It was truly like I was being bullied in high school.... I didn't even stay a month because it's a bunch of children that live there. It isn't cute or becoming to act that way, it's actually quite gross. They must pay for people to write nice reviews. The fridge was "community" but filled with old food and alcohol. If you're a raging alcoholic with child like behavior, by all means please go there. Also, to Suzie and Julie and all of you, before you point fingers make sure your hands are clean. Witnessed multiple occasions where she demoralized employees in front of customers. She picks and chooses favorite guest to give cheaper rates to. She tried to Parent our minor child without our consent we won't ever return because of her. Three other sites left with us for similar reasons. This could be a good RV campground without her running it. Also when hooked to sewer you have to keep your tanks closed or their sewer will back flow into your camper. You also have to endure their shitty lawn crew that never comes until your grass is so high it looks like a shit show, you will have to do it yourself. In addition to if you ask for a corporate number they will not give it too you. KOA franchise all complaints go back to Alley and her God like complex. Oh if your kids play at the pool be prepared for Marshall Alley law they will call cops on them for having too much fun. (Like making tacos). No joke smh.

Now, since a couple months ago, they changed it to where "a computer" would pick your site for your, which would be good if all the sites were the same, but they definitely are not! Some sites are paved, some are rock, some long or short, some easy to get into, some not. They basically took your choice away! Before, if you got here and all the "good" sites were taken, that's the luck of the draw. Both times since they changed to this I've had to ask to change the site, first time, I couldn't get into the site if I wanted to. Second time they put us in a site we definitely did not want. Now, they put up a sign no drinks in the edge of the pool, no exceptions! A lot of people go to the pool, stand at the side, drink whatever it is, chill and have a good time. So now that choice has been taken away. I can understand glass containers, glass and pools don't mix, so punish those people! We have loved this place for years, but it's getting to where we don't like coming here anymore. Some of the employees are nice, some not so much. Some of the employees seem extremely lazy and are just here to talk and play. Mean while, the speed limit is 5 mph, I've seen people doing I think around 25 or 30. People have their kids and dogs walking around the park and I haven't seen much to stop that. But standing around the pool drinking whatever and having a good time, the managers said shut it down! I really don't know what's happening here. Just think hard before buying a membership. The memberships can cost thousands of dollars and they can make changes anytime, whether you like it or not, and you either have to deal with it or get rid of it. They don't care what you think! Unlocks the ONE bathroom there without knocking to check for occupancy first. It was a good place to live or rest or what have you until the owners hired the nosiest person to "manage" the place. No amenities. One washer and dryer for the campsite. One restroom for the campsite. When I moved in I explained I needed a place where I could use the shower because my trailer's shower is itty bitty. And was told it was fine. In June I was told that the restroom is for emergencies only. Not every day use. After I had been there for 4 months and new management took over. Getting texts from management in the middle of my workday demanding a response. No patience. No respect.

The owners are very friendly and I really didn't want to leave! Our new puppy loved the beach, the grassy areas and especially the owners, other campers and their dogs.
