutely made it right. Everyone left satisfied. You can get a fair deal here. But, remember, at the end of the day these are used cars, often foreign models, and many with higher mileage. It is certainly possible to get a great car or get one with engine problems of which this dealer does not really have the capacity to determine. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Twins Auto Mall at the end of May. The check engine light was on and they stated they would fix the check engine light over the weekend as it was Sunday and the financing would be approved. I stated that was okay. I went to pick the car up on Monday per our agreement, the check engine light was still on. I contacted them back and was told to drop the car off so they could attempt to fix the car again. As a single mother of three children, dropping the car back off and waiting to even have the car in my possession was a struggle. I then drove the vehicle and the car died on me on my way home from Michigan in August of last year. The car then sat in Michigan until December, as again a single working mother of three I did not have the finance to have my car repaired. I then lost my job as I could not afford to Uber back and forth to work because of what happened with this car, while still expecting to pay on this vehicle. I finally got the vehicle back in December, I had to drive the vehicle back as I could not afford to tow the vehicle from Michigan. When the car was back in town it then sat, as the car was not driving properly. I again had to save any money that I had in order to have the car looked at, to find out that the car had a blown engine. They first started it was a fuel pump issue. The fuel pump was replaced by me, which is why the vehicle was able to drive from Michigan. This car had a failing engine and was not safe to be driven on the road. read more

My husband and I were with Kara when she purchased the Buick, the process was long and exhausting they were friendly enough before you purchased the car after when the car showed that it was a piece of crap the owner actually screamed at me when I was explaining how difficult it was for my daughter as she is a single parent and did not have the means to purchase a new car and that she had receipts of spending over a 1K trying to repair the car. The owner continued to scream at me that it was her fault, I told him that he what he does to the customer/consumers and the community is horrible and that he was taken advantage of those who were trying to the best they can. He didn't care, no offer to make her whole, to work on the car nothing just a horrible attitude. Our daughter purchased a defective car and this Dealership should be shut down. I pray that Karma will treat him as he treats others. this dealership is putting defective autos on the road which can cause accidents not only for the person who purchases autos from them but others on the road and needs to be put out of doing business. Horrible business dont purchase autos from them I dont care how nice they seem. read more
