Tipped it over once and made a bee-line to Thom, the owner. He immediately sourced quality (not over repriced, I checked) parts. I paid for the parts list and they were shipped, installed and tested by Graham inside of a week. The bike was armored to tank levels: every set of sliders, engine and handlebar protection. It was OEM quality. 2. I out grew the Yammie and upgraded to a '25 Honda Hornet, brand spanking new and just on the market. I decided I was not happy with OEM its systems and bought $1K of parts (yes, bike owner procured parts). Patricio, with a smile on his face (he loves what he does), put the bike up on the stand and crammed most of the add ons I got. Firefly personnel never force or jury-rig parts onto a bike. The ones which didn't fit/work was returned to the me with an explanation of non-use. Patricio installed the add-ons with superior work to Honda manufacture. The wiring was flawless: neat, traceable and firmly secured. Even something as small as the positioning of a random switch was done with ergonomic precision - German benchmark work. Everything, installed works perfectly and the parts which didn't fit or work was returned to me in original condition. I rode away with new powerful aux lights, a new console identical to a car's CarPlay interface (with front and rear cameras), monogrammed chain guard, etc... Free?: good conversation and a few laughs. Im happy - again.

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

I was a bit intimidated to walk in as I dont look like a stereotypical motorcyclist but the gentlemen was super friendly and fast with helping me. I brought in a broken clutch lever that I didnt have the right tools to fix it myself. He was super quick to fix it for me and didnt even charge me for the quick fix! Would def come back if I need anything to fix for my bike!

The…read moresales and finance staff were helpful and willing to help me get the bike tagged appropriately, and the manager - Adam - was an incredibly help for a guy buying his first two stroke. Wayne was able to jet my new bike to fit the kind of riding I do, and he gave me a lengthy overview on how to take care of the bike properly. In addition, the staff at Wayne is always available over the phone to answer my dumb questions. I look forward to getting my bike serviced here when I inevitably put it into a tree or rock - something that I'm sure will happen all too soon. I dont know when I'll get tired of my new TE300 - it's a real blast - but when I do I'll be buying my next Husqvarna from Wayne Cycle shop.

So I figured I would give them a chance to sell me a motorcycle - which is my purpose for making the long trip over the mountain. I found the bike I like and asked the 2 closest staff for information (the bikes did not have any tags). The two played hot potato so I went and used their restroom first. When I came back to the same bike, with my helmet and riding jacket in hand, nobody seemed very motivated to want to deal with me. So I left and have decided to see if I can make the purchase from Village Motorsports, 23436 Constitution Hwy, Unionville, VA 22567 instead. Their staff is so much friendlier and actually great you when you enter their facility.

However, my thoughts are that the salesman makes the sale but the service department makes the returning customer and future sales. On that note, this business is suffering. As for us, immediate piece or part maybe, but service and support we probably be done in Roanoke or Purcellville, Virginia.

What I received was a Lie. if I road that bike today as I did before the issue here, I believe it would fail. By the work performed were working parts were welded to not work. You can't access the engine compartment under the seat, which is welded to the frame, the seat. VPMS had no knowledge in the proper repair of my Kymco. None! They lied to me and still are. You open and close the seat four times when I can't open it once owning the cycle for six years. They Redesigned the Bike to Junk! I wouldn't recommend this shop for any procedure. I called the shop and spoke to KB in sales, and he was very nice. I happened to be on vacation at the time and didn't want to lose out on the bike so I asked if I could leave a credit card number to hold the bike and he said "No problem" and held the bike for 6 days. While on the way home from vacation, I saw a sign saying "Orange, 20 miles", so we decided to stop in and check the bike out. Well, the bike was as beautiful as I hoped and I knew I wanted it. I told KB I would come back the next day to do a deal. I got back to the shop today and KB was ready to take me on a nice test drive, and he could probably tell from the grin on my face that the bike was sold. We agreed on the price and I was sent to see the really great people in accessories, parts, and service- I was really impressed with Kim, Jimmy, and everyone I met. The lady who helped me pick out a new pair of riding shoes was super nice as well. Then it was off to see Kelsey in Finance and the process could not have been easier- she is smart, efficient, and a true pro. I was out of her office in under 10 minutes, which NEVER happens at dealerships. I'd like to thank all of the staff, especially those I mentioned, at SWHD for being so kind and genuinely happy with what they were doing. KB even asked me to let him know when I made it home (I live 90 miles from the shop) and that tells me what great people SWHD has working for them. Next time I'm in the market for a new bike, I will probably pass 4 other dealers on my way to SWHD. Thank you!
