They also rotate flavors through different seasons- I loved when they had the ube latte. The food is yummy; I liked the baja breakfast burrito & their baked goods are amazing! The atmosphere is unique with a rain forest type theme. I liked working in there though space is limited during the weekend.

The seasonal menu was purely AI generated imagery, their other signs as well. They have environmental focused branding, with the help of an environmental destruction tool (AI). All gender restrooms available and handicap parking (at least one spot) * Captain Mike was behind the bar, very kind, genuine and personable. He asked my name and referred to another guest by name. Upon entry with my service dog he did verify he was indeed a SD. He also was very attentive with recommendations and suggestions based on what he enjoyed and what would suit my preferences! * I got the cardamom lavender latte which was very delightful! The cardamom was very pleasant and I am appreciative of how well it shined through! I also got the "great smokey mountain" I think! Breakfast sandwich. To my personal taste for a simple breakfast sandwich it was a bit on the high side for price - around $11 but it does taste good! Options of croissant or ciabatta bread. Non dairy options are available! I personally am not inclined to return due to all of the ai generated content. Pangaea should invest and support local artists and creators and uplift the community surrounding them. They would likely get more support overall! I am an artist myself and could see so much potential in -ai branding! Thanks!

You can literally smell the pastries in the air, which is maybe even better than seeing them waiting for you in the bakery case. On a recent weekend morning we opted for the blueberry cheese Danish, which was perfectly executed, with plenty of juice berries and lush cream cheese filling on top of a flaky, crisp and yes buttery Danish dough. Perfection. I'd love to come back and try a croissant, which look amazing on top of being HUGE. For drinks we opted for the Vietnamese milk coffee, which was just the right balance of sweet, bitter and creamy. It's a distinct experience on Chincoteague but holds its own against plenty of bakeries on the mainland!

This place became a staple for us for just the few days we were in Chincoteague and there are no regrets. Coffee: Both myself and my partner ordered the Vietnamese iced milk coffee and it was out of this world delicious. This drink was a bit strong but that didn't deter me at all from ordering it every day we visited the coffee shop because it was that good. Pastries: my family ordered the butter and chocolate croissants and they were fantastic! Huge, buttery and chewy inside and flaky on the outside, the perfect combo! We also ordered their chocolate chip cookies on a whim and were pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were. Normally coffee shops aren't know for their cookies but these were the perfect chocolate chip cookies - thick, the right amount of chocolate and not too sweet. We also ordered their peach and pineapple slushie and it was super tasty. I'm not a fan of slushies as they taste pretty watered down but this drink was fresh and had the perfect balance of tart and sweetness! This place is a MUST if you're visiting Chincoteague!
