Very down to earth people. Insurance and was not a problem at all and when I got my car back he went over the repairs and I noticed a few small dents that he took out that were not part of the repair job. Not only was the work done on time, and at their estimated costs, but they completely detailed the car - inside and out! I drive a large SUV, and put several thousands of miles on it every month.
