Evan came over did a quick suspected diagnosis and gave me his cell so that if I felt uncomfortable at any time during parade to pull over and he would come get me, just wow!!! That did not happen, but Alexis was waiting for me at the dealership, and they got me all fixed up within a few hours! Fork seals needed replaced... They went well above and beyond with much needed reassurance and empathy, well done Stonewall HD that is service and kindness all in one. Thank you, can't wait to see you all next year!

I called the shop and spoke to KB in sales, and he was very nice. I happened to be on vacation at the time and didn't want to lose out on the bike so I asked if I could leave a credit card number to hold the bike and he said "No problem" and held the bike for 6 days. While on the way home from vacation, I saw a sign saying "Orange, 20 miles", so we decided to stop in and check the bike out. Well, the bike was as beautiful as I hoped and I knew I wanted it. I told KB I would come back the next day to do a deal. I got back to the shop today and KB was ready to take me on a nice test drive, and he could probably tell from the grin on my face that the bike was sold. We agreed on the price and I was sent to see the really great people in accessories, parts, and service- I was really impressed with Kim, Jimmy, and everyone I met. The lady who helped me pick out a new pair of riding shoes was super nice as well. Then it was off to see Kelsey in Finance and the process could not have been easier- she is smart, efficient, and a true pro. I was out of her office in under 10 minutes, which NEVER happens at dealerships. I'd like to thank all of the staff, especially those I mentioned, at SWHD for being so kind and genuinely happy with what they were doing. KB even asked me to let him know when I made it home (I live 90 miles from the shop) and that tells me what great people SWHD has working for them. Next time I'm in the market for a new bike, I will probably pass 4 other dealers on my way to SWHD. Thank you!

Tipped it over once and made a bee-line to Thom, the owner. He immediately sourced quality (not over repriced, I checked) parts. I paid for the parts list and they were shipped, installed and tested by Graham inside of a week. The bike was armored to tank levels: every set of sliders, engine and handlebar protection. It was OEM quality. 2. I out grew the Yammie and upgraded to a '25 Honda Hornet, brand spanking new and just on the market. I decided I was not happy with OEM its systems and bought $1K of parts (yes, bike owner procured parts). Patricio, with a smile on his face (he loves what he does), put the bike up on the stand and crammed most of the add ons I got. Firefly personnel never force or jury-rig parts onto a bike. The ones which didn't fit/work was returned to the me with an explanation of non-use. Patricio installed the add-ons with superior work to Honda manufacture. The wiring was flawless: neat, traceable and firmly secured. Even something as small as the positioning of a random switch was done with ergonomic precision - German benchmark work. Everything, installed works perfectly and the parts which didn't fit or work was returned to me in original condition. I rode away with new powerful aux lights, a new console identical to a car's CarPlay interface (with front and rear cameras), monogrammed chain guard, etc... Free?: good conversation and a few laughs. Im happy - again.

Josh has done several regular maintenance services (5k, 10k and 15k mile) on my 03 FLSTCI. I found this bike with 4k miles on it a couple of years ago, and Josh has maintained it ever since. This services were timely, my bike was clean with no leaks, and the bike always rode better when I got it back. When you want engine modifications and other modifications, Josh is your guy. Last year Josh upgraded my engine with a big bore kit (88" to 95"), performance cams and hydraulic cam tensioners with double scavenging high-volume oil pump. He also installed an auto-adjust primary chain adjuster. Currently, Josh is working with me on a handbag conversion on my Heritage Softail. Later in the year, it will be powder coating wheels, front end and some engine parts, as well as ceramic coating the exhaust. If you have a Harley-Davidson, The Power Speed Shop is where you have to go for routine services, repairs, upgrades and customizations. Give Josh a try for your next maintenance; you will be glad you did!

I picked up a new piston and was having trouble replacing it myself. By luck I ran across his shop. Reached out and he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I brought the brake master cylinder into him, went to the store down the road, came back and it was fixed. He gave great suggestions for bleeding the cylinder and then the brake lines. Brakes are back to normal. All good.

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.
