I opted for the mobile service, since wifey doesn't like driving around the freeways in Houston, and it was scheduled. At the end of the scheduled time, I got a call telling me they were delayed and offering to pick up the car at home, complete the maintenance, wash and vacuum it and return it the same day. So they actually Ubered a driver to my home, he drove the car to the dealership, they did the maintenance and then drove it back cleaner than when he left. I was impressed with everyone at the dealership including Mona who coordinated the process and Robert who did the driving. We know we bought at the right dealership! Momentum and BMW West states Sonic Automotive does not want to sell the vehicle to us and it's a management decision. It appears they have discriminatory practices. A letter has been sent to Sonic Automotive customer relations Rachael Z. requesting that she forward and deliver the email and it's complete attachments to David Burton Smith, Heath R Byrd, Marcus G, Jeff Dyke, William Belk, Keri Kaiser and Michael Hodge with the intent to gain their cooperation and empathy to remedy this matter, it's approaching week two and still there's no response. We came to them to purchase a family vehicle, BMW has been a brand that we have grown in, my wife's late father owned a BMW V12 740 LI back in 1991. This was supposed to be a full circle moment. That now my father would own a BMW chariot to carry his legacy around in Sonic Automotive brand has ruined it! My father is a hard-working man, he may look rough and exhausted, but he worked his whole life, paid his debts and duty to society, and he has a right to the pursuit of happiness regardless to someone's personal judgment of his appearance. He kept me fully informed through every stage of the process, ordering and replacing the serpentine belt, putting on new tires, and replacing the rotors/front brakes. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. Once again this shop saved my bacon!…read more The spouse had two encounters where she destroyed two wheel rims on the same wheel. That's bad luck and I finally got that fixed at the tire shop but there was still a shimmy at highway speed. Finally I remembered that I should get the front-end alighment checked out after something like that occurred (the tire shop won't fix it). One Stop Auto took a look and found that the bushings were worn out and needed replacement on the front-end cross-braces to the sub-frame (After all, he car is a 2009 model) . It cost several hundred, but they gave me a discount on the parts. Now it's fixed it up and drives great once again. Furthermore they warned me of a few items that would need service in the next year or so also and told me what symptoms to watch for. These guys are simply the best: they do deep diagnoses on your car, search for good prices on parts and then, once you OK it, do the work very quickly. They're a great example of how an excellent organization is more than the sum of its parts.
