Take your car there ONLY if you need tire service. DO NOT take your car for any other mechanical repair. Their mechanics mis diagnose engines and transmissions all the time. Then they say they repair the parts, but come to find out they just clear the codes and dont end up changing anything. Been coming here for a while but didn't realize how much more than tires they can do here. I had AC issues with my 2019 Yukon and they had to change the heater core which required the entire removal of my dash. They did their due diligence and looked up all the parts recommended to replace while they had it apart. I would have spent thousands more at the dealer for this work. Came in for a patch on one of my tires. Dude with the glasses taking his sweet ass time. Going to back, laughing it up with his buddies, meanwhile I'm standing here waiting. I get it if you were busy and all but dude, it's a patch that takes no more then 10-15 mins. But he gives me 30 mins. And for what ? Don't come here unless you have 45 mins to spare. Cuz he'll start and stop do something else, have a walk around here and there and then do one step and back again doing something else instead of focusing on one job he has. SMH. My Honda Civic needed a new right passenger side tire and I happen to be driving up and googled tire shops saw that it had ~4 stars so I went in and asked what the price was for a used tire. el señor Manuel greeted me and stated they didn't have a used tire in the size I needed. I asked what it cost for new tires and I got new tires instead. I was there about an hour which is reasonable in my opinion. Sr. Manuel was professional through out the task and went out of his way to find the correct lub nut for the tire. He also put air on my spare tire and put it away in the trunk. Went for an oil change then a flat tire on wife's car. Yes mechanical work AND tires. Both times were promptly tended to. Pricing was average but little to no waiting was a big plus. Local so very convenient. They even give receipts for fixing a flat, most places don't do that. Only drawback was such a busy street that it's scary slowing down to turn into driveway. read more

Went to get service for rear main seal leak. Paid $1000. They decided to add the wrong transmission fluid to my truck. I never asked to add anything. My daughter went there because she had a misfire with her car. Typically its because a coil pack goes bad. But these guys went ahead changed the bad coil pak but also replaced the MAF sensor and charged her 700 bucks. The car did not have a check engine light for the maf sensor but they changed it anyways, so 2 weeks later we get a check engine light on concerning the maf sensor so she took it in and wanted to charge her 500 bucks more saying it was the intake manifold gaskets which it wasn't. They took advantage of my daughter just because she didn't know any better. I fixed the car by replacing the maf sensor that they supposedly fixed. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST MECHANICS. read more

Incredible, i got told a price for new tires and alignment , turns out the tires were semi used, AND the alignment wasn't included and when i asked them to put my old tires back they started throwing stuff an felt they would damage my car..spoke to the manager an he was the one that did the pricing for me turns out i paid for semi used . Wow. And as far as we know they shouldn't charge for them keeping the old ones i can definitely keep them idc... so first they said in the receipt it was for card transaction which another thing turned out to be a lie , it was for the tires. I was still trying to compromise an legit what they did said to get out an take whatever they gave me. I asked to speak to the owner cause "family owned" . That the owner is never there so if you're the owner please contact me to get this fixed. First being lied with everything , the first time i took it around the corner cause they said the light was okay it'll turn off , it never did came back an said the tire didn't have air. So i don't get it. It's new an the light would turn off that it was my car first but then it was it doesn't have air. Second off all i noticed no one wearing a mask an the ones wearing one were half put on under their chin, once my tires were off, protocol no where near. Save yourself from doing my mistake an please don't go here. Worst experience ever. They legit closed the gate on my face. I'm forced to give one star to be able to post this. What can I say about this place... it's great! The place itself is not great looking, I mean, it's a tire shop, but they are rapid and attentive and their customer service rocks! The employees always answer any questions I have, which I love! I hate the feeling of being confused, and I appreciate anyone who takes the time to explain what the problem is/was. Got a good deal on a set of new four tires. I also paid for alignment and that was fifteen dollars, I asked about balancing and was quoted for $45 and these are great prices. Noe was awesome when I explained what I needed one new tire (old one was repatched beyond repair) and asked for just one. He quoted me for a Bridgestone tire which I have no faith in. So I asked him what my price would be for a set of four? I was sold when I heard my quote. They don't sell you a lifetime uneven wear, or lifetime free alignment but for the price of the set plus the price for alignment and balancing. Yes, it's worth it when comparing to Sears. Try it call Sears (Sears will ask that you have proof of rotation in order to use their uneven wear guarantee) and then go here. read more
