They had plenty of different food, toy and treat options. It's a bit daunting to be honest, the walls are lined from top to bottom with different things, if you're looking for a specific brand of treat, and it's not here, you don't need it. I wouldn't have orders shipped because they use USED boxes from other items. when you get your treats they should be sealed and not in a used box since you pay for shipping-. so unsanitary. also when you order items and they run out they don't tell you and just refund you. - poor customer service Not to contact you for items unavailable ! read more

Wednesday arrived home November 1st at 8 weeks old. We have been to Two Boston's at least one or two times a week. She has well over 70 toys, but has never chewed one piece of our belongings or home. All the girls are amazing! They were sooo helpful when Wednesday was going through some GI issues, too. I couldn't have asked for a better crowd. 9/5/18 Wednesday Addams 1st Bday!! Thanks for all the fun 2 Boston's through out the last 1o months and for her bday!! We took some pics, and more to come. We bought a few toys today and going back for the bday weekend extravaganza tomorrow and prob Sat and Sun too. Dogs have made there way to out do children now. read more

I have recently developed this weird obsession about what my BF's dog eats. I'm convinced the crap from the grocery stores will kill her. Since our life pretty much revolves around Bella we decided to look into better food. We happened to be walking by this store and stopped in. The staff was so helpful! They helped us pick out food that Bella loves!!! I even bought her a few treats from the bakery. Bella has been eating better and seems to be feeling better. I'm excited to go back and buy more. I will say some of the accessories are REALLY high. Unless you have money to burn I would avoid sweaters, etc here. read more

Such a cute little place! Stopped in while browsing the shops in that area. The people working there could not have been nicer. They had a good selection of chewy treats, bully sticks, etc, in bins to pick from. They also had a doggie bakery. I ending up getting my dog the cutest new collar. This company sent me the wrong item and will not respond to me. They removed my negative review. I have a date stamped screen shot of the exact listing before they changed it. When I made my purchase the product was listed as 1.7 oz bags (with 5 bully sticks each) but I only received plastic-wrapped individual sticks (no expiration date, no batch numbers ,etc.) I sent 3 messages and a claim through PayPal. Still no word from the company. No idea why they won't make this right. read more

We made a special trip to the Two Bostons in Wheaton because they had the Comfy Cone in the size we needed. Noone else in this area seems to sell it. The Comfy Cone was an amazing product for our dog to use for 2 weeks while he healed - highly recommend it. The rest of the store is nice with some good pet foods and a reasonable toy selection, friendly staff. read more

Had high hopes visiting this store again. We just put down our 15yr old Beagle and we were visiting to pamper our other fur baby with toys and some treats from the bakery. We walked in, we were not greeted by the two girls chatting away by the register. Once by the bakery, one says, oh did you want something? I asked for assistance in getting boots for our dog and she says, oh you can take it out of the package and try it on. When we asked about the name tags she says we can bring them over to the register to price check. Honestly felt like our business wasn't wanted. We left the store so disappointed. This store is amazing but SUPER PRICEY. Since I love my dog like another person may love a human child, I'm OK spoiling the crap out of him... but, jeeze, this place was expensive. We wandered in because we were waiting for a reservation time across the street AND we have a Boston Terrier, so it was meant to be. They had a great selection of hard-to-find food and great organic, specialty, natural treats and other products. This is definitely a fantastic store if you're into buying the BEST for your pooch, even though sometimes the best is expensive. We picked up two toys (that are virtually indestructible) and a standing feeder for like $120. I was honestly shocked at the price but we are very happy with our purchases. Both toys he enjoys and has been unable to completely destroy (four months and counting) and the feeder is cast iron so it won't wither away like our old wooden one did. Definitely worth the purchase but - gasp!- was some of the stuff pricey. I'd love to go back if I ever find myself in Burr Ridge or Naperville (though that's unlikely). This is a super cute store with great employees who clearly love dogs and cats, which is always preferable to me. read more

My friend is a big fan of Two Bostons and told me to come check it out. They had some really cute collars, bows, flowers, and leashes for dogs, plus unique brands of food and the cutest little dog bakery items too (I will definitely be back for a cute cookie for my Daisy!). But overall, I didn't feel like there was a ton of product in the store. It's very streamlined in there (to the point where it looked a little empty!), and somewhat expensive. I had a coupon for $7 off though, and I got my pup a flower that will go on her collar for $1! Can't complain about that. It also seems like they have a decent rewards program that includes coupons and fun (FREE) dog events too. It'd be worth giving another shot for sure! read more

