Just had a delicious brunch with the husband! The new location is out of the way and the atmosphere is sparse but very clean. I had the quiche which was a ham and Swiss which is my favorite and it was delicious with their side salad that had a white balsamic vinegar that was yummy and that they bottled up for me. Hubby had their egg sandwich which had their homemade bacon bat is scrumptious as not salty. His came with a side of home fries that I asked for the recipe because they were tasty! This was a delightful experience. Aaron resturant in Sarasota that had friendly, attentive service. The server actually apologized for being too attentive; she was right as she was a bit over the top but around here where you can be ignored for blocks of time it was a nice change. The eggs, over easy and the Benedict were sighty overcooked, but that waa the only issue. The food was fresh, flavorful, and affordable. I love breakfast and will certainly return. read more

The staff was nice. We were picking up food to take home. I got an Italian sandwich.... It was a joke. It only had one kind of meat and a small piece of mozzarella on it , lettuce, tomato. And the roll was hard and exhausting to eat . My husband got chicken pot pie, when we got home ( 5 miles away) , the top of the pie had fallen off .. very little chicken, and it was cubed , not shredded. I will never go back here, which is unfortunate for me.... Because it is convenient . If this is Two Chefs, maybe they need more help ! read more

Attended their cooking class for parents and teens with my 13 year old granddaughter. It was amazing, the chefs were well prepared. Everyone got to experience working in a professional kitchen, had positive feedback from the chefs and ended by eating together family style. Each participant got a copy of all recipes made. My granddaughter had nothing but wonderful words to describe her experience. She rated it a 10+. We will certainly be returning for another class. Thank you Nick and Melissa for a wonderful evening. I've had take out from Two Chefs....pot pies and soups that were so very good. This was before the Cafe was open Today I had a beautiful lunch with a friend. I had the smoked duck pho Salad. My friend had the pad thai. Not only were they beautiful, both were incrediblely flavored. The duck was smoked, lending a lovely undertone to the pho flavorinbeautiful noodles with cilantro and lettuce. My friends pad Thai had lovely shrimp and noodles with fresh peanut garnish. The Cafe is adorable. Service was friendly. It's a perfect place for lunch. There were many choices I can't wit to try. They serve what looked like yummy breakfast choices until 11. Wonderful brunch today at Two Chefs Market and Bistro! The best grits in Sarasota, not to mention the perfectly made omelette with plenty of fresh vegetables PLUS homemade breads. The portions are more than generous and the prices are very reasonable. A definite go to for breakfast and the lunch menu looks great. I'll be back! Breakfast was scrumptious! Everything is fresh and made from quality ingredients. The breads and pastries are all baked in house. My omelette was fluffy and loaded with fillings. Prices are very reasonable compared to similar places around town and portions are generous. read more

This new bistro and market is amazing. It's very cute and comfortable. The salmon is cured in house, and the sausages and cheese are made in house as well, and they're exceptional. TLDR: This is a great idea if you're looking to get together with a group of friends and try something different! It's more about the overall experience and social environment versus learning crazy cooking techniques, so I wouldn't be intimated or skeptical if your cooking skills aren't the sharpest. I highly recommend to people in the area looking to do something out of their normal routine or even tourists who're looking for a fun night in Sarasota! TSWM: huge plus - you can basically snack the entire time :D..Our group was treated to a great charcuterie board setup with a lot of specialty and house made items. Throughout the entire experience you and your friends get very easy to understand, step by step guidance on how to cook some creative dishes and then team up to make them, it's a cool bonding experience. After you're done you get to take home everything you made too (and you make a lot of food overall). Depending on how social you choose to be with the chefs and each other it can last around 3 hours..if you're more reserved I could see it being around 2. As I stated above, it's a lot of fun and the chefs are very approachable, and you can ask them any of your foodie questions. Enjoy! read more
