They charged $425 per hour for extra guys that did nothing but get in and out of the passenger seat of the tow truck! They refused to negotiate on the tow bill and have a policy of holding your vehicle hostage until you pay their extortion. I get there and because its under warranty they were giving me a loaner of theirs but then they tell me I can't use it for work I couldn't take it out of state and I couldn't put very many miles on it. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. I will say they did do a good job with the paint ( other then the color matching) and turn around was in a good timely matter but be sure to cheak and make sure your happy with their results before you leave or find someone else 2 stars for my experience with them for that
