This review is just a cautionary tale for anyone considering getting anything done at this place. I had my car towed and expressed to Saul what my issue was and had them check it out in hopes of having it repaired with them. More than 5 hours go by with no word or a call back for my missed call. Once I did receive a call, I was told they were not able to fix it with not much explanation other than recommending other places to take it too. Sure enough I tow my car to a different shop where they were more open and transparent. It appears the mechanics original diagnosis was wrong as it was something more serious leading me to believe either they knew better and omitted this info just to pass the buck as it is a very expensive repair (if I didn't know any better, they probably assumed I couldn't afford the repairs) or they did not perform their due diligence as it was easy to see the part they blamed was broken was actually fine and nothing wrong with it. At the end of the day over 5 hours of my time wasted, towing and to top it off they charged $20. I would highly recommend management to take this into consideration to better strengthen this business info-structure. Now the money that would have gone into yours business pockets is now with a competing auto repair shop. In closing please use caution if you decide to take your car here. read more

I came to get my car checked because my breaks started making a real loud all of a sudden. The next few days my car was fine but I still wanted to get it checked out.They were very friendly and checked my car out right away. They seem to have a lot of business and a man I met there waiting on his car told me that the place was highly recommended to him by several people. After they reviewed by car they told me that my breaks were in really good condition and that the weather could have frozen the breaks for a moment. That day that it made the loud screeching noise I remember it was really cold. After letting me know that my car was fine I decided to just get an oil change to still try the place out. Questionable. Took my truck in for an oil change... first impressions were great. I started having trouble with my alternator and took it there for repairs. Two weeks later, my timing belt goes bad. I had my truck towed there. They acknowledged that the timing belt went bad due to a faulty repair of the alternator. They said I still had to pay them to repair it. Fine. I paid only because I have always kept my truck in near mint condition. Another two weeks go by and all of a sudden the water pumps goes bad. Now my truck is parked in the driveway because they want another 450 to repair. My truck never gave me trouble until I took it to their shop. Be careful. read more

My car had some type of leak and they also noticed something else that could potentially go wrong with my car....best money ever spent! Fucking terrible! Don't take your car here if you actually care about your vehicle. They fucked up everything they had to do on my car. They gave me back my car scratched and dirty when I took it perfectly clean without a single scratch. They had to redo the job that the car was originally taken for because they managed to fuck it up. They also took forever to give me my car back. First they said I would have it back in two days then they gave me a different date and when that due date came they gave me another one and when I received my car back it was still fucked up and it was returned in terrible condition. They cracked the fucking paint on the bumper after I returned it a second time. read more

I brought in my 05 corvette to get the pulley's and belt replaced. The first issue, I personally could not take the vehicle so I had my girlfriend bring in the vehicle. Although she advised the mechanic that the issue was with the belt, the serviceman tried selling her a timing chain. Once she got her father involved, they agreed that it was belt. They told us that it would take 3 days to repair but it took 6 days (total) for them to return the vehicle. They kept promising me that the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day, but would push the date back. I finally got the car back and drove the car for a night and noticed (on the next day) that there was a loud tap under the hood. When I inspected the pulley's, the mechanic did not tighten the bolt on the harmonic balancer pulley (causing damage). The vehicle was brought in and took them 2 days to fix. The car was running well, however, the tension of the belt was not correct and it became loose again. Unfortunately, since I only drive the vehicle on weekends, the problem became more apparent once the warranty expired. I have only driven the vehicle for 200+ miles within the last 3 months. I would not recommend this auto repair shop at all. This shop does not provide quality work (despite the high cost of the repair + delays) and are unprofessional. read more
