He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. Before I went there, I was quoted a lower price and told they had matching tires for my vehicle. Once I arrived, I was told they did not actually have all matching tires, and the price increased significantly. I went forward with the tire replacement, but immediately afterward my car developed a strong vibration at highway speeds that was not present before the tire work. I returned the next day and asked them to check and correct the issue, particularly the wheel balancing. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, they completely refused to work on the vehicle or correct the problem. What made the experience even worse was the way I was spoken to. During the dispute, I was subjected to extremely disrespectful and discriminatory language, including comments about me being Middle Eastern and a statement that the person "hates you people." Regardless of a disagreement with a customer, there is absolutely no reason to speak to someone that way. I came to this business expecting the tires and service I had been quoted. Instead, I experienced a significant price change, a vehicle that began vibrating after the tire installation, a refusal to address the problem when I returned, and extremely offensive treatment when I raised my concerns.
