Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. I was told to sit and that they would work on the installment. A lady that was working there was the one working in the installment, all the man did was walk around and sigh every other minute about how tired he was and how much he wanted a beer. I understood but at the same time it just didn't seem appropriate. I saw him trying to up-charge a guy that was there and the guy wasn't taking it so he just lowered the price. I waited for FIVE HOURS before my car was completely done. When done, nobody took the time to explain to me how the device worked or asked me if I had any questions. The lady told me to come in a month. A month passes by and I have an appointment on the 17th of March at 4pm. I made sure I called them prior to my appointment to ask them if I could come in earlier and he told me yes. I left my job early and when I get there, he tells me that the girl that does the calibration has left for the day -.- I was so mad, I asked him why didn't he tell me earlier and he told me I should've called 5-10 minutes before getting there to check. Completely unprofessional and the place isn't even clean. I was pleasantly described to receive a clean car without clutter or glass shards upon retrieving my car. If you don't have a ride to pick you up and drop you off, there's a waiting room with comfortable couches and a water station inside.
