Normally, when I come here there is a tall gentleman who is very helpful & polite. However, today when I stopped by, there was a short, red-head guy who seemed very annoyed and didn't want help nor even really listen to what I was asking for. He just kept replying "no don't think we have it", while I was staring right at it trying to let him know. So finally he sighed like I was bothering him and said something under his breath as he went to grab his keys and he grabbed the product out of the locked glass shelves. He proceeded to tried to open for and since there was tape he said he could open it and I asked if he knew the size or info and he said no. I still bought another product plus some cigarettes, which by the way were stale and horrible. I don't know who he is but needs some customer service skills, I'll go back during day when other person is there or else I'll go elsewhere. The 3stars which actually would have been 5 is for the other man and this guy deserved 0. If you don't like your job go elsewhere no need to mess someone else's shopping experience . read more

Been here a couple of times and their variety is great. I also thought they had great service but I got a grinder that left little metal pieces in the stuff I grinded. I went back to exchange it and I was told nothing could be done about it. I will not be returning and giving them my business. rude, insulting,no class or couth, gross female to have as the front- line, being the only face you have to grade your overall first experience and my last in your store. to see such an unwelcoming, unmotivated, middle aged or younger lady, she was completely hostile , with energy of such negativity... i felt my stomach get nauseated . made me sick to my stomach. this was only the first 5 min looking around. we interrupted her phone conversation. we were bothering her phone call while we walked into the building . youre at work so work not be rude to customers to run them off so she can go back to dirty talk with her male friend... we continued to check out any new dabber pieces weve never seen... or any torches that just came out...unfortunately we had an interest in one of your dabbers and since it was locked in the cabinet we had interrupted her extremely important call again... she wasnt happy. most of everything was locked behind a glass, with curiosity to make a purchase i needed to hold the item of my interest in hand and see if this is what i was looking for, at a fair price. the part of her no customer service skill set in how she carried herself, in addition to the lack in interest with her job she wasnt trying to play it off she was has a disgusting attitude and facial expressions to match.. she said we had to buy the item before she will open anything to examine the item closer than just a view through the glass. she didnt care she wanted us gone. she is big about 200pounds 5'7 or 5'8. she has long black hair. out of shape figure and no make up on her face. her fake nails were missing on half her hand. she thought she was working to chat on the phone and babysit store. idk who can explain why such a low qualified employee is working representing this company.. absolutely noone would come back to have the experience of being mistreated for walking in we were on her bad side. she wont get far in life.. she needs to be fired before she insults the wrong people.. would be she has to be family to the business. she gives this visit after insulting my bf and myself when we made a $60 purchase all she said was how we were wasting her time... noone was in the store. just me and my bf. and hello that's her job what are you getting paid to do. bully, insult, harass the customers by following them around as if we were going to be made feel unwanted unless we were going to buy something. well i would have never thought she would say we are wasting her time because we're not buying anything just playing around. read more
