For me, Twin-Kiss has always been about the ice cream, which is always delicious. Second review to make sure the only place I like for ice cream doesn't fall to pieces. Whoever they had working last weekend doing ice cream was a mess. We watched three groups of people who ordered after us get their ice cream first while ours sat. Not sure the problem but when they finally called our number our sundae and arctic kiss was melted. I almost requested a refund but out of frustration just left the place. I know you got kids working but do a little better back there. This is a fantastic little place in a tiny town! It's a little gem. Is it fancy? No. Is it fine dining? No. Is it exactly what you'd expect from a little building out in the country on the side of the road? No - it's better than that. They serve fried chicken, burgers, hot dogs and french fries and the like. They also have a ice cream and milk shakes. The burger was quite good. It was served at a fast food price - 3.79 for a double cheese burger with all of the fixings - but definitely a much higher quality, something like a decent diner quality. The fries were small and crunchy - about the size and shape of McDonald's fries, I suppose, but tasting a good bit better. The staff here was very friendly, even though I was a bit confused about how to order (you order drinks at one window and food at the other, so you have to pay at two different windows for your meal). read more

My dad has taken us here before because it's one of his favorite spots from his childhood. We ended up going here the last time we were in town. This was my second time visiting this place, and my first time was better. It's cute and has that nostalgic feel to it that I like. It feels live a very welcoming place. There are also a lot of items on the menu, not just cheesesteaks. That being said, I decided to get a cheesesteak. My dad is always raving about them, so I thought I might as well. The sandwich itself is not what I remember. Most of it is the same... Bread, meat, and cheese, but now there was a sauce on it that's basically tomato sauce. It was very odd. My husband and I were in town and we were both really craving burgers, so we found a place on Google. We asked one of the locals if the burgers there were good, and they told us that they were completely overpriced and that we should go to Manheim Twin Kiss for burger that were better and way cheaper. So we took their advice. These burgers were AMAZING. I don't think I've had anything close to how good these were. We both got the Hollywood Burger which had lettuce, tomato & onion and fries, and we got an ice cream cone afterwards. The whole meal ended up being $13, which was the price of a decent burger at the other places. The portions were really good, it's enough to fill you up but not stuff you to the point of feeling sick. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good burger. The staff was also friendly, and super fast. We had a million questions for them and they had all of the answers. The tables were a little sticky, but I think that's because we sat down right after a family that had kids eating ice cream. About five minutes after sitting down, an employee came by and wiped down all the tables, so all is well. read more

What a cute little place! I've never been here before but when I asked around at work for a place to go for ice cream I was told to pop over to Manheim and try this place out. Prices were decent and staff was friendly! My son got a cheeseburger and my other son got chicken tenders. They ate everything and wanted more. I've been coming here for over 20 years and the place hasn't changed one bit. This is the classic small town, old fashioned burgers and fries. They also make other dinners and sandwiches, and soups, etc. which are great. I don't think anything is priced above $7. We used to come here after a good game in little league for their soft serve ice cream as well. The place hasn't lost it's charm and hopefully never will. Burgers on cheeseburger sub were paper thin. Burgers were ice cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Steak sandwich had hardly any meat on it. First couple of bites was only bun. French fries were frozen. Decided to get ice cream because we were still hungry due to the tiny portions of food. That was another mistake! Arctic Kiss (their version of a blizzard) was super small & cost $5. Medium cone of ice cream, again small for the price. Paid an extra 50 cents for sprinkles, which you could of counted the small amount that they had on. We drove past this place many times & never had stopped until tonight. Won't ever be stopping here again! My recommendation is Raub's Twin KISS in Myerstown, Pa! They have delicious food with healthy size portions. They have fresh cut french fries. Staff is very friendly! We have eaten there many, many times over the years! read more

My husband and I were staying at a hotel in Manheim and did not see many restaurants in town that were open late. I found this restaurant on Yelp (thanks, Yelp reviewers!), and I decided to give it a try. I got the impression that this restaurant is family-owned and is visited mostly by locals. I encourage out-of-town people, though, to visit the restaurant. I am happy that we were customers of Twin Kiss rather than a chain restaurant such as McDonald's. The cashier was nice as he greeted us, took our order, and later said goodnight to us. We ordered fried chicken, an orange crush float, a big triple hamburger (which was actually medium-sized, so I recommend ordering it rather than the tiny single-patty hamburger), onion rings, a homemade root beer float, and a regular soda. The food here tasted better than chain fast food, and the total cost was about $25. The interior design of the restaurant was updated nicely. Two employees cleaned the table tops and other surfaces very frequently. read more
