Professionalism, honesty, and respectfulness is how I would describe the treatment received for my first, but definitely not my last visit. They have an easy appointments software on their website, or you can walk in for Auto service. Coffee & Water is available to customers. My Nissan Sentra received a full synthetic oil change, new engine air cleaner, and new CVT Fluid with authentic BG Products made in the USA specifically for Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) and Automatic Transmissions. The BG Products made in USA offered at SysTech Automotive are better quality than the CVT Fluids made by Jatco, a Japanese CVT and auto fluids manufacture company that makes CVT Fluids for Nissan. My Nissan CVT Transmission operates so much smoother now with the BG CVT Fluid. I'm very pleased with my Nissan's performance now after my visit. Wish I had come here sooner. It's good to follow the recommended service schedule found in your vehicle's manual. Especially if you have a CVT so that it lasts longer! They are costly to replace if they go out so it's better and less expensive to just change the fluid on schedule to keep it running in premium condition. SysTech Automotive has several skilled technicians, master mechanic, kind and diligent staff. I observed several customer interactions as I waited and all were given respect and helpful information from Kevin and Christine and the Master Mechanics. I recommend their service and products for your automotive needs. My Grandma used Tire Tread services recently. She has been a loyal customer for the past 40+ years,…read moreand I have never once heard her complain about how they treated her before this most recent visit. I am not sure who "Danny" is that works there, but he embarrassed my sweet Grandma so unacceptably on multiple occasions, I would be surprised if she ever felt comfortable or safe using their services again. He tried to take advantage of her by quoting her over $800 for a $250 auto part. When she tried to question it and advocate for herself, he put her on blast and argued with her, causing a scene in front of multiple other customers. Now, I don't typically give negative reviews, I love supporting local businesses, but when I hear that an innocent person was taken advantage of by a supposedly "specialized professional", I find it severely disconcerting. We are supposed to be able to trust these individuals to take care of our loved ones by providing the best care possible for their automobiles and make them safe and reliable to drive. At the very least, I would have expected my Grandma to have been treated respectfully and professionally. I was shocked to hear otherwise. I won't encourage others to avoid this business just because my Grandma was victimized by a single employee, but I do hope that a certain level of accountability will be maintained within their staff moving forward.

When I walked in, I expected a professional and welcoming environment. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. The young employee behind the counter seemed far more interested in his cell phone than engaging with a customer who was simply seeking clarification about services provided. Rather than taking the time to answer questions courteously, his demeanor came across as dismissive and uninterested. What stood out most was the contrast between the level of customer service I expected and what I experienced. A customer should never feel like they are bothering staff by asking reasonable questions about work they have paid for. Professionalism, communication, and respect are just as important as the work being performed, and unfortunately those qualities were lacking during my visit. I also couldn't help but notice that the shop appeared much quieter than I remember it being in years past. Seeing employees sitting in the bays and on their phones while receiving such a cold reception only reinforced my impression that customer service is no longer a priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. A more welcoming attitude and a greater focus on customer interactions would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.
