May be long but worth the read I went to this shop back in…read moreMay 2026 , I initially went for my Left CV axle , while getting that replaced Pat also made a comment that my brakes needed some care and I needed a new Master Cylinder. I decided to complete the work for the Master cylinder and CV Axle (Left ) . When I picked up my vehicle from total care it was in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off . I was charge almost 1K for the work and Pat proceeds to tell me I now need a new ABS Module to resolve the problem. Fast forward I take my vehicle to Sapulpa Auto and GREAT WORK , fixed all of my issues and for a more reasonable price . Sapulpa Auto advises me I need a new left wheel bearing . That wheel bearing SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED from Total Car Care , as it is a safety hazard . Not only was I provided a faulty part from Total Car Care, I was charged an INSANE amount for a repair that did not resolve my issue ! I called Pat multiple times to see how can at least get my money back for a faulty part that his shop provided and he is of no help , he didn't even warranty out the service he promised . I would NEVER recommend this business to women specifically or really anyone that does not have knowledge in Auto Mechanics because he will take advantage. I got a call about an hour after the truck had arrived to tell me everything the truck needed: the must-dos and the should-dos. Left the shop and notice it was still pulling left. Took it back and the service tech said it was aligned to spec. He went on to say that the car had been wreck and maybe caused other damage. I flat out told him, I have had this car since it was new off the show room floor and it had never been wrecked. So they alleged that they align it again. Took it home and it still pulled to the left. Took it back again and he said they will adjust it so it runs straight but it will cause unnecessary tire wear. Long story short (I know too late) it still pulled to the left. Did some in-depth research and found that Sam's Alignment & Brakes is the best in northeast Oklahoma. Took it to Sam's and he had it fully aligned in 50 minutes. Need I say more? He was so personal and down to earth to visit with while he explained everything he was doing as he was working on my car. Absolutely the best find I have ever made when it comes to auto repair. Best decision you can make, look no further.
