Tipped it over once and made a bee-line to Thom, the owner. He immediately sourced quality (not over repriced, I checked) parts. I paid for the parts list and they were shipped, installed and tested by Graham inside of a week. The bike was armored to tank levels: every set of sliders, engine and handlebar protection. It was OEM quality. 2. I out grew the Yammie and upgraded to a '25 Honda Hornet, brand spanking new and just on the market. I decided I was not happy with OEM its systems and bought $1K of parts (yes, bike owner procured parts). Patricio, with a smile on his face (he loves what he does), put the bike up on the stand and crammed most of the add ons I got. Firefly personnel never force or jury-rig parts onto a bike. The ones which didn't fit/work was returned to the me with an explanation of non-use. Patricio installed the add-ons with superior work to Honda manufacture. The wiring was flawless: neat, traceable and firmly secured. Even something as small as the positioning of a random switch was done with ergonomic precision - German benchmark work. Everything, installed works perfectly and the parts which didn't fit or work was returned to me in original condition. I rode away with new powerful aux lights, a new console identical to a car's CarPlay interface (with front and rear cameras), monogrammed chain guard, etc... Free?: good conversation and a few laughs. Im happy - again.

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

I was a bit intimidated to walk in as I dont look like a stereotypical motorcyclist but the gentlemen was super friendly and fast with helping me. I brought in a broken clutch lever that I didnt have the right tools to fix it myself. He was super quick to fix it for me and didnt even charge me for the quick fix! Would def come back if I need anything to fix for my bike!

However, my thoughts are that the salesman makes the sale but the service department makes the returning customer and future sales. On that note, this business is suffering. As noted by others as well, the service and customer support is lacking and needs attention. As for us, immediate piece or part maybe, but service and support we probably be done in Roanoke or Purcellville, Virginia.

What I received was a Lie. if I road that bike today as I did before the issue here, I believe it would fail. By the work performed were working parts were welded to not work. VPMS followed no procedure or protocol on my bike. The shop had no respect in regard to me or my cycle that now I believe is garbage. My ability to operate that cycle safely is no longer viable. You can't access the engine compartment under the seat, which is welded to the frame, the seat. VPMS had no knowledge in the proper repair of my Kymco. None! They lied to me and still are. You open and close the seat four times when I can't open it once owning the cycle for six years. They Redesigned the Bike to Junk! I wouldn't recommend this shop for any procedure. They will lie in the maintenance of your cycle putting your life at risk and others while on the road. A Military Guy Safety Is First it's a part of Life!

DAY AFTER my appointment, I had to call them to find out what was going on. Was told "we didn't get to it, things just turn out as expected sometimes" They then call me to tell me my oil change and rear ABS issue will be $1800. I say go ahead. 2 days go by, I call them again after no word. Oh, the ABS needs another part, now it's $2700. I tell them to finish changing my fluids and I'll take it elsewhere. 2 more days go by, nothing. I CALL AGAIN! "Is my bike done"? "Thought I called you, yeah, it's ready". Very pissed off, I pick up my bike, pay the $480 for an oil change, and off I go. Get home (50min away) and realize my back rest wasn't put back on. 3 weeks later, after not sending to me like they said they would, I have to "meet a tech" near my house to pick it up and reinstall myself. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never go back

I had a recent visit for annual maintenance, which included some manufacturer recalls. Once I arrived home from the visit I garaged the vehicle until the first pretty day (about 3 weeks later) then I took it for a quick spin around the block. During my ride the vehicle's engine died on me! As for trouble shooting I did what I knew how to do and checked the oil and discovered it bone dry. After adding a quart of oil I noticed it leaking out of the bottom underneath. Then taking the shield guard off I discovered that the oil plug was missing and the transmission plug was extremely loose. It didn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that Blue Ridge Power Sports did not tighten up the plug bolts and left me in a bad spot!! Worried that I did damage to my engine I immediately called the service department and made an appointment for their next available day. Upon my arrival the service manager Bruce helped me push it off my trailer and told me he would call me when it was ready. During that service they found that not only did the transmission fluid and oil need to be added the window rubber seal was also not reinstalled after the last appointment. This was all due to their negligence. I did get a half hearted apology and a $100 credit for a future visit. I think it is pretty safe to say that I will not be using the $100 credit and I will take my business and money elsewhere. Blue Ridge Power Sports needs to get serious about their QC procedures and hiring a quality staff! Today it was my neighborhood; tomorrow it could be YOU deep in the middle of nowhere without phone service to call for help.
