My review is almost two years late but I just found their business card and realized I need to do a…read morereview. So I was on a road trip from Phoenix, AZ to Seattle. Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! All I can say is if I wanted my car to break down, this was the most ideal and smoothest situation ever and that is a huge thanks to Bill and his staff and also the people of canyonville. I went to get it the next day after they said I needed to leave it with them rather than just wait for them to mount it. ?? Went to pick up.. after paying an additional 20 to balance it I noticed that the weights they used were incorrect for my wheel. They swore up and down that I was wrong and the weights were "the right ones". Well, I paid and left only later realize they had marred my rim with the incorrect weights by pounding them on!! I don't know about anybody else but this is exactly what I was looking to avoid! By the way... a tire changer is only $50 at eBay... I recommend! Disappointed... hope they see this and refund me...