They have a nice selection of food for my dog but the sales people always annoy me. I don't mind the typical greeting as I walk in or them asking if they can help me find anything. But there really isn't a reason for the store manager to follow me to the food section and stand over my shoulder as I grab canned food off the shelf and put it in a basket, all the while trying to make small talk. I'd give them a 4 1/2 if I could! I love this store and so does my dog! Every single time I come here, I always get great customer service. The staff is nice, helpful, and educational. We wanted to switch my dog to a new brand of food and they let us have a small bag of it for free! Same with some treats that she ended up loving! So now I go back and purchase those things. Yes.. it can be a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I rather feed my dog quality stuff and feel good about her and her health than go to Walmart and buy some garbage brand that's not good for her. Anyway...the only reason I didn't give them a full 5 is because of the parking. I get that it's within a mall type plaza, but it's always busy in the area so trying to find somewhere that's relatively close is not always possible. I will always come back regardless though! Ps. I went ran into this cute little pet store that I had never heard of when I was doing some shopping in Burr ridge. It was so nice walking in as the displays were set up very customer friendly and they carried some unique items in a smaller scale and it was the week before my dogs birthday so I was greeted by a friendly staff and walked out with a few Birthday presents for my dog. One item was a Kong toy ( a round ball with a little tennis ball inside of it that squeaked) just knew my Keegan would love it my concern was that he is a large Breed dog (80lbs) and my concern was that he may break it quick ( now I've had this proble, with him tearing up a toy but never a Kong. In fact the 1st toy he was given was that red Kong. Anyway the staff were all very nice especially the girl that waited on me. So I did ask her if he does by chance break this could I bring it back. I've never had to return anything by Kong and I know they stand by their product. Well I got it home and couldn't wait until his birthday so I gave it to him. He loved it, I mean just loved it but unfortunately within 1 hour he had punctured a hole In it and the was the end.. Keegan even looked sad as he knew it didn't squeak anymore. So I paid 14.95 for this and the girl that sold it to me said her dog had it forever and just loves it . We also talked about how king stands behind their products. Well I called up the store right away and the woman I spoke to remember me she was not the one that sold it to me but she remembered me. So she immediately got stern and started reading off the Kong package the verbiage that is in every toy they make saying it made for light chewing or whatever the packages all say the same. Well I went to pet smart bought the same one and it didn't break and they guaranteed it Pd it did they would take it back. Only the first 1-2days would they take it back but guess what it's going strong and he loves it. Really it's not $14.99 it's the fact that Kong would eat that expense so I'm told and even if they didn't you lost a customer that called in just a couple hours after I got home. So I'm curious to see if you would like a second chance to give me a store credit and I will give you another chance because I believe in second chances and this was a mistake. That for what I spend on pets would be silly not to fix, even if I didn't spend a lot on my dog I would think you would like a second chance. I have my receipt and it was on my credit card. I waited a while because I almost didn't bother but I've been by your store twice and avoided it because of my experience also spent a lot a t petco. But I would like to see you make this right. I only am taking away the one star for two reasons: 1) They don't keep coupons that you earn (rewards) in your records on the computer. Its 2016, lets stop giving rewards on paper and stapling them to the receipt. 2) They are a bit overpriced, they should run some more promotions and coupons. However, as to the rest, you will not find better product or better customer service. The girls in this location are truly the best! I've been to both the Burr Ridge location as well as one of the Naperville locations. The reason I cannot give Burr Ridge 4 or 5 stars is because I feel that they bombard their customers with annoying sales tactics. I understand that's what a store is all about but sometimes customers just want to browse and make our own decision about what to buy. Yes sometimes we might even come in and not intend on purchasing anything that specific day. They do a wonderful job of greeting customers and their pets, however, If a customer specifically states that they are just looking I think they should be given that right. I've had a lot better experience at the one in Naperville where I can look and then get guidance if I ask for it. Unfortunately their overzealous sales tactics makes them forget about things that their customers have actually asked them. On two occasions so far there was a mistake made or a forgotten request. One mistake was a mistake at the cash register and one was an almost forgotten request in the store until I stood there for a few minutes waiting and then my initial request hit the person. read more
